I didn't expect such a quick and plentiful response, so I'll give it another week for more submissions. If you don't mind I might submit something myself, provided it wouldn't be part of the challenge, just some fun. inferno390 I see what you did there

Creature - Minotaur Berserker First strike, menace Whenever an opponent loses life, ~ gets +1/+0 until end of turn.
Whenever ~ attacks, each opponent loses 2 life. 4/6
While I like where this one is heading, I think it needs an activated ability to fit the cycle. You should think about adding that

Flo00 the moment I issued this challenge, the first thing I thought of was a discard powered creature. and it delivers in that department, yet I find its activated ability a little bit underwhelming, proper to its color though.
@jamesbrafin I love it, those are my colors. However, I find it a tad too OP, I find no drawbacks like Dream Trawler has, and while it wouldn't be necessary for it to have such, it could really use it. I mean, gain 2 life and draw a card by attacking with a creature that's already gonna bulk up for sacrificing another creature... yeah that's too much, at least in my book. I'd make it mythic, and even then, there are mythic creatures not as threatening. inferno390 like copying spells wasn't annoying enough hahaha. I like it that, even though it is powered by one of the most abused things you could do in the game, and while it may be an enabler onto itself, it sorta feels fair... provided copying spells is bullshit hahaha. specially the fact that while attacking it doesn't flashback something for free, you have to pay, and I find that nice. thaneofglamis A fucking badass minotaur that feeds on your opponents' blood! sign me in, it's almost perfect... I think it makes little sense to make a 4/5 indestructible if it's gonna pump up and has first strike. It's gonna be a chore to get rid of it, on combat or with noncombat damage. I'd reduce its toughness, to make its activated worth using, it's gonna kill whatever gets on its way anyway... most of the times I guess, specially on EDH.
{Winner!!} inferno390 while I hate BS instant/sorcery copying, I like this quite a lot... But change its type to merfolk instead of triton... There are no tritons in MTG.

Gloom Glider Creature - Nightmare Bat Flying Whenever an opponent mills a card Gloom Glider gets +1/+0 until end of turn. Whenever Gloom Glider attacks, defending player mills two cards. Exile two cards from graveyards. You may cast a card exiled this way until end of turn. You may spend mana as though it was mana of any color to cast that card. 3/4

Wasn't really expecting to win this one! I would like to see a cycle designed around Marionette Master.

Trinketeer Judge Creature - Vedalken Artificer Fabricate 3 (When this permanent enters the battlefield, you may put three +1/+1 counters on it. If you don’t, create three 1/1 colorless Servo artifact creature tokens.)Whenever an artifact enters the battlefield under your control, if it’s converted mana cost is less than Precisioncraft Judge’s power, draw a card. 1/1 Yes, this triggers off it's own Servos. EDIT: As soon as I read my own post, I reallized, this was more of a ability, so I changed it to something more {old entry}Consulate Informant Crreature - Vedalken Artificer Fabricate 2 (When this permanent enters the battlefield, you may put two +1/+1 counters on it. If you don’t, create two 1/1 colorless Servo artifact creature tokens.)Whenever a creature you control with power less than Consulate Informant’s power dies, draw a card. 2/2

You think so? It's a six mana 2/2 after all.

You think so? It's a six mana 2/2 after all. I mean, yeah, that's fair. The scary thing is that it can target itself. After the first artifact its 4/4/, the second it's an 8/8, the third it's a 16/16. So essentially, you can make it a 5/5 or a 16/16. I don't see any reason that you would ever not make the three servos.

Little bit late, but here we go! Flo00 : So right off the bat, I was having trouble comprehending how the card works. When I first read it, I missed the cost restriction on the triggered ability, so it felt really really strong. Then I reread it, and I'm not sure? It's either a Jace's Ingenuity with a lot of upside or a pretty decent value engine for blue artifact decks with a low curve. It seems very playable, but the wording of it's ability just feels really weird to me. viriss : Honestly, this one feels the truest to the intent of Marionette Master. I remember back when Kaladesh & Ixalan was still in Standard and brewing up a UB control deck with Marionette Master as a finisher alongside Treasure Tokens, and this feels like this would fill a very similar role. The flavor does not feel very Kaladesh though. @jamesbrafin : This... feels a lot like Makeshift Munitions, and not in a good way. While I can see the value in 2 mana & sac artifact, deal 4 damage, this hits all the wrong notes: Can't hit the player, is way too much mana for the kind of deck this would go into, is on a removable body, and is even worse if you make the servos instead. This does not have a lot going for it, and I don't think it's playable. ameisenmeister : The concept is pretty cool, and I can feel the hint of Verdurous Gearhulk in this one. Also the +1/+1 counter theme is very on point for Kaladesh. However, the biggest downside is that it's triggered ability is almost nothing like what Marionette Master does. And the winner is:

@jamesbrafin I like this elf variant. I'm glad you put haste on there to avoid memory issues. The 4/4 for four already feels like green can do that without the elf, so you could probably reduce the cost. But for flavor this is perfect. odivesco Oh a double ability! This white version of "no one gets it" is on point. thaneofglamis Oh black elfy-ness! "Loses 2" per your upkeep feels too strong for uncommon. Flavorwise, all of the others manipulate another permanent/card in some way, which this is missing. Flo00 Bold 1 CMC choice! Even though you need an angel, at uncommon (probably at any rarity) it should be "nonland"... but by the time you get this out you're probably not as worried about lands...

Flashback Oh wow, I hate my submission now. This technically isn't in the cycle but makes up for that by being so much better it's not funny
