FeedbackIdea: Interesting to see "destroy or exile." Don't think I've seen that before. It feels very strong at 4-mana flash, even at 2 colors. Reference. I think having a limit on the size of the creature it can destroy (or exile) would make it balanced. sdfkjgh: This is excellent. I think it's fairly costed, has an effect that sees often, on a body that justifies . We see a slightly improved version on Banishment, but I think the added body and additional combos that creatures have with them make the added color worth it. viriss: Interesting addition of haste, makes it a worthwhile play on own turn as a surprise attacker when cast beginning of combat. I like the bolt on it. It feels well balanced, though a part of me wants this to have first strike instead of haste. elchetibo: I think this is great. Does kill of many things, and is a creature version of Soul Enervation, with the missing added effect, but the added benefits of being a creature. I like this. ResultWinner is elchetibo with sdfkjgh as very close second.

elchetibo: Thanks for the win. Since we're getting Phlage, Titan of Fire's Fury, let's see if you lot can finish out the cycle. And I do mean finish out the cycle! I want one design from each of you for each missing two-color pair, for a total of 7 cards each. Canonical names only, please.* You have two weeks. *Skotha, Titan of Eternal Dark is the only name I can find online, so if any of you have read the D&D Theros book, or are champion bullshittersyou have a leg up on the competiton.

It seems the names we've got on the official cards + Skotha are actually the only names we've got and two originally come from the Theros D&D book (you might know this though), so it's unlikely an actual source exists for the rest of the names. It seems there was a dropped cycle of five, and the name in the book for Phlage is even inconsistent with present design (Burning Wind vs Fire's Fury). Now regarding the Titans, one comment theorized Titans are based on fears which humanity worshipped before civilization advanced enough to overtake the place of the fear in their mind with the concerns of civilization. Also, I can't recall where but I also remember reading something about the Titans representing more primal forces, such as Uro being natural disasters, Tassa and Nylea but without the trappings of civilization those two brought. In short Titans appear to embody the frightening and overwhelming aspects of the world that an early civilization would have to be faced with before it had more dominion over its own environment. One interesting thing I noticed though - The Titans are not enchantment creatures. Given this is Theros, this would suggest they are not from Nyx (or WOTC forgot). Since we ran out of canon names (aside from Skotha), I decided to use a cannon name.

Mebbe I should've been more clear. For each entry, I want SEVEN designs--seven individual cards--one for each of the missing color pairs.

Very nice, but Hlin and Qixic do pretty much the same thing, and Vexir and Wev are also far too similar to each other. There's more to the game than just creature removal, card draw, and lifegain. Think about what you fear most happening in a game, and use that.

I would've liked to have seen more entries, and that viriss responded to my critiques. I don't know if giving this another week would do anything, but I'm reluctant to give it to viriss specifically because of the lack of response.
