Judging has arrived! { Flo00} Flo00 Ah cool, this got me refreshed to Archenemy. A really nice card, forcing an impactful decision where you potentially cause much disruption in the teamwork of your enemies. On top of that, the flavour is also cool, making you the disproportionally powerful trade partner choosing to allow their offering if good enough, or to punish them for their impudence if you don't find it sufficiently beneficial. { ameisenmeister} ameisenmeister Sweet card, simple but clean and versatible. Will always hit good. Nothing more to say other than a (flavourwise) hard diss to the opponent's face. { viriss} viriss Cool card, shaking the game up while remaining balanced, but still gives you opportunity to work with it to maximize it's use for you. { Tesagk} Tesagk A powerful card, combining an ability for each color into a fitting overall picture of extreme danger. Might be too strong, but I have to admit that I don't see myself in a position to completely rate it's power. As a tiny sidenote, quotation marks would be placed here, but oh well. { and the winner is...} Flo00! That was a really tough decision since I liked them all, however yours brought a nasty new way of disrupting the opponent and gave the best flavour vibe. Thanks y'all!

The Funguslinger Legendary Creature - Fungus Warrior Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield, put a a +1/+1 counter on ~ and it gets your choice of trample or hexproof until end of turn. , Remove a +1/+1 counter from ~: Create a 1/1 green Saproling creature token. , Remove a +1/+1 counter from ~: Create a 3/1 red Saproling creature token with haste and “At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice this.” 2/2 "Get out if you're here to arrest Fun. The man you're looking for is long gone."Picture the third ability as him shooting burning Saproling spawns. Originally, I was going to literally name him "Fungunslinger", but that seemed a bit too forced, lol.

ZephyrPhantom: Putting the Fun in Fungus? Since this is the Name Game, you might really want to name him Funguslinger

Looks pointless, doesn't it? Yeah but like some other cards this could be a nice limited card in an environment with a lot of auras, +1/+1 counters and/or combat tricks. Hey, even equipments would work.

it was going to be Plant tokens, but Fungus seemed to fit the picture better.

Fungal Overgrowth Sorcery Target creature gets -X/-X and another target creature gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of creature cards in your graveyard. The more it craves, the more graves.

RL got the better of me. I'll just quickly announce Boogymanjunior as the winner. Maybe I manage to write a full judging on friday. Or you could just ask me for feedback per pm.

Attachment DeletedFlesh for Price Sorcery As an additional cost to cast Flesh for Price, sacrifice a creature. If the sacrificed creature’s toughness was 4 or greater, draw three cards. Otherwise, draw two. Everything has a price.

Judging has arrived! { thaneofglamis } thaneofglamis I knew that the Marauder only killed for the fame! A cool card which makes me wonder how long sports culture in Grixis could last when the goal is to die, but I guess you always live twice there. It seems a bit hard to cheer for something which lasts basically only a moment but I would be interested what people would cheer. { Tesagk } Tesagk A nice card that connects a bit of flavour with a fine little scaling effect. Would have liked it more splashier for because black is not really populated with high-toughness creatures outside of valuable demons, but that's really minor. { fluffydeathbringer } fluffydeathbringer A slightly novel pump spell, quite nice. I don't know why it has to be base toughness, and it seems like giving indestructible as a card which already gets better with harder-to-die creatures is a tiny bit redundant, but that's okay. { ZephyrPhantom } ZephyrPhantom I very much like the name and subsequently, the flavour. Besides the unnecessary may-clause, it does seem very weak though since you get card disadvantage on a random basis plus a small life loss. { Flo00 } Flo00 Nice name. Lands would probably be the last card type that comes to mind when thinking about the reminiscience flavour but I think that would be too fussy to criticize, even for me^^ Card itself has potential, using unused resources for value and can go off nicely with self-mill. Lacks a flavour text. { and the winner is...} really tough to decide! In the end, Tesagk wins for a simple but compact card.

Besides the unnecessary may-clause, it does seem very weak though since you get card disadvantage on a random basis plus a small life loss. The idea was based on Burning Inquiry though in hindsight I agree the life loss makes it fairly weak. I probably should've gone the Thrill of Possibility route instead and just made the cost for instant speed.

{mistaken entry} Ancestral Lightning Sorcery Simplify (You may cast this card for its simplify cost instead of its regular casting cost.)~ deals 3 damage to up to any three targets. If ~ was simplified, it instead deals 3 damage to up to any one target. Small or large, each amount of wrath has its own place in fate.Warping Rites Sorcery Simplify (You may cast this card for its simplify cost instead of its regular casting cost.)Target player discards two cards. If ~ was simplified, that player instead discards a card. Mindflaying is an art that few rarely shatter on the first try.
