korakhos (and this ended up causing a page break so don't forget to rate Cyber's assist on the last page :3) For a moment, Okus froze. Standing just beside us was the answer to everything. The planeswalker with impossible reach. If it would ever find it's way home, it needed Rettai and the resources he possessed.
But for now, he was an invaluable ally. The reward was great, but, for now, the risk far greater. It had waited years already. It could remain patient.
"Thank you, mister Rettai." the hat said. "I would like to showcase my studies." We turned to the furious geomancer. "Miss, I'm afraid I've never met you, but I think I have heard of you. I am not the only one you have accused, am I? I know another girl accused of such... so you aren't really sure who left you these gifts? If they were secret, I would not think them from the courier or the soldiers around the Arena."
"I don't know what gifts you have gotten, but if they were 'disgusting,' I would not think them the work of the artificers. Maybe the penguin, or the... armor kitty, but I have not seen them in a very long time, so I do not suspect they are to blame either."
"But there is someone we both know that acts in secret, and who behaves very strangely. Someone you seem not to like. Maybe she doesn't like you too. Maybe it was that 'giarb' Kirino leaving you those gifts." Suspicious Case Enchantment - Aura Enchant permanent : Change a target of target spell or ability to enchanted permanent. "Getting away with murder is easy. All you need is a few disposable friends to blame."
False Accusation - solid removal but kinda missing the 'false accusation' in the effect? 8/10

Pay : Until end of turn, whenever you would take damage from a source an opponent controls, instead deal that much damage to all opponents. cajun: Yeah, I was really uninspired to create a good FT, but the main idea was "someone takes the punishment and the real culprit gets to walk free". Suspicious Case looks cool as a way to draw out your opponent's removal and make them paranoid, while rewarding those with enough strategic thinking to know when exactly to pull the trigger. 10/10. cyberchronometer: I enjoy walkers that can pull off a strong minus when they hit the board, and if you weight each ability individually with the cost, everything looks balanced, but I wish it had a crazier ultimate (I do admit I like crazy, flashy planeswalker ultimates). 9/10. Aylin glares at Rettai as he approaches, maybe this girl is not so special after all, maybe the only reason she appeared to be powerful was because she had the devil to back her up. After realizing this she thanks that Rettai intervened, so she doesn't have to deal with this girl anymore, although one word spoken by the man has resounded in her mind..."A spy? Seriously? I thought you were a bureocrat! Now you've piked my interest..." she says, then turns to Karina "You've got everything wrong, though, Kirino doesn't act in secret, she's just as upfront as I am and that's why I used to like her... If she really wanted to get to me she'd take me head-on!"Anyhow" she continues, turning towards Rettai once more "I didn't come here with the intent of intimidating her, I offered her a way of dealing with our common enemy and she seemed to make fun of me, so I reacted accordingly... but don't worry, I forgive you both for wasting my time and overreacting."She turns around and begins to leave, but not before giving them a warning."I'll get to the bottom of this, and if I find out you're behind the gifts, you'll be sorry... Oh, and kid, lose the stupid hat. If you're planning on being a spy you shouldn't wear such flashy clothes, they'll draw too much attention."Rush into Trouble Instant Target attacking creature deals damage to itself equal to its power. His first mistake was reacting to the insult, which led to his second mistake: causing his own injury.

notdaedalus A curious shield built itself around the robot, and suddenly the illusory path was tearing at us instead of him. All his little devices were getting to be a real pain, and the hat wasn't able to do much to the artifice. But we do know someone who can. It's a bit of a run to her. But it seems the robot isn't in much of a hurry. Alright. One last diversion. A nasty one. If the robot still wants to follow us...Well, then he knows what he's getting into.Okus's Ward Enchantment When Okus's Ward enters the battlefield, search you library for a planeswalker card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library. Activated abilities your opponents control cost an additional "Pay 2 life" to activate unless they're mana abilities. "I've found myself a nicer head, but please, take this parting gift from me." -Okus, to Sir LutraDeflector Shield right now can completely 180 any attack, which is kinda bonkers. should probably target or Deflecting Palm instead, otherwise this is just too nasty a deterrent 5/10 korakhos "Really?" the hat asked slyly. Cool Under Pressure: For a second I thought it was literally a Gaseous Form functional reprint but fortunately I actually compared both to spot the difference. Lady Mapi She's baaaack. Quiet, you. You know you want to. Stop. She's right there, even my tiny little arms can-Call for Aid: Peel from RealityHer voice ceased. For the moment, Kirino's had as well. "Why would you even ask that?" Karina's voice trembled. "Are you... planning to make me one?" The hat knew she could see through it. It also knew she wouldn't risk the girl. Until it figured out her angle, it'd have to play up the one defense it had.Mental Static Enchantment Whenever a permanent you control becomes the target of a spell an opponent controls, that player loses life equal to that spell's converted mana cost. Lady MapiThe sound of ruffling fabric fills the air, or perhaps just your head. After a moment, you realize the hat is laughing.
"What is your game Kirino?" the girl's voice twisted as Okus dropped the act. "Get close enough to grab us? Discredit us to Rettai? As much as we would love to have the honor, we are not about to be pulled into your trap."
"And what of your poor, little, Karina?" the child's voice returned. "She's gotten so very active. I bet she would remember this once I'm gone. Is that something you want on your conscience?"
The ruffling returned. "Perhaps it is. I'm not the empath after all." They turned their back to Kirino. "This child won't be killing you this day. At least, not on our own." the hat goaded as it slowly walked away.Under My Wing Enchantment - Aura Enchant permanent with converted mana cost 3 or less You control enchanted permanent. Enchanted permanent has hexproof. Fair Exchange has got the weird Aura swap thing going on again, as in most cases it's never gonna get swapped; it resets Exchange but doesn't give back the stolen creature so usually activating is all downside. notdaedalus _ The robot's shriek could be heard across the Arena. So, they thought together, he wants to play this game then.
The sound grew louder and louder as they tore towards the Seventh Circle building, until finally, it ceased. Okus stole a look behind it and saw the world explode out from under them.Call for Aid: FlickerformOkus took a deep breath as reality returned to normal. The earth next to their face had been blasted away. Neither of us wanted to think about what the rest of the area must look like. "WHAT in the name of MADANAV is GOING ON OUT HERE?" She set her hat in our hands, pulling out the wicked claw weapon from the band to her left hand. "Alright, tin man, let's go!" she yelled again, drawing her square-ended sword in her right hand. "Let's see how you fight someone your own size!"

Two of Lumen's officers took a hard look at the wreckage from the explosion of the Oblivion Razer from earlier. "Hey, this looks slightly illegal," The first one, a chubby man with a clockwork arm, said. "Yeah, probably. Explosives require licenses, and I don't think this young girl would have them, you know?" the other replied. They were a steel-winged Aven with rather nice looking shades. The chubby one slapped the other across the beak with his metal arm, his face flushed with rage and indignance. "No, you dumbass. I don't think it's the girl." His face softened. "But we should question her." "See, Aoli? I'm always right." "Shut up, Rin." Dredge up Evidence Instant If a creature died this turn, create two 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens. cajun Thousands of years ago, in a time before time, one man's ambition plunged an entire world into frozen darkness. Mere years beforehand, a grief-maddened pyromancer set an arena ablaze in her ascension. And it was the flames of a destruction even more potent than this one that ignited the true potential of an Akroan hero.So it was poetic, ironic even, that when the battered form of the robot rose from it's near destruction, it had something new. Something it's sensors couldn't detect, it's algorithms couldn't quantify, but it could nonetheless feel glowing within it's core. It nearly destroyed itself, destroyed everything around it, in a rage at that which defied it. It missed it's birthplace, where everything made sense, where magic didn't exist to forever ruin it's devices. But the machine it had used to arrive here was ruined, resting on the other side of the divide between worlds. It had no way home.So the multiverse gifted it one.Base Zero can now make Planeswalkers.Looking up at the sword bearing woman in front of them, Base Zero had no remark, no jab, not even an insult to organic life. It only had the one thing which had stayed constant in this entire miserable multiverse, one thing which pushed it forward as it spun a machine the likes of which had never been seen before. The urge to create.Base Zero, Planeswalker Legendary Planeswalker - Base Zero : Draw a card, then add . : Destroy target permanent with converted mana cost X or less, where X is the number of artifacts you control. : Pay any amount of . For each spent this way, search your library for an artifact card and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library. Reyhsia, Legendbearer - 8/10. Reyhsia isn't the only Seventh Circle Initiative agent to arrive, merely the quickest to react. While the loremaster duels Base Zero, several others fan out across the devastated area. A young woman flanked by two other agents approaches Aoli and Rin, flashing a badge at them. "Excellent timing, officers! I was hoping someone would send some backup. As you can see, we've got quite a crisis on our hands, and we'd appreciate all the help we can get. At the moment, you can do the most good in disaster relief. My two officers here here will help you search the wreckage for survivors and provide first aid while I handle the investigation."Once the four of them are clear, she turns to Karina. "Hey, intern, are you okay? Do you know if you were the target, or just in the wrong place at the wrong time?"
I'm aiding Karina's defense against Fleur with Agent Janika Linna and by calling for aid for two copies of Enthralling Victor. Agent Janika Linna Legendary Planeswalker — Janika : Up to two target creatures don't untap during their controller's next untap step. : Return to your hand each creature card in your graveyard that was put there from the battlefield this turn. : You get an emblem with "Whenever a nontoken permanent you control is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, create two 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens with defender."
Meanwhile, while Reyhsia keeps Base Zero's attention on her, it finds itself under attack by a less physical means. Its algorithms are inundated with a barrage of garbage data, attempted buffer overflows, and malicious scripts. Grinning from atop a pile of rubble, Diamondback Britt's fingers fly, her chromesteel right hand sparking occasionally against the interface grid, as she does her best to overcome Base Zero's wildly alien systems.
I'm aiding Karina's defense against notdaedalus with Britt, Hacker Extraordinaire. Britt, Hacker Extraordinaire Legendary Planeswalker — Britt : Move up to two counters from target permanent, player, or card to another target permanent, player, or card. : Put target artifact or creature on top of its owner's library. : Untap all artifacts and gain control of them.

He nodded vigorously. "Finally, someone who agrees. Everyone treats these magic golems, talking foxes and walking scrap metal like normal... glad to meet a normal person like you." he said. "So where am I escorting you?" he said, using his spear like a cane. Seems he had a small limp. "And where'd you get that hat? Oh, forgive me, that last question just... slipped out?"
Inquisitive Squire Creature - Kor Soldier Whenever another player creates any number of tokens, you may create a 1/1 white soldier creature token. : Target opponent creates a 1/1 white soldier creature token. "What purpose does this serve?"
1/3 Think of it as a gift - not trying to murder it, but battering it with questions. Saboteur's Second: I like it, though things like Strionic Resonator and Panharmonicon say this should probably be an artifact. However, I think it slots nicely in UB because NINJITSU SUPER SPECIAL SNEAK ATTACK those colors like "this attacks, do a thing". 8/10(As a side note, I think it's interesting the effect of hats on people throughout time. Fleur notdaedalus cyberchronometer We weren't sure how to respond to the two officers who had approached us. Luckily, we didn't have to. "Thank you, Janika, but questions later! Get her out of here!" Reyhsia barked as she charged at the bot reorienting itself. Our head was still spinning. Should we deny it? It wasn't sure if lying or bringing a bomb to work would get it in more trouble. It didn't get long to contemplate. "Target." the girl wheezed.Okus locked everything down. It had survived whatever in Madanav's eyes it had done to the Arena. No matter. Its armor wouldn't hold forever. Captain Sisay can kind of do it so it's fine, especially since this costs one more mana. The 0 is neat. cajun and cyberchronometerBase Zero was still unsteady on it's feet, but it vaguely remembered some things. It had been... angry. Indescribably so, at that stupid hat, and it's stupid wearer. And it had done... something, built something, then destroyed something, and it had made a lot of people very mad at him. He didn't understand all the fuss, personally. Surely they could rebuild an arena. But still, he was getting tired of fighting. Thanks to that strangely glimmering spark in his chest, he knew he could escape at any time, but they would just come after him. And the hat-wearing planeswalker... she would not be allowed to escape. It looked like he was going to have to fight his way through if he wanted too get to them. But thanks to his newfound clarity after sparking, he saw that maybe fighting wasn't the only way to get past them...Invisibility Matrix Artifact You have hexproof. , , sacrifice ~: Exile all permanents you control. Return them to the battlefield tapped under your control at the beginning of your next end step. A stealth mission can be accomplished much more easily if you don't exist for most of it.Reyhsia, The Reaper - 9/10. I like this one a bit more. Seems more black, while keeping the legendary focus. The emblem might be a little weak though. Britt, Hacker Extraordinaire - 6/10. Swings between quite strong and quite weak for me. +1 is niche, -2 is really strong, and the -7 varies wildly depending on what format it's in. Still, not objectively bad.

notdaedalus My claw and khanda cut through empty air as the robot vanished. "HEY! Get back here!" I slashed around me to test for teleportation or invisibility, but found nothing. I closed my eyes and try to hear the world around me, but the noise is immense. The screaming. The agents. The deafening silence of a girl in a hat. No good. "Rachkta." I whispered. These enchantments were getting annoying. It had no real way of dealing with such sorcery, and it was still no closer to reaching the girl. It needed a way to destroy that arrogant planeswalker, once and for all. And maybe a little applied usage of mana could come in handy.Call for Aid: Disenchant Void Scrambler Artifact Creature - Construct When ~ enters the battlefield, you may shuffle it into your library. gurfafflekins "My name's Karina. And you're one of the only ones to not treat me like I'm a baby." the hat mirrored. "I can't get my family back, but maybe we can get you get back to yours." We I looked to the 7CI building. "Thank you for bringing me here." the girl's hand reached up into the band of her hat and pulled out a gold coin. "I know it's not much, but you should have it for your bodyguarding."Token of Allegiance Enchantment Creatures your teammates control have flying. , Sacrifice ~: Creatures your team controls gain hexproof until end of turn. "Stick with me kid, we're going places."Loyal Hound - little doggo could probably stand to be a 1/2 or give one of those creatures lifelink 9/10 notdaedalus The bot might have been invisible, but his little friend wasn't, and that little hole it was trying to tear into the Eternities very wasn't.
Call to Aid: Smash
The bot's bot crumpled under my strike. It was a taste of the pain the real one would feel when I found it."Base Zero! Why don't you stop harassing my agents and we can re-negotiate our deal." Or that rachktuus Rettai could interrupt a perfectly good fight. "Hey Rettai! Try to negotiate me some free hits, you hear?" I grumbled at the devil, but followed his lead and stepped back from the fight. For now.Momentary Ceasefire Enchantment Artifacts, creatures, and planeswalkers have hexproof. Pay 4 life: Destroy Momentary Ceasefire. Any player may activate this ability. Void Scrambler - What a strange edict. Neither of its modes are particularly good but having both makes this thing quite the bugger, assuming you can't kick it in response to the ETB : p 8/10

"When I was a young girl, a few years younger than yourself, I found that I had been orphaned too, as a baby. My adoptive parents named me Reyhsia, 'mystery,' for no one knew where I had come from. On my plane, your heritage was everything. My adoptive parents promised me I was one of their own, but everyone knew. I was the mystery. The abandoned child. No one said it to me, but I could tell in their eyes. The whispers."
"I had to find who my parents had been. I threw myself into the study of lore, of histories, and bloodlines. I learned all the stories that everyone in our village knew, all the legendary heroes, traced back families for generations. But I could never find them."
"When I discovered the other worlds, I found too many stories to know. I tried to learn them all, still. Still reaching for any clue to my heritage."
Reyhsia sighed heavily. "I never did, not really. Ghosts and whispers. I helped many." She turned to us with a small smile. "I plan to keep helping them. Reunite their loves. Show them their greatness. Turn losers into legends. And turn little bandars like you into something better than old Reyhsia with her dusty scrolls." she laughed as she violently tussled the hat against Karina's head. "Now get some rest, little one. Tomorrow we have yet more dusty scrolls to look through."
Okus can now call aid from Champions of Kamigawa.

cajun and cyberchronometer"Alright, alright, fine. If you would all stop attacking me for a moment, I'll explain what's happening. I thought this was some backwards nowhere ruin, not an apparent hive for planeswalkers. And as for why I set off the Oblivion Razer, I was trying to finally get the girl with the hat. By the way, do any of you know what is up with that hat? My sensors go insane whenever I look at it."The robot paused. It looked slightly deranged from it's battles, armour plating hanging by a steel-spun thread and occular lens blinking on and off."You know what? I think that maybe it might be a good idea to leave now, because the glares you are all sending my way are not friendly. Ok, let's take this inside."Rettai, Warbringer - 9/10. A nice, cheap planeswalker with fun abilities. Momentary Ceasefire- 10/10. Flavourful, on colour, and a really fun political card. I like it! Oh, and we'll continue the fight/combination over on cybers board.

The soldier looked at the coin, and nodded, accepting it. It would be much more rude to decline it. "Thank you - I appreciate it. And... I suppose I'd better be off. I'm glad I got you here safely. Find me if you need me or a bodyguard or just if you want to chat." he said, trying to sound comforting. He saw something in the girl, not knowing it was being controlled by a magical hat, something that mirrored what he missed in his daughter. "Stay safe, you hear?" he said, smiling tiredly, his face wrinkling from the stress of this place.
Now, off to see the rowboat...
(which he already did because time shenanigans and - you get the idea probably)
Token of Allegiance: I think you forgot a rarity, so I'll rate for uncommon and rare. If it's uncommon, I like the design, it's a solid card. 10/10. If it's a rare, it's a little underwhelming, especially in blue, but it's still something that could be a "50 cent rare". 9/10. I'd assume uncommon but that's because it's the higher score haha.
And with that, Aiden will show up to protect her from the battle at some point but I may need a tour guide to find out what board it's going on in and when a good spot would be, if any.
