Up: The artists for Slivers are actually pretty varied, and most Slivers have 2 word names, so this is unlikely to give a huge buff. That being said, with enough mana and Slivers to tap you can stack up pretty high, which is neat. Here’s a Quandrix design Fractal Progression Enchantment When ~ enters the battlefield, create two 0/0 blue and green Fractal creature tokens. Put a+1/+1 counter on each of them. At the beginning of your upkeep, put X +1/+1 counters on target Fractal you control, where X is the greatest power among other Fractals you control. Old: Isn’t a creature New: Something you want to get rid of eventually

Up: Flavor-wise Quandrix is a good choice for a 'makes you do math design', and fractiles are a math thing, but I think this is just counting.
Heirs to Embers Two generic and Three Red
Enchantment
At the beginning of each upkeep, create a 3/1 red Elemental creature token with haste. At the beginning of your upkeep, each elemental you control deals damage to you equal to its power.

Up: Intersting card. Certainly good with efficient sac outlets. Took me a while to see that one trigger is each upkeep and the other is your upkeep. Riddlewell Propagator Creature - Sphinx Flying Cumulative upkeep—Exile a face-up permanent you control face down. Whenever you pay Riddlewell Propagator’s cumulative upkeep cost, shuffle the exiled cards, then manifest them. Riddlewell Propagator gets +1/+1 for each face-down permanent you control. 4/4 Old: something that tricks your opponent. New: Tokens

Instant Create a 1/1 blue Scarecrow Soldier artifact creature token. Then change the target of target spell that targets only a single creature to that token.
Old: Tokens
New: Nonblue

I very much like the synergies of the three abilities, and while I think the third one might be slightly overpriced and the second slightly underpriced (4/4 angel tokens as a repeatable effect exist a lot for easier conditions than the one presented in this card, though they don't usually have lifelink on top. On the other hand, recurring recursion as it is is only slightly more expensive than the actual card Disemtomb. I also feel the card can be slightly confusing on because it's using the Saga template and saga's usually get counters each turn. It's not clear if this card gets any counters without the Index effect. I suspect not, but the presence of this uncertainty at all could pose a problem. I think this could have more easily solved by using the class template instead. Also I don't think it's intentional (though it might be) that the first ability only always makes opponent's lose 1 life. So if I gain 4 life, unless that is through gaining 1 life 4 times, as opposed to one instance of 4 life (say with a 4/4 lfielink angel) then the opponents still only lose 1 life. 8/10
I decided to take an alternative route to keep things in color. While the creature doesn't say "~ can't be blocked", any time it attacks it can't be blocked.
Old Rule: Unblockable New Rule: 0 Power
