<BB> MrLozano's Battle Board [Doer the Cat]

Distracted Cat: 9/10. This card is cool. I love the idea of punishing untapping. At the same time, I feel like this would never go into a main deck, and only end up in sideboards. That's not necessarily bad though.

Was... was that not the second tip? Xander stands confused for a moment, before moving to the left, using one stick to swat the cat's sword to the right, then using the other to tap Doer.

Doer, moves slightly to the left, with the blade only touching the top part of his fur. "And that birngs meow to the fourth tip." Doer smiles while looking beyond Xander's back. "In a battle, trust no one. There are no friends, no allies, even no lovers. There's only you and your sword." The cat flickers, dissapearing from sight. From the woods behind Xander the sound of squashing leaves can be heard. A small deer comes from between the trees. But the sound of the steps approaches, growing in intensity. A very big cat, more of the likes of a lion emerges from the forest, jumping on the deer and killing it instantly. From the top of a tree, Doer laughs. "Always assume that honor doesn't exist. That way, you won't be surprised of your allies betray you." The big feline looks at Xander and leaving his prey behind, opens its mouth and roars. Then, it jumps towards the boy.

Exquisite Flourish: Nice trick, but I think it can be a little bit more pushed. Maybe give +1/+0? 8/10

Felidar Predator: 6/10. On the one hand, I like the card. On the other, it's very not black/green. Imo, anyway.

"Definitely an interesting philosophy to have." 
When the animal pounces on Xander, it seems to move through him. He then throws one of his blades where the cat lands, black sludge oozing out of it, attaching itself to the beast, until it is consumed entirely. The ooze then slowly boils away, and Xander calls the blade back to him, then turns to face Doer.

"I'm afraid I can't quite agree, though. While some people can definitely be suspicious, I usually prefer to trust my allies. Maybe a bit less so when they send giant cats after me."

On Felidar Predator: It was based on Kavu Predator (green although I know it's from Planar Chaos) and Tainted Remedy and the black stuff that punishes people from gaining life (I don't want to sound rude, I just say this 'cause the card looked very BG and I wanted to explain my reasoning, but don't worry).

"Well, you can trust some people. Not people. Sorry, but I don't trust any of you 'humeowns'. But I trust meow brother." I withdraw my sword. "Anyways, those are the meown lessons. Be always on guard and don't trust your opponents. And try to look less meownacing than you really are." I smile at the kid and with a flashy movement I jump to his face, sword in hand. In the last second my sword turns into a needle, I pierce a butterfly that was flying there and I land in my fours. I lick my paw and look into Xander's eyes.

Only Darkness: I think this is just a more convoluted way to say "Your opponents can't gain life" (I know it's not, but it just strikes me that way). I also think it's under costed? I don't really want something that goes infinite with Sanguine Bond and friends at less than five mana. The idea is nice, though. 7/10

Resource Deficiency: I'm not a big fan of tapping lands but the card seems nice. 8/10

Agreed, that's why I don't post on mobile lol. Also I was considering common but I think it'd have to only mill 1 for that.

Elite Hunter: 9.5/10. I do have to take something off for not including a rarity, though I'm assuming rare. I think Elite Inquisitor is a really cool card, and I think you translated it well into red.

Xander watches Doer make his diagram, listening intently.
"Okay... I can do that, I think."
Xander looks up at Doer, then turns to leave.
"Thank you again for the training!"

I look at Seiva and smile at the mention of the core. That thing was interesting. "If you need help with meowstress Seiva I can search for her or send meow brother. He is very good at tracking people. We are always glad to help."  Or at least I am.

Medic's Path

A good doctor can heal or kill with the same ease. Luckily, they normally choose to heal.

Aether Virus: I'm a fan of energy and black self-harming enchantments so this hits two sweet spots for me. 10/10

A butterfly flitted by one of the cat brothers, looking like it was running from something. It flew up higher as a normal cat pounced for it, missing the insect.

On Michi's travels through the arena on the many paths of the arena, he sees a human man, dressed in a blue cloak, absentmindedly reading out of a journal not really paying attention where he is going. As you pass by him, he accidentally bumps into Michi.

"Oops, sorry-" and looks down, "A cat? No, I can tell by the look in your eyes you are more than a cat. Hello, my name is Henry Brayden. What's your name?"

Meow: Seems perfectly fine, and is on theme for michi, but its missing "You may choose new targets for the copy." and all the spells that copy instant or sorceries have that so 9/10

Michi, Cartographer: It's like a slightly bigger Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner I like it, although I would increase the loyalty to five so it can survive at one loyalty after activating the ability two times 9/10 (I knew I was forgetting something when I made that card)

"Do you have experience with experiments gone wrong, meowster Brayden?"

"Well, I guess I'm known in Tolaria West for my experiments going awry, from someone being polymorphed into a frog to whatever gadget I was working on exploding. I've mentioned this already but I might as well finish the story. One of my experiments caused my spark to ignite, but you're not only not the only one permanently changed due to a experiment," he says while sitting to be more on level with Michi, and rolls up his right sleeve of his cloak to show that his entire right arm is covered in bandages, "Just one warning ahead of time; What you will see is not for the faint of heart."

Then he starts slowly unwinding his bandages, underneath the bandages his skin was a color of green that would remind you of an infected wound and was marred with scars, scratches and bulbous growths on the outside. When he finally fully unwound the bandages, his right hand was clearly inhuman, only having three fingers and each one topped with a massive claw.

"I hope that was not too much of a shock for you; This was the first time showing anyone, not even my colleagues, and don't worry its not infectious in anyway. This happened when I was experimenting with green mana in my artifacts."

Medical Inspection: Looks perfectly fine for white (look at Off Balance), and the second ability fits white's general flavor 10/10

"Well... Actually, I should really explain the experiment I was performing which led up to... This... happening. One of my colleagues recently was able to get their hands on a Mox Emerald. Its a type of gem that turns most streams of mana into pure green mana, however It is quite sensitive to sudden fluctuations of mana. I was using it in an artifact, but suddenly the mana stream I was passing through the gem suddenly spiked, why it did that? I have no clue, and it exploded and I took the brunt of it." he says, then looks down to his mutated hand and lets out a frustrated sigh. "It not only mutated my body, it also split my Psyche into two pieces. One of them is the normal, rational me... However the other one... Is a creature fueled by pure rage."
