Up: *sparkling eyes* I love it. I'd totally hate playing against it and still think it's a sweet card. It's like the evil child of Reflector Mage and Hurkyl's Recall. I want this for every commander deck that plays those colors.
Borderland Caller Creature - Elf Warrior When Borderland Caller enters the battlefield, choose 1, 2, or 3, then each player may discard a card. Each player who does, may search their library for creature card with converted mana cost equal to the chosen value, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle their library. 3/1
Up: I can see Teysa in there, but the Beastmaster is there in name only. What if instead the -7 was “Draw X cards, where X is the toughness of the Beast you control with the greatest toughness” if you want to keep the Beast theme. The 1/1 tokens is very reminiscent of Teysa though.
Lord Voldemort Legendary Creature — Human Wizard Multikicker When Lord Voldemort enters the battlefield, put a phylactery counter on X target artifacts you control, where X is the number of times it was kicked. When you do, destroy X target creatures. Lord Voldemort has indestructible as long as you control an artifact with a phylactery counter on it. 7/3

Up: Lord Voldemort is undercosted. An indestructible 7/3 for 5 (even if 4 are designate) is way to cheap. It appears you may be mimicing some of the gods if so the simply include the devotion to black of 7 and I could see this card.
Whenever Agentless Bear attacks, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less than this card. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Up: I think this is just a bit too effective. Assuming it’s , which would fit the color pie better, you still have access to all the best blinking the game has to over. Even 5 mana for “exile target permanent” is still probably too good.
A challenge, you say? Phyrexian Crusade Enchantment Whenever a creature you control enters the battlefield, each player sacrifices a permanent.

UP: Red doesn't get creature removal, nor does blue, for that matter. The card itself is also kinda weird in that there's nothing blue about it at all. Overall it's a bit of a mess.
Twister of Reality Creature - Eldrazi When you cast CARDNAME, destroy two permanents target player controls, then reveal the top three cards of that player's library. Put each permanent cardrevealed this way on the battlefield under that player's control and the rest in that player's hand Annihilator 3 9/9
Up: Neat way to implement Brainstorm on a giant Eldrazi.
Sarkhan’s Summons Sorcery Search your library for three Dragon permanent cards and reveal them. If you reveal three cards with different names, choose one of them at random, put it onto the battlefield. Shuffle the rest into your library. ”DRAGONS! Dragonsdragonsdragons!” -Sarkhan
Up: It's so cheap to play yet so much riskier for it. Not crazy about the name, but the effect is a pretty cool compromise that would fit in with the current Standard power level.
Fundamentalism ::1W:: Enchantment - Aura ::Uncommon:: Enchant creature. Whenever enchanted creature becomes blocked by a blue creature, exile that creature for as long as Fundamentalism remains on the battlefield. "That ain't what my daddy taught me."
Up: Interesting color hate. Fun but not too strong.
Leonin Drosscaster Creature - Cat Zombie Leonin Drosscaster enters the battlefield tapped. When Leonin Drosscaster enters the battlefield, you may tap target creature. If you do, its controller loses life equal to the number of tapped creatures on the batlteifeld. 2/1
Up: Useful to cast both before and after combat, and in both Afro and control decks. It reminds me of Throne of the God-Pharaoh.
Defiant Shrieker Creature — Elemental Defiant Shrieker can’t be blocked by green or white creatures. When ~ enters the battlefield, destroy target creature. If that creature was green or white, it’s controller loses 3 life. 3/2
UP: Keeping Shriekmaw's original CMC keeps this card in line with other destroy-on-enter creatures like Ravenous Chupacabra. The color-based evasion both captures Flash of Defiance well and falls in line with the small, evasive black creatures from the Magic era of hating on colors. Overall solid at uncommon.
Howling Ice Fields Snow Land : Add : Look at the top card of your library. If it is a snow creature card, you may reveal it and create a 1/1 white and blue Spirit snow creature token with flying. Drowning and freezing are both understood to be relatively quiet deaths, but the denizens of the ice fields are quite vocal in their disagreement.
Sir Martikov All the symbols for things like mana cost and rarity and under the smilies on the bottom right of all the tools for posting, but they've also all got codes you can type out instead of looking for them once you get the gist of them.
I joined because I thought designing cards would be neat. I stayed because Wizards needs to steal better cards from us than the ones they've been printing.
Sir Martikov: Looks strong but not too strong for an uncommon. Good muddle of those cards. For the symbols, take a look at this.
Deeproot Visionary Creature — Merfolk Shaman Whenever another Merfolk enters the battlefield under your control, draw a card. “You think I stand alone? May the seeds of your mind be equally fruitful.”
I didn't even type a single word on this. Just copypasted it from the two cards. I think this is reasonable because you get similar (or stronger) effects for four mana on a 2/2 and three mana as enchantment.
Up: Very straightforward, and seems balanced. Great muddle
And here’s another copy/paste- Artistic Passion Enchantment — Aura Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets +1/+0 and has first strike. Sacrifice Artistic Passion: Enchanted creature and other creatures that share an artist with it get +1/+0 and gain first strike until end of turn.
