Last Friday, I let my roommate borrow my phone charger. I figured I'd order another one from Amazon, and I ended up ordering two for $10. Thing is, my roommate stayed overnight at his girlfriend's townhome and forgot to give it back, so for most of Saturday, I didn't have a charger. The ones I ordered online wouldn't come until Sunday, so I decided to see if the bookstore on campus had them. They did, but the problem was, one block and one cord together cost $53. This card's art does a pretty good job at replicating my exact facial expression at the time. No Sale

  What I did? I was baby-sitting the lil hoomans of my two sisters while they were out shopping. So what did I do? I cooked them something I knew they would enjoy so that they would leave me in one piece at the end of the day ;-) |

I just made a couple of homemade ketchups last night: black garlic, and cranberry. For the black garlic, I mostly followed the green tomato recipe, but I used 0.25 tsp Mexican cinnamon (like what the cranberry recipe says). I had 14 & 8/9 oz. of black garlic, so I used three cloves of regular garlic to make up the difference. I also had to add another 0.25 cup vinegar while straining, so I'd recommend using half a cup if you wanna make this yourself. Black garlic ketchup is DELICIOUS, nicely sweet and VERY fruity, so you should DEFINITELY make some yourself! Funny thing is, it's one that Jared hasn't done himself yet. I guess I could do something like this: Experimental Chef    Creature--Human Artisan    , Sacrifice three Foods,  : Create two Homemade Food tokens. (They’re colorless Improved Food artifact tokens named Homemade Food with “ , , Sacrifice this artifact: You gain 4 life and add three mana of any one color.")1/4 |

You should give it split second so they can't be activated in response Unfortunately that wouldn't work because mana abilities don't use the stack, so split second doesn't affect them. If played on upkeep, it would still force the player with the gold and treasure to use them at a less than ideal time (potentially). |

So I have a dog and I live in an area that has a lot of gardens. While some people are, well, not exactly the most polite people when it comes to the stuff they leave or throw on the ground I always make sure to pick up whatever my dog does and to ensure that she always does her business in one of the gardens. Recently though people started just randomly putting this plaques "now this garden is designated for X". I'm not even really sure on who's authority they are doing that, but I'm starting to run out of gardens and it's not easy to get the dog to go in specific places, especially when it rains. so...  |

I went to a coworker's funeral. Ended up getting the rest of that work day off. He was absurdly silly with his dry wit, and was definitely rather unique in how he lived his life. I'm gonna miss him.

 Went to our society's annual convention and exhibits this week, and it had several features that I featured in this card: - learn - There were several presentations and fora.
- artifact discount - There were also plenty of booths with companies and suppliers offering discounts on their medical supplies and equipment.
- vehicle token - At the end of the convention, there was a grand raffle that gave away a brand-new car.
