Edit: Changed the last ability to be only activatable by another player to increase flavor and address the point brought up by The Harlequin Edit 2: Removed gift ability. {Card History}V1: just lost 3 life each upkeep, without an emblem. Also, put 3 -1/-1 counters on a creature instead of destroying it. Felt it was better to have the negative effect be permanent, and that allowed it to make the +1 ability a little stronger. V2: The +1 just destroyed the creature. Added loss of life based on MV to offset some of its power, as it was potentially too strong otherwise, as pointed out by The Harlequin . damagicgeek , I really like your card!!

Mindpact Demon Creature--Demon Whenever you draw a card, put a level counter on this. 1/1 Level 3+ Flying, trample Mindpact Demon gets +1/+1 for each level counter on it. At the beginning of each end step, draw a card and lose 1 life for each level counter on Mindpact Demon. 1/1
Although I have no art for it (can anyone help me find some art of a Demon offering something to either someone else, or the viewer specifically?), a render might make things slightly more understandable:

sdfkjghYou probably don't need this card to be a 'leveler' if you're just using the one level. Something like the following would most likely fit better in the text box: Whenever you draw a card put a [thing] counter on ~. As long as ~ has three or more [thing] counters it gets +1/+1 for each of those counters, has flying, trample, and "At the beginning of each end step draw a card and lose 1 life for each [thing] counter on ~."

If my understanding of timestamping effects is correct, the last ability should circumvent any "you have no maximum hand size" cheese.

A simplified one-sided version of Chains that always discards and always mills. Notably, you'll lose even more card advantage if your opponent uses a symmetrical multiple card draw effect. I was tempted to put a monger ability to do just that, but that felt like too much text.

I think you should be able to solve that issue without the flicker the way that the Theros Archetypes (see [card]Archetype of Courage[/card]) did (by explicitly preventing the having and gaining of abilities). Something like: "Your maximum hand size is 0 and it can't change."

This might have to be silver-bordered because of referencing the rarities of cards. I'm not sure on the rules there.

As I understand the rules, having this on the battlefield will mean you can't cast spells or abilities that target. You won't, for instance, be able to play Auras. But you could play spells with Overload for their Overload cost, since they're untargeted then. You could play abilities that target "up to" X targets, but only if X=0. That's how I'm intending the drawback to work, anyway.

I've always wanted a 1 mana haste enabler. Aggressor isn't as big of a drawback as you think it is, especially for creatures with activated abilities. Hell, just think what it would do for mana dorks, especially for mana dorks capable of producing more mana than they cost.

That's how I'm intending the drawback to work, anyway. The wording probably is a bit unusual (something like "You cannot cast targeted spells or activated targeted abilities" would probably look more Magic-esque), but considering naming targets is part of casting a spell / activating an ability and your wording prevents the player from doing so.. Yeah, it should indeed work as intended.
