The whole interaction with ya own ability is kinda strange and unnessessary because being able to turn off the limitation of ya card feels just wrong.
You wonna play cards like this because the good overwhelms the bad -- and not because ya can just turn off the bad.

I personaly would add {T} to the ability -- But it should be fine as it is.

I would use "You can't draw cards outside your draw step" -- But ya wording works just fine.
I realy like it.

shroud shouldn't be on a demon -- especially if there wasn't any ever that had shroud on its own
i would put the counter on the player instead -- so that, if ya ever plan to play another, the curse would still linger upon ya head.

Having a destruction effect on + is kinda strong -- Take in consideration that there are only 2 pw's that have simmular effect on +

the leveling frame is unnessessary. just make it charge counter, blood counter or whatever and get rid of this mess of a frame ;-)

Now there is more text on my creature card -- but i still can't play it cause it is still a creature.
"This card is also an Adventure sorcery card named 'Tell me a Tale' with converted mana cost of 1U and: 'Scry 1, then draw a card'."
But if that will ever work -- i'm not sure at all -- Cause ya card doesn't has Adventure as it gets exiled, ya woun't be able to cast it from the exile.

besides -- being able to turn off the negative effect -- or more, being able to take advantage of it cause of swapping controll, feels kinda wrong to me.

Spells themself don't target -- Their controller does so.
115.1. Some spells and abilities require their controller to choose one or more targets for them. The targets are object(s) and/or player(s) the spell or ability will affect. These targets are declared as part of the process of putting the spell or ability on the stack. The targets can’t be changed except by another spell or ability that explicitly says it can do so.
"You can't target permanents with spells or abilities."
But over all, I'm not a fan of this concept. Especially Elesh never had to do something with targeting.

ward 5 is kinda a lot -- would make it 3, would still be good.
otherwise looks kinda weak on the upside tho. i assume that this lady reduces the costs by aprox. 2 each cast
increasing the non-cost by 5 seams kinda strange in comparison.

"attack each turn" isn't realy a downside imo -- especially if ya build ya deck around it aka rush recklessly.

i appriciate the old frame -- but i guess we all should get used to the new one.
over all a nice and kinda fresh take on the "cast exiled spells" concept.
