Feedbackkefke : I totally don't mind that this isn't an artifact. Love the Hero type on this. Card feels very balanced, and does have a unique feel to it. Good name too! sdfkjgh : "I'm just a Juggalo Rudolph during Pride Month!" This card definitely gave me a good laugh! Feels balanced and I'd for sure "DEFINITELY NOT" play with it, dressed as afore-mentioned Rudolph. pernicious : Amazing flavor text, love the reference, even with the name! Excellent to have the ability transferred to Metalcraft! Great art too! viriss : So cute! Awesome that it's an inverse of the Vehicles making Pilots! Cute flavor text too. Idea : I think your description and line of thinking on Robots is spot on. And I love the novelty of adding to the mana cost! The story it tells is quite awesome too! I think it would have been better to omit its first ability and lower its energy cost by one. Otherwise, very creative design. Exerting the lands to extract resources, it becoming a Vehicle upon "death." All of it is excellent. ResultWinner is Idea for a really well-thought out card. I'm normally not a fan of so much text, and I think pernicious ' submission is pure gold titanium, but I couldn't leave the novelty and well-thought-out details of Idea 's submission un-recognized.

vizionarius: Great, now I can't get the image of Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope marching in a Pride parade while singing I'm Just a Juggalo. Just for fun, Violent J's wearing a rainbow wig in this vision you gave me, vizionarius.

Thank you for the win vizionarius ! For the next challenge, make a god creature with another race, featuring a rules-changing ability that doesn't directly mention that other race.

Majestrix Polaimos Legendary Creature--Hydra God Indestructible, trample Majestrix Polaimos enters the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it for every two mana spent to cast it. You may look at the top card of your library at any time. You may cast the top card of your library without paying its mana cost if its mana cost has in it. If X would be zero, you may have X equal the number of +1/+1 counters on Majestrix Polaimos instead. 3/3

sdfkjgh{Spoiler}It's an interesting effect and hard to judge on balance. I do think it seems designed as a commander card. Not necessarily commander only card, but still in the vast majority of scenarios the only way the cost of this card would increase is to have it be your commander and cast it from the command zone after it dies. In that sense, it creates an interesting dynamic of the penalty for the commander dying making it stronger. On the other hand, that restrictions creates some redundancy and possible confusion in most instances of the card being used, including in the commander format when it itself is not the commander.
I also have a structural issue with casting cards of the top of your library for free like this. It's probably not the cast that you will just play your entire deck cause sooner or later you will run into a land, but you could well get quite a number of free hits. I think casting the top card for free is a fair enough thing for a five color six mana creature to be doing often, but to be able to machine-gun X spells at X=3 (or more precisely half the +1/+1 counters, but that's usually going to be 3) for free might be a little much. Plus in the process it also discounts X spells not on top of your library (because X is automatically set to 3. viriss{Spoiler}Love the art, love the render. I am a little confused on the effect here since it seems a bit ambiguous on what damage we're talking about exactly. The way it's worded seems to imply it's changing the characteristics of the damage as opposed to what lethal damage is. So unlike something like Zilortha, Strength Incarnate, whose effect reads "lethal damage (...) is determined by (...)", this one could be referring to an instance of damage, rather than total damage dealt that turn. On the other hand, that kind of effect is usually phrased with a "Whenever X deals damage to". The difference could just be because this is static rather than triggered, but even so it's unclear if this card is meant to be, in essence, "prevent all damage dealt that is less than creature's toughness" or "creatures get +0/+1". Other than that, it feels very fitting for a worm god, right down to the keywords and size. Either version of the rule-setting ability also works with this, though I definitely prefer the "you need to deal at least X damage at once" effect. It would have to be designed carefully though because of the absorb stalling problem. Flo00{Spoiler}Mildly disappointed Rat god is wholly unrelated to Kamigawa, but that's just an aside. I very much like the abilities here, from the interesting take on the god mechanic by essentially making this one ascend from mere mortal into godhood by having a lot of rats, to the hand-sized reduction and graveyard-to-exile synergy with the rat theme of making an opponent discard cards. Reducing the maximum hand size is a pretty potent effect, but at the same time, by the time you cast this and especially since you're probably playing discard rats, the opponent may already have a low handsize anyway. kefke{Spoiler}Boy that's a lot of treasures. And he even takes what little you have with him if you don't have enough. Does he dump all of it into a tiger-shaped cave?
That aside, that's a steep set up-cost (it should be noted since you're not spending the treasures and he takes them away if you fail to keep enough of them, this card could be seen in some perspectives are nearly costing 12-13 mana), though it does bring you a solid flyer and repeated tutoring of very light restrictions. I very much like how (I assume) this card deals with wish-granting. Would probably feel a lot better about it if it needed less treasures to stick around for it. Winner {Spoiler}I give this victory to Flo00 !

Something really bad happened to the Seven Dwarves: Mine-Tomb Horror Creature--Vampire Dwarf Horror Casualty 2 Menace When Mine-Tomb Horror enters the battlefield, you may search your library for any number of cards named Mine-Tomb Horror, reveal them, put them into your hand, then shuffle. As long as you control seven or more permanents named Mine-Tomb Horror, if this permanent is a creature, it gets +1/+1 for each other permanent named Mine-Tomb Horror you control. A deck can have any number of cards named Mine-Tomb Horror. 2/2

Judging: {vizionarius}Vampire bat is a strange combination. Good signpost uncommon for a vampire/blood archetype. Would fit right into Crimson Vow.
{sdfkjgh}I guess you take horror to be the animal type here. On the edge, but still counts. Having any number in your deck and searching for all of them sounds pretty excessive. Not neccessarily because it makes the card so good, but also because it can thin your deck significantly seting up some combo and giving you hand cards to burn into whatever you want. Aside from that, its an interesting and fun card. I like the casualty on a vampire. {Idea}Good card. Interesting combination of mill and draw in one ability. I like the flavor text.
{melono}Simple and good card. Probably a bit too strong for a common.

Seeker of Desires Sorcery Creature - Insect Djinn (This card enters the battlefield as it resolves and is no longer a sorcery.)Search your library for a sorcery or creature card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. vizionarius{Spoiler}This sorcery effect is at the level of tutors. It's more conditional than tutors, but many tutors have downsides and I don't think this one is so big as to make it not loner in the 'should be a mythic' category for tutoring. It's a good way to represent wishes though, and while I certainly wouldn't have expected tiny Djinn, it's a good surprise. sdfkjgh{Spoiler}I'm not really fond of cards built to not be interactive. The fact this card can't be sacrificed seemed like just one more way to get around dying at first. Then I really how quickly this thing (which lacks trample) can be a monkey's paw, eventually drawing you more cards than you could cast to keep yourself from milling out. It's still not very interactive but it's a ticking time bomb for you, creating an interesting puzzle for you and your opponents to deal with. Far more fitting in power and to the colors than I first realized, I like it! Winner {Spoiler}I think both entries were pretty even this time, but I'll give the win for sdfkjgh 's surprisingly subtly clever design!

Thanks for the win. It seems I usually only win in ridiculously small pools.
So, my mom weirdly started taking an interest this morning, so I showed her this thread. When we saw I'd won, I asked her to name two random creature types. In typical fashion, her first one wasn't very good (Troll and Orc are too similar), but her next one was quite interesting: Troll and Faerie.
So make me a Troll Faerie.

The render didn't give me the option to chop the bottom in the normal side, so I'll post the card in forum format as well: Elda and Thunthun Legendary Creature - Troll Faerie (adventure) Big Time Rescue Instant-Adventure Exile target creature you control and return it to the battlefield under your control. (Normal) Trample Celebration— When Elda and Thunthun enter the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on them. If two or more nonland permanents enters the battlefield this turn, put an additional +1/+1 counter and vigilance counter on them. Never before had the petty princess found so ugly and charming a prince.3/3
