The intermediaries looked to each other, then to the figure in the back, who only gave the slightest of nods. Returning their gaze to their seller, one of the intermediaries uncovered a chest, of a moderate size, and walked forward with it, eyes dead set on Rixos. He stopped between the two groups, placing it on the ground, and slowly opened it, before backing away and returning to his side of the room. Even from here, it was obvious that the chest had been filled with a sizable amount of coinage. On further inspection, Rixos would find most of it was local, while some amount of off-world currency had found its way into the mix. Whoever the master was, they had deep pockets, as it would seem. {Response Card - Tense Exchange} "Will that satisfy you, merchant?" "Oh, it truly will. What else do you want to know? This metal bird-shaped efigy is from a group of people from the farmlands. They venerate a giant, you guessed it, bird that is said to bless their harvests. This one..." Rixos countinues his explanation about the different religions of the many groups of the planes. Meanwhile, he takes a close look at the money, to determine wether or not is true. Silently, one of his runes starts to work on this matter.Overload of Information Instant As an additonal cost to cast this spell, sacrifice a nonland permanent. You draw X cards and lose X life, where X is the sacrificed permanent's converted mana cost. Learning too many things at once can sometimes be painful. So, I don't know what if you are giving me a permanent, but it will probably get sacrifice right away. Also, is the money fake or is it real coin? If Rixos' spell goes undetected or doesn't bother the traders I will ask you to answer this for me. Tense Exchange: So, this is Harmless Offering plus Divinaton. It's very situational, but I think it can see play in Zedruu decks in EDH, or well, anywhere where you play Harmless Offering and blue. It's fine as a tech card, but I'm sure within black-border rules you can't exchange ownership of permanents, it interacts very weirdly with graveyards ans that stuff. I'm giving you a 7/10 for that problem, but it's a fine card.

mrlozano The merchant would find there was no deception. The wealth in front of him was very real. Down to the metal dust that had accumulated at the bottom. "This will be sufficient," the intermediary at the front spoke, stepping forward to collect his due. "You will be contacted if we require more." {Response Card - Trust Exchange}Trusted Exchange Sorcery Each player draws a card. Then if a player has drawn three or more cards this turn, draw two cards. "We are in the business of being honest. Are you?"The tall figure from the back of the group seemed to watch Rixos, more so than the other agents. Even though they were cloaked, their amber eyes still pierced from the shadow to stare at him. Overload of Information: Compared to Costly Plunder, this is much more powerful. Even with the life loss, it's still an amazing response to your expensive stuff being targeted. Way too good. 3/10

I the end, he decides to make a bow and proceed to leave the place.Lost AlleyLand ~ enters the battlefield tapped. : Add . , : Target player discards a card. Activate this ability only if that player has drawn three or more cards this turn. Trusted Exchange: This is fine? I think most of the time this will read "1U: Each player draws a card." but my greatest concern is that I'm not sure you really need to draw five cards in a turn. I'm sure you want, but I don't see it that useful. Also, this would be much better as an Instant, to be able to use it after an opponent has cast a big draw spell. 6/10 I suppose? Not really sure.

mrlozano The intermediaries observe him as he departs, especially the one who made the rear of the group. "Observe him, but not enough to draw suspicion. See who else frequents his store. If he's willing to deal with me, he's certainly willing to deal with others."One of the intermediaries nodded, and the group turned, their purchases in tow. Rudara had much to consider this night, especially with her store of local deific icons. Lost Alley: Reminds me of the uncommon lands from Shadowmoor, like Madblind Mountain, and I like this, but it's a bit too narrow to really work. 6/10 for trying though.

"The stained glass? It mostly looks really pretty, but beyond that, it lets you refract mana in interesting ways. If you know what you're doing, you can turn it into a mana collector... but I'm pretty certain this plane hasn't gone that far with arcane optics yet."
I pulled a bit of glass out of my cloud, and produced a red-and-green bauble.
"This thing, for example, glows in the presence of magic. Color varies based off what kind it is."
I tossed it to the merchant, where it promptly started producing a dancing combination of bright, pure light and shadows.

"Hmm, I thought I had another pair of pants here. This thing is being a litttle messy lately... Anyways, do you want anything more? I will be delighted if you could make some necklaces or that kind of things. My sister loves them."
Eldrazi's Head Artifact Whenever a player casts a colorless spell, you may gain 1 life. The thing is dead, but its tiwsted shadow remains.
Glass Blade: I think this should read "Equip Knight creature " and "Equip " in two different lines of text (as in Blackblade Reforged). Outside of that, it's fine. 8/10

I didn't go with the Blackblade wording because it looks awful with the forum formatting . "Necklaces? I'm sure I could line you up with a few."
With a gesture, I drew a necklace out of the air. It glistened like ice as I dangled it in front of Rixos. With a moment's thought, I plucked a pair of matching earrings out of the air.

Someone planeswalks to the Arena. "Doer?" A small cat, with a big hat looks at the room. "Have you arrived yet, brother?" The cat has white fur, but it shifts, as if that was uncommon in the Arena. Suddenly, a hole in the air tears behind him, in a very unnatural way. That's not a all like planeswalking, it's something much more rough, as if it wasn't meant to be. "I'm here, brother." A big black cat enters the room. He wields a strange weapon, it looks like a katana, but from other angle looks more like two daggers. The cat tosses some dead fur from his paws. "Where have you brought us, brother? Meow" Doer starts licking his wounds in the areas where the fur fell from his legs. "I don't meow, brother." Doer looks at the small cat and smiles in a very unnatural way for a cat. "I meowking love that. Come on, Michi! We've got a whole meow plane to explore!" Both cats start walikng in their legs, in a bipedous way. A very strange scene indeed...Michi, the Cat-Walker has arrived to the Arena. "And I followed him, you meowstard!" Belled Collar: I like the flavor and how you can equip a creature you don't control. It's probably not that playable, though. 8/10

The book remains mostly inert for a moment. But then a dagger spontaneously manifests on top of it! There seems to be a hand connected to the dagger. The hand waves at you while holding the dagger, but not in a menacing "I'm going to stab you" sort of way.CARD: Seeing how unsummon with cantrip is usually costed at , I'd put this at - it also has memory issues, which is a bit of an issue. Overall a bit of a miss. 6.5/10.
Ominous Greeting Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature Enchanted creature has flying and deathtouch. Whenever enchanted creature deals combat damage to a player, you may sacrifice CARDNAME. If you do, you and that player each draw three cards and lose 3 life. The dark isn't always scary. Just usually.

[ Why does this human talk to Michi? I'm the fabulous one. Figth me, you coward!] (Michi, the Cat in the Hat) "Hello!" Then, I see the glass cloud floating behind the human and my jaw drops. The multiverse is full of wonders.
"Oh, that? That's my raw materials. I might be able to teach you a trick or two if you have any talent for glassweaving. It's a bit unlikely, though."
To demonstrate, I hold out my hand - a small cat sculpture made out of blown glass tumbles gently into my palm. Precious Bauble - Artifact - When Precious Bauble enters the battlefield or is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, create a colorless Treasure artifact token with " , sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color". Credo of the Ruler - let's give Doer a chance to make his introduction, shall we? Your answer has to be at least one of . Instantaneous Amazement is a pie break, I'm afraid. If it were just Equipment it'd be fine, but removing auras destroys them, which is a no-no in blue. Other than that, I'm kinda ambivalent towards it - I think I'd feel better about it if it didn't tap planeswalkers (if only to head off the childish jokes). 7/10

If the dagger doesn't move I approach the book again, but with much more prudence this time. If it does... well, I just run as fast as I can and call Doer. And Doers doesn't like books. I shouldn't call Doer, poor book. Well, let's wait and see what the book does.Banish the Unnatural Instant Destroy target artifact or enchantment. If it was an Aura or an Equipment, draw a card. "Fight me with your bare fists!" -Doer "Go, brother! But please, don't kill him." -MichiOminous Greeting: This can deal a huge amount of damage. As a black mage, I like it a lot. As an impartial judge, it probably gives too many cards. 8/10
