Nicholai thinks for a moment, before smiling at the cat. "You know what? First one's on the house. Take it - it's all yours, kitten." he says, it floating down. It would float onto Michi's paw, and he would feel a small shock of electricity as it sealed around his leg, and the merchant seemed to let out a sigh of relief, quickly followed by "Ah, apologies about the shock. That's just it bonding to you so you'll never lose it." he says, still smiling. But that smile does not reach his eyes.Soulless Gaze Sorcery Exile target nonland permanent that shares a name with a permanent you control. "Thank you, meowster." I look at the jewellery. And it's definitely not friendly.Nighveil Stalker Creature - Cat Assassin Flash When ~ enters the battlefield creatures you control gain hexproof until end of turn. mrlozano Nightveil Stalker: This effect on a 3/2 body for flash... I want to say it's a bit too much. But honestly, the double color density makes up for it a bit. I do like the flavor too. 9/10. The merchant looks at Michi, before his face goes deadly serious. "You can't." he says. After a pause, he laughs. "I jest, I jest! Let me explain it to you - it's thought based. toadette Protective Oread: I don't know how much I like armor counters. It's a may, so it can't be chipped away by 1/X's or pings, and even with something as simple as this, it can be easily abused by (colors it happens to share a plane with) to blink it and just get enough of these so that you don't take damage. Even if lets 1 get through, imagining this in a higher life total format (2HG, EDH) and even in standard could be a problem. Not sure what your "I've been informed I don't know what I'm talking about" is referring to, but your balance feedback is enormously useful. For armor counters, I was thinking about ways to protect yourself over a longer term, and this card was inspired both by my flavor work on orange from a couple days ago and by your prompt (orange also likes enchantment-love, so I wanted to work that in also). I was imagining the scenarios in which you'd spend your armor counters, and in most cases you'd only be saving 2-3 life―but having it be variable and requiring you to use them strategically made me feel good about it. As for adjusting balance, if how it stands is too strong or difficult to play against, I'm considering changing the reminder text to say "... you may remove an armor counter and prevent half of that damage, rounded up." That way, it's even more variable, but it doesn't save you from a 10-power whack attack the way the original design would. Also considering "... you may remove an armor counter to prevent 2 of that damage" or something flat like that ... but then, in that case, you might as well be gaining 2 life in the first place, so that's a stinky design corner. Anyway, any thoughts are appreciated. Stuffed Shapeshifter: Huh, I was sure there was a card that already did this, but I can't think of one. Apart for some wording questions―"has" vs. "gains" on the gained ability―I'd say this is pretty on-par. 10/10) "Oh, fantastic," Twyla says. "I'm sure I can think of a situation in which that'd be useful." Mirrorfox Creature ― Fox Illusion Mirrorfox has +3/+3 for each creature named Mirrorfox. 0/0 "What would you ask for in return?"

"I'm sorry meowster, meow brother is a little bit oveprotective." He glances at Doer, 'menacingly', then smiles warmly at Nicholai. "Anyways, thank you for the ankelt! If you want anything from us just tell meow, we'll be glad to help. We are always around here."Platinum Burst: This is a neat card that I'm sure wizards will print one day, probably in a commander precon. 10/10

test Property Racket: T1, "target player discards a card", anything beyond that it's sort of a weird choice card. Not super sure how it would feel. Not inherently bad either? 8/10. Lettie walks "into" a field with scorch marks from what seemed like lightning. The only store here is a small stall, filled with jewelry and other objects, but it was smack dab in the middle of prime real-estate. "Greetings! Yes, I'm a merchant, I deal in trinkets and enchantments, as you can see." he says, motioning to all his jewels and such. "Where do I do my business? Why, here of course. Or wherever I happen to be. I'm never without something to trade."
Always Prepared Enchantment When ~ enters the battlefield, you draw a card and lose 1 life. , Discard a creature card: Return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand.

If you're selling jewelry, then it's no wonder you're never without something to sell, Lettie wishes to say, but bites her cheek. "A travelling merchant then. Do you walk a beat? Can I expect to find you somewhere in the future, or is this a 'once in a lifetime opportunity', following aether trails notwithstanding?" Lettie laughs, and watches Nicholai intently.Tracker Mossdog Creature — Plant Hound Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Tracker Mossdog. 2/1 Always Prepared — Somewhat suspicious of the potentially repetitive gameplay, but otherwise this seems appropriate. 8/10

test Tracker Mossdog: Sure. A version of Forgotten Ancient or Managorger Hydra. Pretty good statline for the ability though, I think. 9/10. ...Walk a beat? Such foreign language. "Well, I expect to be here for a little bit. I still have things to sell, after all." he says, smiling. Something about this woman rubbed him the wrong way, but he put on the seller's smile anyway. "Now, can I interest you in some sort of enchantment or just a vanity item?" he asks, ever the merchant.Traitor's Aura Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature At the beginning of the upkeep of enchanted creature's controller, that player loses life equal to enchanted creature's power. Call to Aid: Pacifism.

Neottolemo The Scarred: I don't know if you can exile Hero cards (aren't they similar to Emblems or something?), but I get the idea. Neat. 9/10. You pathetic whelps don't know your places, do you?Ominous Chime Instant Destroy up to two target nonland permanents, then exile target player's graveyard.

Brilliant way of countering my card, but it seems a bit cheap. If you don't want to drive the cost up, it might at least want to be a sorcery when compared to Utter End. 8/10
And yea there's a bunch of Heroes that exile themselves for an effect, such as The General.
The Worst Is Yet To Come Scheme
Will of the council-When you set this scheme in motion, reveal the top five cards of your library and separate them into two piles. Each opponent votes for a pile. Put the pile with the most votes or tied for the most votes into your hand and the other into your graveyard.

Call to Aid: Pacifism. Either he's being evasive, or he really thinks he'll sell all this off at some point... ...and there's the shopkeeper's mask. Lettie smiles in kind, and simply says, "No, I don't think you can right now. Thank you nonetheless," and planeswalks on the spot, leaving behind an outline of fumes, and the stench of gall. A mask like one of my best, and a vendor at that. We're far too similar, and if I know anything about myself, then he's not to be trusted.
Traitor's Aura — Nice combo. Build your own Pillory, and a pretty clever response overall. The card seems ever so slightly overcosted for something so easy to play around, but it's interesting nonetheless. 9/10

Neottolemo The Worst Is Yet To Come: Fact or Fiction that requires a team's agreement. Super neat card, and I believe if they tie you get both piles so it usually requires total cooperation. Excellent Archenemy card. 10/10. Also, whaddya know, you can exile heroes! Learn something new everyday. You call yourselves "heroes" and barely show yourselves? Pathetic. Insolent fools. Dok of the Council Legendary Planeswalker - Dok While voting, you may vote an additional time. : Draw a card and gain 1 life. : Each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life for each life lost this way. : Starting with you, each player votes for extortion or filibuster. Each player who votes extortion loses half their life, rounded up, and you gain life equal to the amount of life lost this way. For each filibuster vote, take an extra turn after this one. {Static, +1, 0, -6, 2} Not super sure of the logistics of the -6 not super cooperating with the static. But, I don't play this game for points anymore.
