Oh wow, completely mised this one - big thanks for the win!
For our next challenge, I didn't really have an instant inspiration for something new - and since I definitely don't want to delay this contest any further, I decided to roll one of my already existing challenges instead (together with the usual two completely random ones, of course). And this leaves us with..:
LIMIT #92: Drive around! Your card is a Vehicle, cares or interacts with them. (Thanks, Daij_Djan!)
LIMIT #131: I don't ike this. Your card is better against specific cards, decks or archetypes. (Thanks Flo00!) LIMIT #140: The Tour de France - your card has a cycling ability or cares about cycling! (Thanks, thaneofglamis!)

Yeah, that one didn't age well – let's just assume I meant yesterday? No seriously, sorry for the delay. To not hold this contest back I'll just quickly announce the winner – which wasn't easy since I really enjoyed all designs in some way. But in the end, the win goes to pernicious with a very solid and cool design (with absolurtely hilarious flavor text) with melono as runner-up with a pretty cool Vehicle hate card.

Damn, I made two cards for this and I just couldn't quite pick between them. In the end I think I'm going with the simpler but potentially more fun-looking one, but I'll leave the other one in a spoiler as well. Edit: To be clear my entry is the one that is not in the spoiler, the other one is just because I wanted to show it since I also made it. {Spoiler}

Why would I ever acrifice more than one treasure into this? Or the other way around: If I choose to sacrifice 0 ("any number") treasures, does that satisfy the "if you do" clause?

Oh wow I just completely left out part of it, oops. It's supposed to be "search for an equipment with mana value equal to treasures sacrificed". I'll fix it now, thanks for noticing haha.

Covetous Giant Creature - Giant Rogue Affinity for Treasures Vigilance, menace Treasures lose all abilities. Whenever ~ deals combat damage to a player, gain control of all treasures that player controls. At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control twenty of more treasures, you win the game. 4/4 Ruling: Treasures counted toward ~'s affinity can be used to pay for the remainder of its cost.

Wait how does that ruling work? Since sacrificing the treasure is the cost to activate the ability wouldn’t that mean that by the time you can use the mana from a treasure to pay it would already have left the battlefield, thus no longer reducing cost through affinity?

Flo00 : I really like the flavor of this design, it's also well balanced. You could have given flying to those bird tokens, but the card is good all the same, I guess it just means they are golden chickens instead of golden geese.
emberfire17 : That's an interesting design, I like its flavor. Its ability is fun and very powerful without being OP since it's counterbalanced well by the treasure sacrificing and the attack trigger. You forgot to make the player shuffle after searching their library for an equipment. About the wording, I think that it should be "If you do," instead of "When you do,", since there is a "you may" clause in the first phrase.
Idea : A straightforward and well-made design. He must have an iron stomach as well.
vizionarius : Now that's a good boss monster for a Treasure deck. The win con it offers is far more balanced than Revel in Riches', and also its other abilities are flavorful and interesting. Nicely done.
twintania : A nice artifact addition to the Force elementals cycle. I'd raise its cost by 1, remove its second ability, change its type to Elemental and add some flavor text to make it fit with its kin without being OP. There is a minor wording mistake: It should be "create a Treasure token", without the "artifact".
The winner is flo00! With vizionarius and Idea as runnerups.

There is a minor wording mistake: It should be "create a Treasure token", without the "artifact". Thank you, I felt a bit weird feeling about the wording. I got that a pre-defined token doesn't need to be specified the type on card text. And I totally forgot the force was a member of the cycle. Once I saw all of them but I didn't play mtg around the time they came out so I tend to forget them.

I'll try to judge one or two days before christmas, so get your last entries in! {Idea}That's a pretty full textbox. Leaving the flavor out for better readability might be an option. The choice of cards to search is pretty interesting, since it wants you to also play black. The card draw theme totally makes sense in a book/tome themed deck.
{vizionarius}Doing partner with an existing card is a fun thing. Making a 3-color card that's actually a 4-color card seems a bit odd to me.
{pernicious}I like the guy who allways travels around with his flying carpet. The carpet is at a sweet spot where it is a useful card to get additionally, but not too powerful so that you wouldn't consider playing it in most decks if you hadn't Kalim in your deck. The second ability should probably use a counter as a reminder (how about flood counters?) because of memory issues.
{emberfire17}Wert seems like a nice card. What I'm a bit worried about is the Gemstone. I think this is on the edge of beeing to powerful. Although maybe in a few years of powercreep we could see it printed. The two closest cards that came to me were Fellwar Stone, which is probably better in most multiplayer games but worse in 1o1 and Coldsteel Heart, which is strictly worse (except for the supertype) but still playable in non-green decks that care about snow. pernicious wins. Full judging will come sometime this year.EDIT: Done.

The next challenge's limits are... LIMIT #61: Charge to 200 volts... Clear! Your card incorporates charge counters! (Thanks, CoreyImperia!) LIMIT #95: Parting is such sweet sorrow! Your card has a "leaves the battlefield" effect. (Thanks, Jartis!) And the new limit, which is LIMIT #188: Fear the blood. Your card creates and/or interacts with Blood tokens.

I edited a full judging in my last post. Also entry: Blood Refiner Artifact Whenever a creature dies, put a charge counter on Blood Refiner. , Remove a charge counter from Blood Refiner: Create a Blood token. When Blood Refiner leaves the battlefield, you gain 1 life for each charge counter on it.
