Welcome to the Card of the Week Contest! To participate in this Contest you'll have to design a card along the contest guidelines and throw it into the arena with other competitors' entries! The winner of the "When the Tentacles Are Away" poll was The Harlequin with... And the challenge issued by our winner was... It may still be a month away, but I already noticed people being pumped up for Halloween as soon as today and already preparing for this festivity. Side Note: Even if it isn't that big in Austria -- But it may be bigger in other countries all over the world.So why not prepare for it here too? Design a card that represents something that may show/can be considered a preparation for Halloween.

The tide that never ebbs presses so heavy against the veil betwixt, that where the veil wanes thin the dead cannot help but be extruded through the warp and weft which separates us from them.
The card art is Spectral - Walking Study by Ian Joyner.
It depicts a collaged timelaspe of a spector walking out of a dark fog. As they walk, their body gets more corporial starting as a skeleton before gaining muscles and flesh.

Any cards wit the following types are undead: Dauthi, Graveborn, Necron, Nightmare, Phyrexian, Shade, Skeleton, Specter, Spirit, Thrull, Vampire, Wraith, and Zombie (hopefully I ain't missed none, do let me know). This probably should be reminder text on the card, but it takes up too much space; undead is undead innit.
Any templating suggestion are welcome for this one cause I'm unhappy wit how it's laid out currently. Thank you to Daij_Djan for the updated and significantly better templating. For some reason, I just couldn't figure this one out. |

Costumeform    Instant  As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice a creature. Search outside the game for a banned creature card with mana value equal to 1 plus the sacrificed creature’s mana value, put that card onto the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it, then shuffle. Hi everyone,
just a quick note: Since my computer broke down last week, I'm currently switching to a new one. I hoped to make it in time, but it seems like I won't be done till tomorrow.
So no new challenges today, but hopefully everything will be delayed till tomorrow only.
