Welp, since viriss did the perfect execution of the concept I wanted to do, looks like I'll hafta make something that will sabotage it:

Obsessive Forgery-Carver 
Creature--Human
If a player would create a Tiger Seal, that player creates a Crane Seal instead.
If a player would create a Crane Seal, that player creates a Serpent Seal instead.
If a player would create a Serpent Seal, that player creates a Scorpion Seal instead.
If a player would create a Scorpion Seal, that player creates a Dragon Seal instead.
If a player would create a Dragon Seal, that player creates a Tiger Seal instead.
: Create a random Stamp token from among Tiger, Crane, Serpent, Scorpion or Dragon Seals. Activate this ability only once per turn.

By the way, the limited format where these stamps are in would be horendous to balance.

To be fair, I could see two different approaches to handle these in Limited:

Option 1: Only put two or three colors in the main set, and put the other Stamps in the Commander product.
Option 2: Keep the as-fan of the Stamps low. Maybe with one exception per color aside, keep the Stamp generating cards at uncommon and above, while showcasing the theme at common with some cards caring about the Stamps. Speaking of which:

Whenever you sacrifice a token artifact, you may put a gossip counter on ~. If that artifact was a Stamp, put two gossip counters on ~ instead.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are 100 or more gossip counters on ~, you win the game.
