 I love this theme so much, i'm a loyal fan of COC. Here's one of my favourate thing, Cats of Ulthar. Ulthar is a small town in Dreamlands, and there has a law that protect every single cat in Ulthar, anyone who dare to hurt cat will be execute. |

Artic Exploration Enchantment   Whenever you surveil or scry, put an exploration counter on Artic Exploration, then if there is four or more exploration counters on Artic Exploration sacrifice it and create a 9/9 black Shoggoth creature token with trample.

 Here's my entry to the Cthulhu CotW! I had thought hard about whether or not to have it fit the actual MtG Universe, but I decided against it.
I think it's fun that the card implies that you are the one being bled, and attracting cultists. As soon as it flips, you can draw up to like, 6 cards by having the big man gobble up all them delicious sacrifices. Also at that point, you better win, because unless you gained life, you're at about a 7.

Two Black and Two Red
Enchantment
Creature cards you own have a madness cost equal to half their mana cost rounded up (Half of Two generic, two black, and a red is one generic one black and one red.)
Whenever you cast a creature card for its madness cost, it enters with an additional +1/+1 counter and is a black and red Horror in addition to its other types.
At the beginning of your end step, if you have no cards in hand, sacrifice O' Writhing Flesh and all black and red Horrors you control.

The art is Toxic Fandom by Daniel de Almeida, shows a child playing with a teddybear, unfazed by the fact that its' back has been torn open into a bloody mess of eyes, mouths, tentacles, and grasping fungal-like arms.
