Welcome to the Card of the Week Contest! To participate in this Contest you'll have to design a card along the contest guidelines and throw it into the arena with other competitors' entries! Here we go, competitors: our four-hundred and eighty-fifth challenge!
The winner of the "The Tortoise and The Hare" poll was viriss with... And the challenge issued by our winner was... I was thinking that bringing one of the sub challenges might make a good weekly. This means, three limits were randomly picked from the orginal limit list – your entry has to fulfill all three following conditions:- LIMIT #28: Your card uses hybrid mana.
- LIMIT #76: Stop censoring me! Your card's rules text contains the word "can't". (Thanks, fluffyDeathbringer!)
- LIMIT #120: Static friction in your face!: Your card has a static ability. (Thanks, Boogymanjunior!)

Forced to Serve    Enchantment  When ~ enters the battlefield, you may put a creature card from your hand or graveyard onto the battlefield with a deserter counter on it. It's a Deserter in addition to its other types. Deserters can't attack or block.

I think "can't" will always win out. When declaring blockers, the player must follow all restrictions, and must fulfill as many requirements as possible. So in order to have the requirement to block be fulfullable, the restriction would also need to be removed. |

Disaster Lesbian  Creature - Human Citizen  Haste As long as you control another creature with a female presenting character in its art, Disaster Lesbian just can’t. (When Disaster Lesbian just can’t, it can’t attack, block, be destroyed, be sacrificed, or be targeted.)
