Here in Italy, "Arbitro cornuto" is a popular soccer-related insult. It's dedicated to soccer referees and it's akin to an accuse of corruption mixed with an insult towards the referee's partner's loyalty. Translated literally, the insult means "horned referee", so I thought that it would be funny to design a card that depicts a corrupt and actually horned referee. The first strike bestowing represents the free kicks that a referee can award to a team in case of a (real or not) foul or misconduct made by the opposing team.

 The current color pie claims to limit white draw to once per turn but this ability is highly dependent on your opponent and hard to abuse constantly, so I allowed myself to let it be white as a soft rule-setting. |

Football brings people together, and I wanted to convey that part of the sport here.
