Welcome to the Card of the Week Contest! To participate in this Contest you'll have to design a card along the contest guidelines and throw it into the arena with other competitors' entries! At the end of each week, a winner will be determined by forum poll. The winner's card will be rendered and featured on the Welcome page, and the winner decides the challenge for the next week's Contest! Here we go, competitors: our four-hundred and twenty-second challenge! The winner of the "I couldn't think of a name: Phyrexian Edition" poll was pernicious with...And the challenge issued by our winner was... Design a spell that can't be countered. To increase your chances of winning and to also make creating the poll easier on whomever is doing so, please try to use a render. Additionally, please try to keep your entry edits all in one post - if you need to change it you can put your old entry in a spoiler marked "Old entry" and leave the newest rendition to be seen. Just use the edit button in the top/right of your original post.And now, time to begin the challenge! Best of luck, competitors!

Time to splice your own Epic spell!
Rules notes: You need to directly splice onto the original spell. I you do so, the copies will include every spliced on effect as well (since these might include targeted abilities, I adapted the reminder text accordingly). You cannot splice directly onto the Epic copies though, as those aren't cast.

As soon as I read the prompt I knew it had to be something along these lines.

Was inspired to make this silver-bordered card when I was browsing and saw this image of an elemental that seemed to be counting. {Previous Entry}

Can't counter what doesn't use the stack.

Can't counter what doesn't use the stack. It's also not a spell though.

It's also not a spell though. Yeah, but it has a spell's effect. I'm sticking to my submission. If it's DQ-ed, it's ok.

Aether Gust rulings apply on that one :-)If a spell is put into its owner's library, it's removed from the stack and thus will not resolve. The spell isn't countered; it no longer exists. This works against a spell that can't be countered.
