Welcome to the Card of the Week Contest! To participate in this Contest you'll have to design a card along the contest guidelines and throw it into the arena with other competitors' entries! The winner's card will be rendered and featured on the Welcome page, and the winner decides the challenge for the next week's Contest! Here we go, competitors: our four-hundred and nineteenth challenge!
The winner of the "Tripping Over" poll was spazlaz with... And the challenge issued by our winner was... Design a poorly designed card! Your design should be black bordered, not silver bordered. (The voting should reflect the most interesting/creative way to create a poorly designed card, not which card is actually the worst/breaks the game.)

Let's be real, I'm 99% sure this won't be my entry (the flavor makes it feel like an Un-Card anyway even though it technically isn't?) - but I just had to get this out of my system 
I have a few possible approaches to "how to poorly design a card" in mind - even though I can't think of any actual design following those yet - but one was very simple: Banding..

I've pondered quite a bit about which approach to take for my real entry - but it always came back to this..
As I've expressed on several occasions, I hate MtG Arena's Hearthstone mechanics - so how about we cram them all together into a "nice" card?
Sespite me hating pretty much everything about this, in the spirit of the challenge I tried to balance it as well as be fun to play (for someone liking those mechanics  ) nethertheless.. |
