 I'm hoping the 'end the turn' ability works the way I think it should. Don't want people blinking him to repeatedly skip regular turns. Your card works the way you want it to, I believe. However, I think you could save on text space a bit by making this a cast trigger.
Damian U Legendary Creature -- Human Wizard Flash When you cast ~, if it's an extra turn, end the turn. If a player would begin an extra turn, that player skips that turn instead. 1/1

There are two problems in your version of the template: a) The original idea wants to limit the play pattern of the card by adding the clause "Cast only during extra turns". So if you think it is unnecessary, ignore this one. b) By making it a cast trigger, it would end the turn when it is on the stack and by doing so exile itself. |

Making any color of mana isn't exactly in blue's pie, but adding the step where the basic land type changes would have made it even more wordy, so I didn't.

pacifistwestwoman I don't like the introduction of "new" keywords if the contest doesn't call for it specificly. Regardless of my own oppinion, I would have used "loot" instead [(loot = draw a card, then discard a card.)] "Whenever a spirit creature you control deals damage to an opponent, you loot." Why loot? Well, most iconic appearence of that may be all the Looter we got over the years -- just as an homage to that. The rest looks fine by me , i just think that the p/t is kinda much The Harlequin (aye, i criticise myself) Just make it creatures only. Fity your own flavor the most (besides that soulbond only exists for creatures) damagicgeek I don't like the template cause it shrinks the whole text box which makes the card look overloaded, which it isn't. I would just use the wording inverness suggested for the last part of ya card "If a player would begin an extra turn, that player skips that turn instead." inverness nothing to be said here -- besides the flavor i don't get zybourne I don't like the template cause it shrinks the whole text box which makes the cards look overloaded. Mono blue is able to create any color of mana (or suplement it in specific cases), but NOT in an universal way. So it seams ya missed a restriction in there. here ya gohydraheadhunter ...scry X , where X... Just try to shorten the ft a bit -- makes an otherwise neet card looking card overloaded.

Flegith the Mind Worm Legendary Creature - Insect Wizard  When ever a player would mill one or more cards, they exile that many plus 1 cards from the top of their library instead. Spells you control that share a name with a card in exile cost  less to cast and can't be countered. 1/1 Not actually a worm, but a larva of some sort. While "spells you cast" is what magic normally use for the cost reduction, it uses the "you control" for the can not be countered. While I could make the spells you cast not be countered that doesn't grant it to copies so I think this wording might work. However would "spells you cast or copy cost 2 less to cast and can't be countered." be better, as the other phrasing doesn't really work with present magic rules. |

Especially given the theme of the challenge is filling a hole, which is somewhat incompatible with... changing the size and shape of said hole. (The hole is the fact that there are Legends that cost W, B, R, and G but no Legend that costs U.) That said I'd be willing to split hairs along the likes of  and  , but that's decidedly not the direction your entry is going in. |

Defect MM-Scripture-Four Legendary Artifact Creature - Rebel  , sacrifice ~: Counter target spell with mana value 1. 0/2 Spellskite meets Mental Misstep meets cyberpunk dystopian rebel tropes meets Phyrexian flavor meets using all of the above to try and create a rebalanced callback. Not only does it have to tap to sacrifice itself and requires the actual mana investment, Legendary means you can't hold up several at once (not for repeated 1 mana plays where it'll matter the most, anyway). "Rebel" was chosen to echo the idea that Phyrexians become so inhuman they've lost their race identity (at least, before Phyrexian typing was introduced) - now, it signifies that the character is in-between that identity-less nature of being Phyrexian and being a race with some identity like Construct or Elf. It also acts as a way to give Rebels a bit of a puncher-upper and perhaps encourage them to see a bit more Legacy play in an age where they've mostly been forgotten due to lack of relevancy in most formats. EDIT: Changed from 0/4 to 0/2.

I get the flavor and all -- But the concept as a whole doesn't calls for a legendary imo.
If ya can fish up a new pet if ya old one is no more -- What makes it legendary if there are billions out there? - the5lacker already mentioned the abuse possibilities -- so i will not.
At least i get the feeling that ya just put in the reminder so that ya don't have to think about a flavor text.
Fine otherwise
issue: checking all exiled cards seams kinda... busted imo. especially if ya make them all uncounterable. And i don't get the flavor of the section of this card at all "why should lost cause be more important than the unknown future we have ahead"
simple card, simple concept. nothing to complain expect the legendary- factor. It could also just be a non-legendary creature and would be totaly fine as that.
Making a modular card seams counteracting the whole purpose of the challange.
Leveler just need the counters to keep track of their level.
711.2b “{LEVEL N3+} [Abilities] [P/T]” means “As long as this creature has N3 or more level counters on it, it has base power and toughness [P/T] and has [abilities].” The rules themself specifically check for the number of level counters on the creature -- so as it stands atm ya card doesn't work as intented.
Same as before: {1} isn't {U} {X}{U/R} isn't {U}
I realy don't like all this special frames. but well, personal preference.

0/4 body is faar to much. fine otherwise -- may still be fine if it could counter cmc 2 i guess -- the effect is slow enought to argue with it.
If ~ was kicked, ~ enters the battlefield as a copy of target permanent with mana value of X (plus 1).
