admiralivy Delay Fate: I'd prefer this at 1W, but it's playable removal for Limited as is. 8/10."Here is fine. I've bothered the Eternity Project too much already; I think they're starting to get suspicious. As for--" The man checks his notes. "—the 7CI, I know them well enough to leave them well enough alone. Never trust an institution with a PR branch, I always say."Insidious OperationConspiracy Hidden agenda As you turn ~ face up, before revealing the chosen name, target opponent guesses it. If they guessed wrong, the next spell you cast this turn with the chosen name costs less to cast. Allatu nods at the dismissal and has no notable reaction to the mention of suspicion, though she permits herself a single quiet laugh at the scholar's aphorism. "I lack personal experiences with institutions equipped in such a way, but am familiar with them in the general sense. Though, with both available laboratories disqualified, I find myself lacking further avenues of inquiry that would satisfy either of us. Is there anything else you desire to ask?" Momentary Transparency Instant Return target spell or creature to its owner’s hand, then look at that player's hand. Follow the string back to its source, Find the reason that set its course.
Love the mindgames, but I feel like against anyone who doesn't know the format really well, this lets you play a three drop turn one too easily. The one-shot nature of this counterbalances that somewhat. 8/10There's a rush of wordless confusion at being addressed telepathically, and despite the assurance, some fear of the consequences for being spotted this way. They're moving away now, hoping to get out of range, and carefully choosing their surface thoughts to share partial truths. "I'm a concerned citizen, acting in his own best self-interests. When someone says that 'people talk', I am one of those people. And don't worry about your new friends; The Eternity Project is on our side, even if they don't know it. Why else do you think everyone is already prepared to accept inoculations?" Pick Up the Pieces — Templating wise, you should be specifying type cards, since they are cards in your graveyard when they are targeted. I'm not a fan of how this ostensibly modal spell has a semantic equivalent in a single mode, even if it's plain that the distinction is for each colour's types. Finally, comparing to similar costs for full regrowths, this is likely overcosted. 6/10 The man's phrasing trips a series of long disused mental structures deep within Allatu, and lacking the proper output channels, a feeling of alarm flares briefly but palpably across the span of her presence. Disconcerting moments pass in psychic silence before a soothing sensation fills the same area, followed by coherent thought: "Many apologies. A failure on my part. A repeat occurrence is improbable."Returning her attention to the citizen at the center of such commotion: "I see. My reaction to the situation as you explain it is evident, though I hope to believe you and have such courtesy returned. I accept the concern of a friend of the Project, though you must understand my own caution in this matter. I am nearly alone in a foreign land, after all." Suppress the Truth Instant Exile target card from a graveyard. Until your next turn, your opponents can’t cast spells with the same name as the exiled card. Draw a card. Tether it, chain it, bind it. Never let free what yearns to be.
Drawing your entire deck and immediately losing to the life loss sounds like a good time to me! Relentless Rats are quite hard to make work but I think this does it well. 10/10Rending Talons: 10/10. A wonderful example of a hybrid card. Atlani sees Allatu retreat, but makes no attempt to stop her. Finally cutting down the bird, she twirls her blade in her hand before calling out: "A summoner, then? Well enough. The bird was almost fun. What next?"
Hubristic Taunt Instant Target creature attacks this turn if able. Cycling A silence stretches on...
...hanging from branch to bough to trunk to root...
...a trap? A web, laid waiti- interrupted by sudden, violent action. A man-sized millipede bursts through the undergrowth. Too dull to comprehend the taunt, it rushes headlong into the fray all the same, attempting to encircle, constrict, and pierce Atlani with mouthparts akin to railroad spikes.
In some peripheral part of her perception, a message bounces around the forest, echoing from one inaudible voice to another: "If neither of us are to die, shall we establish a phrase or action to call this off? Even given my talents, screams are incoherent." Thousand-Legged Killer Creature - Insect Haste Spirited (When this creature enters the battlefield, you may activate one of its activated abilities without paying its cost.): Thousand-Legged Killer gains your choice of vigilance, reach, or trample until end of turn. Enough limbs to fell an army.3/3
Interesting, if odd, removal. Surprisingly versatile. 9/10Arc noticed the sensation immediately and tracked it back to it's origin. Without moving a muscle he focused entirely on his peripheral vision and followed the woman with his perception. He wasn't sure, but she felt like him... a planeswalker. He had run into a few on this plane. More than he had ever encountered before. But this woman gave off an eerie feeling the other hadn't like he was being watched, but not in a threatening way. However as a Ninja by trade he did not like that feeling one bit. It made his skin crawl. Suddenly he would be standing next to her following stride as she walked. "Hello. Seems like there are a bunch of us around here." Arc's voice is cool and clear even through the mask that hid his lower face. "I am a skilled professional, who's not from around here, name's Dominic" he lied. Two truths and a lie said with whole hearted belief that they were true usually threw off suspicion that a liar was lying. "What brings you around here?" Arc asked. Keeping step with the newcomer Arc's clone faded from Arc's perception as he continued to study the street. Clone Savant Creature- Human Ninja : Create a token copy of this creature except it does not have this ability. If this creature is attacking, create that token tapped and attacking. Activate this ability only once per turn. 2/2 She continues her walk, speaking aloud to Arcanis without turning to face him: "Hello, Dominic. In turn, I am Allatu Kishar, I am a foreigner in this land, and I am skilled in my own trade." At his question, she turns to look at him out of the corner of her eye, offering a slight and toothless smile. "I arrived for much the same reason you did, if I have interpreted your usage of 'us' correctly. This world is intriguing, even seen from the depths of the void between. If we are to be acquainted, may I put forward my past employment as a mediator, and in return inquire as to your own history?" Relentless Roaches Creature - Insect As Relentless Roaches enters the battlefield, choose a nonland card name. Relentless Roaches gets +1/+1 for each other permanent on the battlefield with the chosen name. They both outnumber and outname.2/2
Slight wording corrections: "Create a token that's a copy of Clone Savant, [...] If Clone Savant is attacking, [...] Activate only once each turn." Seems a little complicated for just generating stats, and tapped and attacking feels weird in blue (though I see the ninjutsu reference). 7/10

Spirited looks like a fun mechanic, and this seems like exactly the sort of thing that would be in a mono green deck with the purpose of casting it on turn 2. Atlani's eyes glowed with delight upon seeing the millipede. She drew her blade and jumped out of the way of the initial charge, but found herself encircled by the beast. Interestingly, this seemed to only excite her more. "I've no intentions of yielding, but if it becomes necessary, then I suppose I will make it obvious. Suppress the Truth Instant Exile target card from a graveyard. Until your next turn, your opponents can’t cast spells with the same name as the exiled card. Draw a card. Tether it, chain it, bind it. Never let free what yearns to be. The informant seems to mentally outline particular phrases, a seeming mnemonic aid. "Two-way telepathy. Cautious. Nearly alone in foreign land." There's a tacit underlying intent to report all of this, which is difficult to hide. Then, a new kind of worry, laced with sympathy for the stranger. "Watch yourself. If you do whatever you just did to the wrong person, you'll start a fight." There's consideration of who would be in the greatest danger. A concession that the telepath is an unknown, but a definite fear of this wrong person's power. A raiding party swallowed by darkness, a forest wiped from the map, a threat delivered in broad daylight on the street. The informant continues to wonder what may come of such a thing, as he wanders further away from Allatu, to carry this information to a much slower network than hers.
Allatu has felt multiple times the man's impression of an intimidating figure, containing vague conceptions of appearance, voice, and demeanor. Perhaps this impression of one man, a subordinate, is too distorted to be useful; perhaps Allatu will be able to recognize some part of the impression when she meets this person.
Suppress the Truth — Basically an upgrade of Cremate, enough so that I'm considering it a mark against it. Otherwise, this is a good response, and an elegant design. 7/10

Seems a little complicated for just generating stats, and tapped and attacking feels weird in blue (though I see the ninjutsu reference). 7/10Arc returned the smile though it was hidden from view. Allatu Kishar, as she had introduced herself, seemed willing enough to have a conversation. She confirmed that she was in the same boat as him. "Ah Employment... Well I was employed to keep secrets and enforce security. Please don't take my vagueness as being unfriendly. I am simply very cautious from training and past experience. And I can't guarantee that my past life has no way of catching up to me. However I am very interested in your experience as a mediator. I have always respected people who are able to bring others to common ground. I would have use for someone with those talents currently if you are looking for work." Arc continued by her side. "You see, I am starting an... alliance of sorts. An Organization capable of effecting change and doing something bigger than we could alone. And of course if you should agree it would allow us to build a bit more trust in each other. I feel a mediator could assist in finding amenable terms for new members, and conflict resolution"
Prosperity Engine Artifact : Each player creates a tapped Treasure token.
Relentless Roaches: so, I see a lot of inspiration from Relentless Rats. I always related the relentless part of the name to the "A deck can have any number of copies" aspect of the card. Which honestly would fit with roaches, cause you just can't get rid of them. The +1/+1 for a named non-land permanent sounds like it has potential to make this card strong, but also can be complicated and bleed into other effects unintentionally, for example you name an opponents card they then don't play the card and the effect is more of a "name a card, it can't be played" like effect. But that is just an example. also the flavor text seems a little wonky with the "outnamed" thought. wasn't sure how to feel about that. I see though it is a counter to my creature that makes token copies of itself thus having the same name. 8/10

Thousand-Legged Killer: 9/10. Spirited looks like a fun mechanic, and this seems like exactly the sort of thing that would be in a mono green deck with the purpose of casting it on turn 2. Darting in and out from the underbrush, it emerges only for moments before retreating, hoping to take Atlani by surprise in one of its desperate attacks. "So enough it will be. I expect the same response to such a similar proclamation on my part." Slip Between the Cracks Instant Until end of turn, target creature gains hexproof and can’t be blocked. Armor, walls, minds. They all have their openings.
This is really fun as a response to the bug, and a curious thing to work as an attack. Potentially a very strong stalling card. 9/10A satyr stretches out as he approaches you, as if he's just woken up. Then he turns towards you, staring. "Hey, you! I recognize you. Enraged Satyr Creature - Satyr Whenever ~ attacks, it deals 2 damage to the defending player. 2/2 Confusion and fear play out across Allatu's face, followed by a short step back and her hands put out as if to ward off the man. "In return, I do not recognize you. Please, I mean you no harm, and have no knowledge of my presence in your sleep." Precise Pacification Instant Prevent all damage that would be dealt by target permanent this turn. Quite clearly, this will not continue.
Going by Rakdos Roustabout, templating: "Whenever ~ attacks, it deals 2 damage to the player or planeswalker it's attacking." Seems solid otherwise, could easily appear in a gold set. 8/10Arc returned the smile though it was hidden from view. Allatu Kishar, as she had introduced herself, seemed willing enough to have a conversation. She confirmed that she was in the same boat as him. "Ah Employment... Leaning against the trunk, her legs crossed, her hands clasped, she reaches out just enough to speak without speaking. "Even so many years since my departure, the world tires me all the same. May we continue within this space?" A pause long enough only for him to register agreement or dissent, after which she continues in the realm he prefers. "You speak of secrecy and security, of a past worth hiding from. The meaning is clear to me, even unspoken as it is, and I expect no further divulgement without agreement to your terms. I would appreciate a path to pursue, and have in the past enjoyed my part in 'something bigger' in a similar fashion to your offer. A moment passes in thought before she responds, frustration obvious on her face. "The most direct answer is no, the telepathy itself would not, though that is not the most honest answer. I struggle to concoct an analogy of my situation, though I will do my best." A deep breath, a sigh, and a smile that conveys pitifully feigned innocence. "When I open myself as a conduit for two outside minds to speak, it is as if... I am delivering a letter with no envelope. All three parties know what is said. If there is secrecy in this exchange, any one of us may break it, as it would be in the physical world. Unlike the world we stand in, there exist no... envelopes, within my network. Despite this, I do not know all of what is said through me. I have not forgotten, as I am not made to forget. I am made to not remember." At this last point, she pauses again, turning her face just enough to look past the scholar at the world going by. "In that same vein, I can be made to remember. There are two parts of me, and one is under lock and key. I do not have that key. I do not know who may have that key. I do not know, were I to meet them, that the unlocked part of me may not also respond to that same key." Her gaze returns to him, and through the extended portions of her mind, the only obvious feelings are hope and fear. "To the extent of my knowledge, no member of my kind holds that key. That is of course no comfort, as such knowledge would obviously be hidden from me. What may be more comforting is that I have not returned to my home in many years. As you and I travel, I left only once. If you, with all this said, would still share your secrets, I would do all in my power to keep them." Isolation Creature - Incarnation If damage would be dealt to you, prevent that damage. Isolation deals that much damage to target creature you control. With a world so unforgiving, wouldn't you rather be alone?

But I have no doubt that it will happen in time. As for what I would expect and what you can expect from me, is quite simple in my mind. It's to assist and be assisted in the goals of those in the organization. I have taken to also calling it a guild. But no one will be obligated to give anything. It's a mutually beneficial group. You have told me about some of you talents, and I am quite impressed by how soft-spoken and reasonable you are. I think in the building phase and through the growth of the guild it would be something that will make things operate smoothly. I do know that things don't always go to plan but with your help and getting everyone on the same page, we'll be able to make it. the plans are still in the works and with you on board now you will be able to have more of a say in how our charter is drafted as well." Arcanis held out a hand with a small amulet in it. The amulet was a piece of shining amber set in silver on a silver chain. "Here. This is a gift from me to you. This didn't mean that Arcanis was done talking he would continue answering questions if Allatu had any.

admiralivy Isolation: Interesting take on a Pariah creature. I like that being able to choose any of your creatures gives you more ways to combo with it. Arc follows the direction of Allatu as she heads over to a tree. He joins her and rests his eyes choosing to speak with her in her preferred realm. "I don't mind sharing with those I trust. Though you have to understand you and I have not built that trust yet. We'll call it a recruitment incentive. Yours to keep even if you decide not to join, though I hope you do." This didn't mean that Arcanis was done talking he would continue answering questions if Allatu had any.
Arcanis's Amulet Artifact , : Target Player or another target permanent gains protection from the color of your choice until the end of turn Tip the Scales: I am 100% okay with this. nothing really to add remove or change. 10/10 She accepts the amulet, looking for a moment for a free pocket in her jacket to hold it. "You are very kind. Despite this, you provide few details, many questions, and a possibility of this organization being contrary to my desires. Perhaps, if you would, it would be better for me to remain as a... consultant, until such a time that this organization is better founded, and I may then decide to pursue full membership, assuming it is pursuant to my ideals. Is this acceptable to you? My talents in speech and the-speech-beyond are at your service, in this arrangement." A Closer Look Instant As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice a permanent. Draw cards equal to the sacrificed permanent’s mana value. Crack it open, take a look at the inner workings. What's the harm in that?
Templating: "Another target permanent or player gains [...] until end of turn." This seems a little expensive compared to Mother of Runes, even with the extra versatility in targets, though I like that it can't hit itself. Could be rare, name is a little odd with nonlegendary. Otherwise cool with me. 8/10admiralivy Isolation: Interesting take on a Pariah creature. I like that being able to choose any of your creatures gives you more ways to combo with it. I think the combo may be kind of frustrating to play against if you can pull it off, though; wonder if it should cost more than 3 mana. 8/10.The man listens intently, taking occasional notes. "Lock and key, hm? All too familiar…" He straightens and nods at Allatu. "Well, then. I'm part of a… research organization… that could use more bright young minds like yours. If you, now or in the future, find yourself looking for someplace new to belong, you could do much worse. No pressure, of course."A nameless scholar has spent 1 Skill Point to unlock Puzzlebox (mechanic by justnobody). Forbidden ScrollConspiracy Puzzlebox (Begin the game with this and another card you own from outside the game in the command zone, locked. That card is face down until you unlock this.)Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, if ~ is locked, put a lore counter on it. When ~ has four or more lore counters on it, unlock it. If the revealed card is an instant or sorcery card, put it into your hand. Allatu gives a much wider smile than he has previously seen, permitting her less-than-human mouthparts to show in what she hopes to come across as a show of excitement and openness. "I have received no pressure, though I caution you that if youth is a desirable quality I may not fulfill it in full. Now is a suitable time for research on my part, and I would be pleased to partake in an organization so kind as you, its face. What would you like me to do, and/or where would you like me to be?" Underground Underguard Creature - Insect Soldier First strike Noncreature spells cost less to cast. "Go. Cessation is forbidden this far below the surface." --Beltis, Guardian of Brykiar2/1
Gosh I haven't played any UNR limited. Seems in line with other to-hand boxes? Fun buildaround. 9/10admiralivy The satyr keeps stamping it's feet. "I don't think you understand. My dreams mean more than an average beings." he says. "And from what I remember, you are... a threat to me and my home." he says, charging forward rapidly, horns in front of his head. "And I'd rather nip a problem in the bud then let it fester!"Charging Satyr Creature - Satyr Haste When ~ enters the battlefield, it gains +2/+0 until end of turn. 3/2 Precise Pacification: At first I thought this was kinda bad, but I like it. Fits with white, might be a bit cheap at 1 but that's probably heavily meta/set/format dependant. 9/10. A flicker of fear, a twinge of regret, and a swift hop out of his path with a leg held out in the hopes of tripping him. "I have seen a thousand dreams of a thousand nights of a thousand minds. What sets yours apart? What makes me a threat where any number of imagined entities are not?" Twisted Justice Instant Target attacking or blocking creature deals damage to itself equal to its power. Bound by your own power, felled by your own hand.
Seems strong in standard/limited, should be "gets" though, "gains" is for abilities. 8/10Slip Between the Cracks: 9/10"With enough effort from these bugs of yours, I suspect I'll grow tired before I've any reason to pursue you."
As the insect darts in and out, Atlani slashes at it with her sword, failing to pierce the creature's natural armor, before giving up, stretching her arm towards the beast, and firing a bolt of lightning. "That said, I do find you curious. I've never met one of your kind before, where are you from?"Wall of Flames Instant ~ deals 3 damage to all attacking creatures. The creature contorts, twitches, burns, shrivels, and dies. The only sound during the few seconds it takes for a life to end is the hissing of superheated air escaping through cracks in its carapace."I am from Bry. It is a land in which my kind is a rare commodity, and my people build a world upon our backs. There is no recollection of another who could traverse planes such that I can."A thick branch comes flying from the canopy, flung directly at Atlani with tremendous force."And you, Kolaghan? Your dress is strange, yet familiar. An offshoot? An outcast? A remnant?" Retributive Hate Instant Until end of turn, whenever a source you don’t control deals damage to you or a permanent you control, Retributive Hate deals that much damage to that source’s controller. A world left blind? So be it.
Fun wipe, doesn't have to be red but feels squarely so. I like it. I'll try to keep up this back and forth but it's a little hard 10/10

She occupies her time watching the people of the town go by, all the while mulling over what Xyrma had said in their brief contact. "Fae", how could this person (Friend?(Unknown.)) possibly mistake me for a fairy! That worked so well with everyone else (Everyone?(No.)), and it took so long to get right. Is there a better tactic, or just a better tactic for her? She left, so I can't just look, so I'll have to... Her train of thought continues for some time, spiraling off into possibilities, and interrupted only by her own voice. "Where on this world is she? It has been nearly ha-" and in turn, interrupted by Xyrma's arrival. If a card or token would be put into a graveyard from anywhere this turn, exile it instead. Ask again and again, the answer is always the same.
Dishonor the Gods: Neat. I'd prefer target player because the distinction is so tiny. Also should be "target [word] shuffles their library" I think? 8/10Prying Plants: "Whenever" rather than "when" but you know that. I like this and the use of undergrowth is clever. 9/10

I don't think this should be mono-white. White/Red or White/Black, maybe. It also seems too cheap, cuz you could easily win the game with this. A purple glow surrounds Atlani's blade as she gathers her strength before cutting the branch in half. "You are not the first to recognize my attire, though it seems that none can properly recognize the Mardu Horde when they see it. The name Kolaghan sounds familiar, likely a different failed attempt to place me. Has a new clan formed on Tarkir while I've been gone?" she asks herself, looking through the trees to try to find whatever threw the branch. Forgotten Remnant Creature - Zombie Warrior Whenever ~ attacks and is blocked, defending player puts the top 4 cards of their library into their graveyard. 4/4 "You will be forgotten, as I have been forgotten."

Forgotten Remnant Creature - Zombie Warrior Whenever ~ attacks and is blocked, defending player puts the top 4 cards of their library into their graveyard. 4/4 "You will be forgotten, as I have been forgotten." Perched high up a tree, easily a dozen meters away, is Allatu. She's discarded her jacket, evidently to extend the four pointed limbs from her lower back that she's currently using to tear another branch free. The pair lock eyes for a moment, and Allatu drops the bough and scuttles away across the treetops in search of a new hiding spot."Mardu... Kolaghan and her brood were established for many years before my arrival. How long must you have been gone, to never know her name?" Ojutai's Approach Instant Tap target creature. It doesn’t untap during its controller’s next untap step. You may exile Ojutai's Approach and a card named Ojutai's Approach from your graveyard. If you do, tap up to two target creatures. They don't untap during their controllers' next untap step. An unfamiliar chill . . .
Templating: "Whenever ~ becomes blocked, defending player mills four cards." (If the mill thing is something you disagree with WotC about let me know and I won't bring it up again.) This feels like it could be uncommon, but I really love the flavor! 9/10

The idea of a card synergizing with itself like this is something I like and would make me play something other than commander lol Atlani begins moving to follow Allatu, but stops upon hearing her question. "A brood? Of dragons? On Tarkir?" Allatu can sense a growing panic in Atlani's thoughts. "But then... I have to leave. The creatures you summoned fought well, thank you for allowing me to test myself against them."The sound of metal striking metal rings as Atlani slices through the air, creating a tear in space that she promptly steps through as she sheaths her blade, the tear closing behind her.

Yet, I have also made many more that echoed positively through the years, and, in my long-developed passivity, allowed many more than that to pass me by, and seen no change whatsoever for having let them. I will take this risk. Secrecy is no foreign concept to me, nor is, if I follow your meaning, change in and of itself."Assuming the scholar doesn't stop her, she smoothly unfurls the text and gives it a read, glancing back to him after a moment of consideration of it: "And this other scroll?" Info Lockdown Instant Target creature gets +1/+3 until end of turn and can block any number of creatures this turn. "No one allowed in or out today. Sorry!"
A trick for your box, and calling for a Goldenglow Moth (M11) to use it.
A lot of moving parts here! Drawing a trick exactly when you need it seems quite good, but also limited in circumstance. Going to hesitantly give a 9/10 because combining these two is neat.

admiralivy Info Lockdown: Seems like a fun combat trick. 9/10.The scroll is written in a bizarre script, filled with loops and lines connecting adjacent symbols in no obvious pattern. And yet, Allatu has no trouble translating it as a series of oaths.I swear, upon my mind, to share it. I swear, upon my soul, to hide it. I swear, upon my body, to maintain it. I swear, upon my memory, to hold it. I swear, upon my wisdom, to curate it. I swear, upon my fear, to imprison it.The man nods at her question. "This scroll is linked to that one, and serves as another component of the initiation spell. Purely ceremonial; I have it committed to memory, as will you when the ritual is complete." He rummages through his pack and pulls out a small stoppered vial, which he hands to Allatu. "Drink this. It isn't necessary for the ritual, but it will help you through the transitional phase."He unfurls his own scroll. "Now, we take turns reading lines. I start. Do you swear, upon your mind, to share your knowledge when permissible, that you may further the collective knowledge of all sapient beings?"Altar of CoronationConspiracy Puzzlebox (Begin the game with this and another card you own from outside the game in the command zone, locked. I lived there with a monastic order, and we learned what we could from each other." Allatu pauses briefly, knowing but resisting for a moment sharing the next piece. "Of course, on Bry, my home, I am a monumental failure. Many thousands are dead in part by my hand." Shatter Hopes Instant Destroy target artifact. Draw a card. Crack the vessel, scatter the pieces, dismantle the kiln that fired it.
Templating: "Search your library for an artifact card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Until end of turn, the first spell you cast with the same name as that card costs less to cast." Being on an instant encourages flash artifacts which is a little odd, but even just as a 3 mana instant tutor it's fine. The discount is a little suspect in larger formats, because of the prevalence of cheap artifacts with powerful effects and small generic costs. 7/10Unenviable Restraint is a really neat modal GY hate/removal - big fan 9/10Xyrma's immediate reaction is one of confusion, as her brain tries to make sense of this unfamiliar woman and her proclamation. Cloud of Fear Enchantment When ~ enters the battlefield, each player discards a card. , Sacrifice ~: Each player sacrifices a creature. Allatu gives a stiff bow, having to pull her hood out of the way again once she rises. "I am Brykia, and the distinction that I am a Brykiar will be lost on you without lengthy discussion. My name is Allatu Kishar, and the ability to communicate without speaking is innate to my caste. I, just as you, have no alliance to the fae. May I ask in turn, what you are? I have never before met a human with your... hair." Clear the Air Instant Destroy target enchantment. Each player draws a card. "It's high time we had this discussion."
Not super hot on this. Obviously you're supposed to break the symmetry, which is easiest on the sacrifice chunk, but it sitting there until you do kind of disincentivizes playing creatures into it. This is especially notable at common where you can land it turn 1 really easily. Otherwise neat way of filling graveyards. 8/10

Arcanis knew too much about the pains of causing death. He too had brought ruin to his home. He had lost everything in that blood soaked night. It was what had ignited his spark. "And how would you like your tale to be remembered? I lived quite a long time and looking back, I feel that I might not be remembered, not for long at least. So my goal is to make a large enough influence on peoples lives that my name is remembered. I wish to be a legend, a Hero, out of sheer fear of oblivion. Sorry that got a bit heavy. You are the first I've told my truest fear to." Arc felt a wave of emotion that had been bottled up begin to build in pressure. He focused on his breathing and the cool breeze.
Craft Legacy Instant Reveal the top 5 cards of your library. Exile two of them, then an opponent chooses a non-land card revealed this way that wasn't exiled, you may cast that card. Exile the rest. Shatter Hopes: Pretty basic. No frills artifact removal cantrip. Though I wouldn't think shattering hope would be a white philosophy but that's just me. 10/10

admiralivy Info Lockdown: Seems like a fun combat trick. That card is face down until you unlock this.)When you attack with five or more creatures, unlock ~. If the revealed card is a creature card, put it onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. She gladly accepts the vial, and momentarily recalls her mental projections for a rush of private thoughts as she moves to drink it. He's either being honest or has incredible control (Is this poison?(Unknown based on scent.(You expect me to taste it to find out?(Yes. We'll be fine.)))), so let's start with honest. She downs the vial, restoppers it, and tucks it into a small pocket below her collarbone. She retuns her gaze to the smaller scroll. Change, a transitional phase, and so on (Could you hold it off?(Unknown.)), is he the way he is because of this ritual? Not sold on swearing on all these parts of me, but his explanation of the mind one sounds fine. She continues after him: "I swear, upon my mind, to share it." Though, what's he getting out of this? Casteless Creature - Insect : Casteless becomes a Soldier in addition to its other types. Put two +1/+1 counters on it. : Casteless becomes a Citizen in addition to its other types. Put a +1/+1 counter and your choice of a flying counter, a vigilance counter, or a lifelink counter on it. : Casteless becomes a Wizard in addition to its other types. It gains "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, draw a card." 3/3 (Spending the valor to go from two colors to three. Here's something fun for that box.)
Hmm. Sticking your bomb in here is game ending, but also means you might never get it. I think this is appropriate for mythic, and is quite exciting to try to work around. 10/10

Shatter Hopes: Pretty basic. No frills artifact removal cantrip. Though I wouldn't think shattering hope would be a white philosophy but that's just me. 10/10 Unsure how to respond to his sudden emotional state, Allatu awkwardly pats his shoulder. "I worry that such a desire towards leaving a legacy would encourage some unfortunate acts. It is much easier to be remembered as a villain, after all." She gives a weak smile. "However, it is kind of you to share so openly with me. Perhaps I should return such honesty." Or an approximation of it, at least. "I have no grand plan. My allotted destiny was to die years ago, so now I merely do my best to enjoy life. A fond memory in a few minds is enough for me." Cascade Failure Instant Choose one — • Counter target triggered ability. • Counter target spell if no mana was spent to cast it. A single piece out of place brings the whole structure down.
Templating: "Reveal the top five cards of your library. Exile two of them, then an opponent chooses a nonland card revealed this way that wasn't exiled. You may cast that card. Exile the rest." I assume that's meant to be "[...] cast that card without paying its mana cost." In an average deck, this usually gets you exactly the card you want from the five (you exile two nonlands you don't want, the two lands that showed up can't be picked, so they have to choose the one you want), which can be quite devastating if you stacked your deck the right way or just get a lucky hit. I like the interplay of setting up a "legacy" through deck manipulation, and then putting it in motion with this. 8/10

admiralivy Casteless: I generally like these sorts of pseudo-level-up creatures. However, these abilities can be activated any number of times, which seems odd and probably broken (pay GGWW next turn for a 9/9 flying lifelinker! WUUU to give it +1/+1, flying, and draw three cards! And so on.) But making them only work once each makes it feel a bit too easy to fully upgrade, so I'm not entirely sure what the best option is here. It's a very cool concept, though; I just think it needs a bit more iteration. 8/10.A nameless scholar has spent 2 Valor to unlock the Tactical Imperator perk, and spent 2 Mana to use it. A nameless scholar has spent 1 Valor to unlock the Planar Champion perk. As she speaks the words, Allatu can feel some part of her consciousness expand, not outward like a telepathic bond, but inward, as though space itself were being folded to create more room inside her soul. Nothing is there yet; a hole waiting to be filled. "Do you swear, upon your soul, to hide your knowledge of this Fellowship and membership therein, that you may protect it from its enemies?"{I swear, upon my soul, to hide it.} Allatu feels something take shape inside the empty space in her soul. A seed, growing yet locked away.
"Do you swear, upon your body, to maintain the peace within this Fellowship, that you may protect it from rivalries within?"{I swear, upon my body, to maintain it.} The seed begins to send roots through her body and mind, connections to this new part of her.
"Do you swear, upon your memory, to hold the knowledge you are given, that it may endure as long as this Fellowship itself?"{I swear, upon my memory, to hold it.} At once, the seed begins to open. Only slightly, just enough to reveal the bottomless abyss inside it. A hunger for knowledge, subtle but insistent, that can be suppressed but never fully sated.
"Do you swear, upon your wisdom, to curate this knowledge, that it may always be relevant and never reduced to mere trivia?"{I swear, upon my wisdom, to curate it.} From raw chaos, the abyss inside the seed takes definite shape. A multifaceted array of countless chambers, intricate yet elegant.
"Do you swear, upon your fear, to imprison that knowledge which is harmful and predatory, that all may safely strive to understand the truths which are not?"{I swear, upon my fear, to imprison it.} The chambers of the seed define themselves still further in Allatu's mind, taking on specialized roles: some archive, some prison.
"Then you are of the Librarium, and the Librarium is of you."Knowledge pours into the seed like light, blossoming into a dizzying array of facts and secrets. Names, codes, ciphers, rituals, and an endless torrent of historical knowledge, too vast to fully comprehend. And above it all, a single, blazing star of information, too bright to ignore—Welcome, planeswalker, to the Undying Fellowship of Ylstikeme.
If the ritual is left unfinished:Counter-OfferConspiracy Hidden agenda Whenever you cast a spell with the chosen name, exile it, search your library for a card with equal mana value and cast it without paying its mana cost, then shuffle.

"It's high time we had this discussion." Doesn't feel super common? I think I'd prefer it at uncommon but the design is fine 9/10
Xyrma steps back, only slightly, and nods. "Our kind was always called the Gardeners back home, although I have been called many things. It is always good to know, and be on good terms with, people of interest. To begin, I often find it enjoyable to discuss one's profession. What is it you do?" Somewhat worrying with card draw spells. Otherwise interesting! 8/10While on the Arena, Allatu may pick up an extremely fast and crowded series of thoughts within a few seconds as a robot approaches.

Briefly overcome by the flood of information, the only coherent thought Allatu can muster is a psychically silent What the hell? "Hello. Hello, I am Allatu Kishar. I am aware of neither an affliction upon myself nor an Elsewhere of such import. It is kind of you to offer assistance, though may I ask who you are to be offering it?" Curiosity reaches beyond caution, and she refrains from retracting her mental net, hoping to catch a few more snatches of information from those other, more coherent, voices. Suturing Song Instant Whenever a player draws a card this turn, they gain 2 life. Draw a card. Words keep on tumbling out, wounds keep on closing up, keep on keeping on.
(Trying to be helpful for the moment. Hope that continues!)
Initially thought this somewhat weak in comparison to Valakut Awakening, but upon remembering Heartwarming Redemption this seems quite solid. 9/10

He had tried the path of the villain. But though it is easier to be remembered as a villain, it tears up your soul. Then when she told him what destiny had decided was her lot, he realized that maybe time was simply a mighty river. As large of a stone he might be in it's current, it would simply wash him away. "To simply enjoy life, and be remembered fondly. I think that is probably for the best huh?" Arc stood. "I think it's time I move along. I will be setting up that guild soon. If you change your mind on being a member, I think you would fit in well. There will always be a spot for you, just let me know." With that Arcanis would bid Allatu farewell. Cascade Failure: I think I am 100% on board with this. 10/10
