I noticed that there are not many fast games in this forum. And the few that are, haven't gotten much attention lately. So I thought, I'd start a new one. And to do so, I'll rip off a game from the old forums. I want to make this a bit broder than the original though. Ok, enough intoductory talk, let's get to the meat! (Or tofu if you are vegetarian.) Without further ado, I'll start this off with the question the creator of the oroginal thread had in mind: Who is Darugand, banisher priest?

Good question. This old fart that doesn't get invited to parties... more like "banisher of fun" amiright?! Next question, how long has Vampire Nighthawk been sitting up there? Are those... cobwebs on you buddy?

Larka, Nighthawk Summoner
Legendary Creature - Vampire Shaman Flying, deathtouch, lifelink
Nightmares and other Vampires you control enter the battlefield with your choice of a flying, deathtouch, or lifelink counter on them. 2/3
Edit: Forgot to rate above. A very realistic white legend I could see in print. As a commander player, I tend to look at legendary creatures through those eyes, and while it would be a lousy commander it's a very flavorful and useful card.

Up: Although this doesn't really answer the question of how long, it is a nice Nightmare/Vampire lord. A bit expensive for most formats other than commander. Kara Vrist, Neurok Agent Legendary Creature - Human Rogue Flash Kara Vrist, Neurok Agent can’t be blocked as long as defending player controls an artifact. Whenever Kara Vrist deals combat damage to a player, draw a card. 2/3 Next: Show me something from Garruk's daily routine.

Up: Solid legend, definitely feels mirran. Not sure why she needs flash, though. 8/10 Morning's Hunt Sorcery As an additional cost to cast morning's hunt, sacrifice a creature. Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card with power greater than the sacrificed creature's power, put it onto the battlefield, then put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. "A strong companion should always accompany the hunt, so you may both feed." -Garruk Wildspeaker

Up: That is quite the powerful card. Worthy of being Dack's greatest heist. I'd love to see this destroy artifact decks. I don't know anything about her mother and very little about her father. Let's go with this: General Vess Legendary Creature - Human Soldier Hexproof from black Whenever a creature with power 3 or more deals combat damage to you, put a +1/+1 counter on each Human creature you control. 4/4 Next: Now what would Bolas' motorbike look like?

Up: The 'Hexproof from X' template feels weird to me and the card's main effect feels like it almost wants to be red. I like the card, but it just feels that little bit... off. Bolas's Motorbike Two Generic a Red, Black and blUe Legendary Artifact - Vehicle Crew 5 You may remove loyalty counters from planeswalkers you control to pay the crew costs vehicles you control. Each loyalty counter you remove this way counts as one power. Whenever you remove one or more loyalty counters from a planeswalker you control to pay a cost, Bolas's Motorbike deals 3 damage to any target. It's bad. It's rad. And it's mad.5/5 Monkey Business: What sort of business are the Simian Grunts about to conduct.

Seems no one bit the Monkey Business prompt; it's been four months so let's give it another go. The Raven Man: What's his deal?

Up: I could totally see Bolas riding around on that thing. Although I think he’s more likely to throw other ‘walkers under the bike than to give up some of his own loyalty. This is more like a deal the Raven Man would make. Corvid Concordance Sorcery Target player may discard two cards. If they don’t, create three 1/1 black Bird creature tokens with flying. Next: What’s going on in Zantafar now that Quint and Asterion rediscovered it?

Up: Fun card. Especially like how you get a bird anyway if the Raven Man is out so it's sort of a trick deal. Deciphering Stone Legendary Artifact At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of each player's library. , , Sacrifice ~: Until end of turn, you may play cards exiled with ~, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells. Monkey Business: Funny and works with the name but I'm not sure works very much with the origin. Somehow I don't think money is the sort of business Simian Grunts is referring to. My Card - Next Prompt: -Tell me who Mutagen Connoisseur was before the whole phyrexian invasion.
