Based on the guildmage cycle(s). Edit: First ability should add "until end of turn."

If it is ok, I'd like to challenge you all to make a uncommon legegendary, with two colors, from Kamigawa or any Eastern Setting, like Tarkir or the Plane of Mountains and Seas.

Endo of the two Paths Legendary Creature - Human Samurai Haste, vigilance Bushido 2 (When this blocks or becomes blocked, it gets +2/+2 until end of turn.) Other Samurai creatures you control have haste and vigilance. 2/2

I know that's already art for a magic card, but it's hard to find art of Tarkir-styled goblins.

No problem, It is really hard to find this kind of art, you will not be penalizated by this. If I find any image of this sort, I will mark you in this post.

I am using the grading system that Idea (credits to he or she, criador@ de cartas português@) proposed and making some tweeks. Flo00 {Endo} I really liked your samurai, simple vigilance/haste W/R combined with bushido 2 makes a great blocker and attacker, it's also a super useful card since it grants vigilance and haste to other samurais you control, like a master teaching its ways, wich is also very flavorful. At first I thought granting vigilance and haste was a little too much, but at a closer analisys it is just a 2/2 legendary without protection, and also with a 5 CMC, it becomes very fair once it is in the bettlefield. I only missed the flavor text, I think it would be awesome. However this was a good job, keep with it, thank you very much. 1) Coherence with the Challenge: 1/1 2) Ability Ballance: 2/2 3) CMC: 2/2 4) Body (P/T): 2/2 5) Originality: 1/2 6) Sinergies with specific cards: 2/2 7) Sinergies with non-specific cards: 0/2 8) Flavor: 2/2 9) My Personal Enjoyment: 1.5/2 Total: 13.5/17 @mk {Marok} Finally, after many years I see another oni in MTG, this one I supouse with profane power to cast spells that have been in the graveyard, this would be a really great commander, with sweet graveyard interaction, the body as 4/4 being a blue and black it's ok, but not as ussual. However it's CMC being 4 and the ability to snapcast something as response of him dying, I think may be too powerfull, could bring insane combos with blue and black, with really catastrophic consequences, you could entomb he and a Emrakul, the Promised End, cast Goryo's revenge in Marok, target Emrakul, attack with Marok, he dies at the end of the turn, you have a Erakul in the battlefield. You see, since you don't pay the mana cost, it make some pretty neat and terrible combos in the way, flavorwise it is very nice a Demon (Oni) that recast what has been dead or forgotten, I liked very much, thanks for the entry. 1) Coherence with the Challenge: 1/1 2) Ability Ballance: 0.5/2 3) CMC: 1/2 4) Body (P/T): 1.5/2 5) Originality: 1.5/2 6) Sinergies with specific cards: 2/2 7) Sinergies with non-specific cards: 1/2 8) Flavor: 2/2 9) My Personal Enjoyment: 1.5/2 Total: 12/17 loadingreadywalk {Ankle-Biter} I liked your card, you were the only that thought of Tarkir, and instead of dragons, you thought o goblins, the little forgotten creatures that only serve as dragon food. Flavorwise a mini version o Ankle Shanker is nice, its body is ok, but could be bigger, since it is a legendary 5 CMC, but I understan that is a first strike deathtouch attacker, a nice idea. Howeaver, since its just a goblin that hits hard and kill, I not very impresed, but don't get me wrong the card is neat, just don't have that "Legendary" feeling, since it also doesn't have a name, well thank you for your application in the challenge. 1) Coherence with the Challenge: 1/1 2) Ability Ballance: 2/2 3) CMC: 1/2 4) Body (P/T): 1.5/2 5) Originality: 1/2 6) Sinergies with specific cards: 0/2 7) Sinergies with non-specific cards: 1/2 8) Flavor: 2/2 9) My Personal Enjoyment: 1/2 Total: 10.5/17 Jartis {Semaji} A very strong and on the spot 5 cmc legendary, with a very flavorful interaciton that is the Spirit or Arcane spells theme of Kamigawa, I reaaly liked this specific card for this, since Kamigawa was the first set that I played, long time ago, when I was 10, and since then little is talked about this set, nostalgia apart, your card design is neat, the art is grat, the effect on spot as I said earlier, the body 1/4 could even be bigger, to a 2/4, since it is a legendary. One more time I missed a flavor text, that could have given more flavor to this card. 1) Coherence with the Challenge: 1/1 2) Abiliti Balance: 2/2 3) CMC: 2/2 4) Body (P/T): 1.75/2 5) Originality: 2/2 6) Sinergies with specific cards: 2/2 7) Sinergies with non-specific cards: 0/2 8) Flavor: 2/2 9) My Personal Enjoyment: 1.75/2 Total: 14.5/17A very strong and on the spot 5 cmc legendary, with a very flavorful interaciton that is the Spirit or Arcane spells theme of Kamigawa, I reaaly liked this specific card for this, since Kamigawa was the first set that I played, long time ago, when I was 10, and since then little is talked about this set, nostalgia apart, your card design is neat, the art is grat, the effect on spot as I said earlier, the body 1/4 could even be bigger, to a 2/4, since it is a legendary. Thanks for the win! For the next challenge, a lot of creature types exist in multiple colors. So I'd like you all to choose one of those creature types, and design a card that is in all of their colors. It could be a legendary creature of that type meant to be a tribal general, it could be a creature of that type that gets part of its coloration from either its race or its class, or perhaps even a non-creature that interacts with that creature type in a unique way. This list should help, since it lists all the creature types as well as the colors those types exist in. www.smileylich.com/mtg/magocracy/Magocracy_C1.htmlExample for those who need it: Crocodiles exist in U, B, and G, so the card you design would be a crocodile or a card that cares about crocodiles, and it would have BUG color identity. Note that doesn't mean it has to have BUG casting cost. Hybrid mana and colored symbols in the textbox are fine as well, as long as it is exactly the colors the creature type is printed in, no more, no less.

Processor’s Attrition Enchantment Devoid (This card has no color.)Whenever a card is put into a graveyard from exile, unless its owner exiles the top two cards of their library, scry 1 and create a 1/1 colorless Eldrazi Scion creature token with “Sacrifice this creature: Add .” I just realized that this has a strange interaction with madness.

Judging time. { loadingreadywalk}Both abilities very in-color. I wish there were more Antelopes to make this card playable in more situations, but assuming there were, it would be very good. Even as it stands, if you were to dedicate 36 card slots to playsets of the current Antelopes, you could get a lot of mileage out of him. { Flo00}An enchantment that mills, gives virtual card advantage, and generates tokens is my kinda card. I also happen to love the Eldrazi, and the Processors are a fun subset that people don't talk about often. { Sanfonier of the Night}Yeah, because Grixis needed more good cards. XD Salamander is a fun card type, the choice between unblockable and a firebreathing-esque effect makes combat interesting from turn to turn, and a death trigger that makes you really want to think before killing this thing all combine to make a really damn good 4 drop, imo. Definitely a bomb in limited, and still playable in constructed. { gluestick248}Ah, the classic Phelddagrif. I love that it's activated ability is just the second part of all of Phelddagrif's abilities, I would love playing this in a group hug deck, I love younger/older versions of cards that already exist. Just an overall fun design. And hey, probably better than Questing Phelddagrif, if we're honest. XD { gateways7}Obviously with an unprecedented ability (as far as I'm aware, anyway) I'm not entirely sure how to judge this. Can it double up on damage from a Rogue that's already attacking? Can it make a Rogue that's not in combat at all deal damage? I have to assume the answer to both is yes. Even just doubling combat damage triggers would be powerful. It's clearly a good card (in Grixis, again), but I'm wondering if it's maybe too good? Even at 3/3 for 4, it can sneak in some big hits and trigger big post-combat plays. If it were printed, I think you'd be a fool not to run it if it was in your colors. Probably even a card worth splashing for. All that said, it does lose points for not fulfilling the challenge, since Rogues exist in all five colors. {Winner}All of these entries were really good. I'm glad I allowed for some extra time to get more of them in. As much as I want to be lame and just announce a tie, I'm gonna suck it up and pick a winner. Just know that this was very, very close. The winner is Sanfonier of the Night. Don't make me pick a runner-up XD
