Judging in a few hours.: {Daij_Djan}Yes, this makes good use of the included scry of the clash. Looks balanced and hits the flavor of the image spot on even if none of the depicted characters are red.
{viriss}Really good card for a Jace-Themed deck. Good fit for the picture.
{Idea}First, this card has too much text. I kind of understand the premending effect - mostly from a flavor perspective. I think the card can afford to lose that bit. A player searching their own library can allways "fail to find" on purpose, so you should either let each player have an opponent search their library or just say "Search each player's library, hand and graveyard for ..." Since its the same ability that targets and that loses the protection, it actually doesn't work around protection itself. You have to choose the target when you put the ability on the stack at which time everything still has protection. A workaround might be a cast trigger ( Eldrazi style if you like) or a reflective trigger (... lose protection until end of turn. When they do, ...)

Big thanks for the win!
It took me a while since I didn't really know, what art to suggest - but in the end I decided to just look through some random categories until I found monofuture on DeviantArt. Please design a card featuring an artwork from his "Personal Style" gallery!

Idea A nitpick about the wording: I think it should be "At the beginning of your end step, enchanted creature's controller...". Without "the".

Edits: After about an hour of multiple iterations, I'm content with this version of the design, lol. Indeed, many hours of iterations is often a recipe for being "content" with the final result.

Note on my artist credit line: About artistEdits: After about an hour of multiple iterations, I'm content with this version of the design, lol. What's the difference between the first and second clause? "sorcery or enchantment card" and "enchantment" I'm actually curious, seems like they the first one would catch the second. Also, does it need a "from blah" like "from anywhere"? I feel like I'm missing something. =) Love the art.

What's the difference between the first and second clause? "sorcery or enchantment card" and "enchantment" I'm actually curious, seems like they the first one would catch the second. Also, does it need a "from blah" like "from anywhere"? I feel like I'm missing something. =) Love the art. Great question! The difference is that one (enchantment cards) refers to the card as it is printed, and the other refers to the permanent (enchantment) as it is on the battlefield. The only currently existing cards that would make this important are these three, which can make non-enchantment permanent cards into enchantments while those permanents are on the battlefield. Those "enchant-made" permanents would be exiled with whisper counters on them, which would then subsequently be castable with the emblem. However, since this is an extreme corner case, I'm OK with dropping it for the sake of clarity. Additionally, as you point out, I inadvertently missed the "from anywhere" part. If I add that in, then I'd need to shrink the text even smaller to fit it all on the card, and I don't want to make this an even smaller text than what it already is. So I have updated my original entry to reflect the clearer design. I really appreciate for your question! Edit: Note that this is why Syr Konrad has that strange wording on its first ability, for situations when permanents are made into creatures. Oh! And also tokens! Syr Konrad also triggers on tokens because of how it's written. In my card's case, it would make enchantment tokens not hit the grave.

Glance Desperation and Hope Sorcery Target opponent discards a card. When they do, up to one target creature gains protection from that card’s colors and types until end of turn.

Delayed as usual, but let's get the judgings started with this one: Challenge is now closed, please no further changes of entries!
{ Idea} Interesting middleground between a Mind Control and a Threaten effect. Since the trigger happends in your end step, you're almost garanteed to keep the creature for one rotation, which imho works just fine for balancing. Btw, I did see your previous Avatar-related status text – and I thought it hilarious! Now that you've changed it, I remembered I always wanted to comment on it somewhere { pernicious}Rage is an interetsing twist on Bushido and good old Rampage (except thankfully triggering on the first blocker already) – not sure how much the ability would really be worth (especially if on its own and not paired alongside Bushido) since these effects tend to look better / more important than they end up playing out in the end.. { viriss}I like all of these one mana 1/1's that leave a body behind after death – and while Doomed Traveler probably is the most powerful one of that bunch, I don't see adding Vigilance to the original body “breaking” the card at all. Nothing else to say - like it! { vizionarius}A card themed around sorceries and enchantments is an interesting idea – I don't thing we've in the game so far. I'm not the best to judge the powerlevel of planeswalkers, but this one looks fine for three mana – even if maybe a bit unexisting at mythic since with the static basically purely being a downside to you unless you can make it fuel the ultimate, in most cases she'll be a looter plus restricted flash granter. { Jartis}Interestingly enough, there isn't a single card featuring a repetitive Learn ability – so this one basically feeding itself even might be a bad idea in WotC's mind. It doesn't look broken to me though, so I'm fine with it – and I definitely enjoy the flavor. Also I definitely approve of the „whenever you learn“ trigger. { Flo00}Nice clean and simple. Funny how nothing like this seems to exist in the game so far – I could have sworn it does.. Anyway, like it!

Thanks for the win! I did question the repeatable learn, but it seems like WotC doesn't value learn too highly. Anyway, onto the next challenge: This piece by RinRinDaishi on DeviantArt

Edit: Thank you for the reminder Flo00 . I ended up changing the effect of the card, more of a bend than before and doesn't prevent some of the interactions I was trying to prevent before, but this should be the closest I can get while remaining rules-functional and not an absolute block of text. Edit2: Thank you Bouncearama

Zana, the Goldspinner Legendary Creature - Human Artificer Treasures you control are 1/1 Dog artifact creatures in addition to their other types. , , Discard a card with mana value X: Untap target noncreature artifact with mana value X or less and gain control of it until end of turn. It becomes a Treasure and gains haste and “ , Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.” until end of turn. 2/2

Keeping enchant doesn't help much. When they become creatures, they automatically fall off.

Without getting too much into it, the last couple months have been...a lot. Sorry for the massive delay, I should be back semi-regularly now. I'll make this quick to get the game going again; the winner is Flo00 !
