{Idea}Interesting use of exalted. Good synergy between the two halfes. Can probably go pretty crazy in the right deck.
{pernicious}Lol. As if constructed wasn't pay to win anyway. Makes a good statement about the nature of games where you have to spend money along the way.
{vizionarius}A nice mirrored pair. I think I would like them more as separated cards. Then again that goes for almost every non-land MDFC WotC has printed so far... The black side seems stornger than the white side. An opponent losing life happens in (almost) every game, you gaining life is somehting you have to have the right cards for. Of course, it's kind of nice, that Birihani doubles her p/t every time she is in combat.
{viriss}Simple & effective. Seems quite strong for just 2 mana.
{Jartis}Interesting ability. Repeated reanimation on a land sounds pretty strong. I can't really decide if its good or not that this can basically flicker a creature.
{lordpat}Anti-poison tech O.o Jokes aside, this does look good but not too powerful in a good way. The devotion-heavy cost make it pretty hard to complete the cycle of night and day.

Otherworldly Quartet Legendary Planeswalker The Face - Discard two cards, then draw two cards. Create a 2/1 red Vampire Rogue creature token with first strike. The Bastion - Gain 1 life for each creature you control. Create a 2/2 white Dwarf Warrior creature token with vigilance. The Seer - Choose one: Target player may scry 5, or target player mills ten cards. Create a 1/1 blue Human Wizard creature token with hexproof. The Ranger - ~ deals 5 damage to target creature or planeswalker. Create a 1/4 green Elf Archer creature token with reach. ~ can be your commander. I figured making a party-enabling PW would be interesting. In constructed, it's a way to get a large amount of advantage over a period of time (and a party enabler), and in commander, it's both a party enabler and a casual repeating token maker. Tbh, this design started with me being a bit cheeky about the frontmost character (who would become "The Face") and asking the no-fun guy question of "Why is the one in front wearing the least armor?" I ended up deciding a character like that would have to be a race and a class that would both want and could get away with such luxuries, such as a Vampire who could recover from that kind of bodily harm. The class pick was inspired by a campaign I recently saw where Rogues tended to hide their profession in more lawful areas (e.g. Archers, Performers, etc...) to make it less troublesome for them to steal things or not get immediately caught by law enforcement.

Since we seem to be missing a card for the character in the top middle: Sunblessed Archer Creature - Elf Archer Reach Sunblessed Archer gets +1/+1 and has vigilance as long as you control a Plains. Tan an untapped white creature you control: Sunblessed Archer gains first stirke until end of turn. 1/2

viriss{Spoiler}While I'm not personally a fan of the watermage needing to be blocked to trigger the ability (if this happened whenever she was in combat, as in blocking also, then I wouldn't have a problem, but as a 1 power creature it just seems too easy not to block her or to block her with something you don't mind being tapped anyway), I do think the card's cost is balanced for the effect. I think, outside of the proposal to change the effect, I probably would've had the card be a 2/3 but otherwise it's a pretty good entry. ZephyrPhantom{Spoiler}I like the approach of wanting to make a party planeswalker, I love it when more obscure mechanics gets explored or helped in some way. It's also nice that there's these distinct but strong effects accompanying the "summoning" of the different party members. What I don't like though is that an effect like "you gain 1 life for each creature" is at the same loyalty cost as "deal 5 damage to a creature or planeswalker". One of these is a buffer that can be difficult to set up and matters less the more you're actually able ot pull it off (if you have that many creatures are you really taking that much damage), while the other is the potential to remove the best card they have on the board. I also have a bit of a problem with a mythic rarity, four-color, four-mana planeswalker being unable to sustain itself due to only having negative loyalty abilities and no means to gain more loyalty. Maybe it's meant to work with being your commander, but then that would carry the weight of an incremental cost mechanic you're purposefully trying to impose. vizionarius{Spoiler}I think saying this card underestimates its own power level is an underestimation itself. +X/+X at the price of X+1 on an equipment is already decently good. Of course it's not gamebreaking or even that good, but it means you get a flexible boost of power and toughness and it won't go away just because a creature was removed. There aren't many examples of this kind of effect to show for direct comparison, but the closest is Sigil of Distinction, a rare that only has that kind of effect and grows smaller with each use. However, the real kicker is the mana adding. Let's ignore for a second that redlink works with noncombat damage as well. A vanilla 1/1 equipped with this at 3 mana is a 3/3 that generates a free Pyretic Ritual every time it attacks. A Fencing Ace equipped with that same Sword of Lady in Red has the potential to deal 6 damage and generate 6 red mana. Buffs might more than pay for themselves, and uses of stuff like fights could give you repeated triggers in a turn. All this and I'm pretty much only touching the basics, and all of this is on a card that will stick on the board even if the creature dies. Now don't get me wrong, I love the concept of redlink and all the great synergies this card has. My problem here isn't with the concept, my problem is this is way too underpriced for that kind of potential. Even as a mythic rare. If I were to make a suggestion changing the contents though, perhaps make it so redlink only works with combat damage. pernicious{Spoiler}I've got no complaints here it's a simple but well-designed card with a little buff above standard power and toughness for its cost, but also a downside that will probably be relatively simple to solve on any decks that runs the card. Perhaps given the effect it should be white-red instead, which doesn't seem off-flavor for what you've made her be like either, and my only other nitpick is I feel to see the need to lock her activated abilities when she has none. Flo00{Spoiler}Not super sure of the flavor here, but I do feel this design is quite nice. There's a simple and evident synergy with white within this card, and within its abilities. 3 mana and uncommon rarity both seem really fitting for the card. Winner

Thank you for the win, Idea.
For the next challenge, design a card that uses a work made by Carl Spitzweg as its artwork.
You can find some of his works here.

Idea - The idea was that the party effectively "deploys" its individual members as it hits the board, I wanted to make it clear it was a party of 4 adventurers (of any kind) in vacuum. I can see why that might not be easy to pick up on though. Would the Bastion's effect have been better as "Gain 7 life" or something similar?

I can see why that might not be easy to pick up on though. Would the Bastion's effect have been better as "Gain 7 life" or something similar? I picked up on what the idea of it was, I am just not fond of it in practice. If this was an enchantment with like a "choose one that hasn't been chosen" I would find that better. But I fundamentally don't think mythic walkers should empty out unless there is a built-in mechanical quirk that compensates for or makes that more worthwhile. As for the life gain, maybe. It's hard to tell exactly with a raw amount. 7 life is a lot but also historically not enough to make a life gain card viable by itself (to my understanding). But I think I might accept it as a counterpart to the other since it's a pretty good amount of life and unlike what it currently is does not require external set-up.

Note: This piece is called Ash Wednesday. The vanishing 6 represents the 6 weeks of Lent that starts with Ash Wednesday. It's mostly there as flavor, since it's unlikely that a game will last long enough for 6 upkeeps after this is cast, or that the creature will still be around. If it does, then repentance is complete. Note 2: I was surprised to see no card exists with this name yet! Penance does, but no exact match.

Busy Research Enchantment When Busy Research enters the battlefield, draw a card. At the beginning of your end step, if you didn’t cast a spell this turn, look at the top three cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand, up to one on top of your library and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.

I found the entries for this round to be particularly interesting. Did you like Spitzweg's whimsical style?
Daij_Djan - A good niche enchantment that would definitely find a place in many decks' sideboards, since it completely shuts down Treasure decks.
vizionarius - A stronger arrest with a flavorful time limit, nice. I too didn't expect Penitence to have not been used yet as an official card name.
viriss - The well tuned balance and flavorful mechanics in this saga would easily have been a 10/10 for me if it wasn't for a single nitpick: Red doesn't have access to Clue tokens.
Flo00 - I could actually see it printed and become widely used in many control and combo decks. Perfect.
The winner is Flo00! With boxlaunch and viriss as runnerups.

When I saw that artwork, I couldn't resist
Once the name was set in stone, I somehow decided to use the old Clash mechanic - which imho actually interacts nicely with (impulsive or not) card draw spells.

@ viriss: The second option definitely need a non-legendary clause - I suggest using this one for the wording: "except they're not legendary and their starting loyalty is 1."
