Wavering Purpose unfortunately doesn't work (you'd need like "Spells with the same name..." rather than "that card"), and feels kinda homeless? to take best advantage of this you want a deck that dumps its hand quick, and those decks don't tend to want three mana enchants that save them a few mana. 6/10 |

cajun — Worryingly Absent: This is neat. Not much to say about it, though I particularly like the fact that there's a tradeoff between exiling a token they then can't get back, or exiling a nontoken creature to get the chip damage. 10/10Rettai's mind whirls. Arina was going to fight Kirino... Reyhsia is fighting Kirino... which means Hannah and Karina are most likely both completely unprotected and nowhere near a planar portal while the Initiative is fighting a Class 7. He nods in thanks to the clerk, then sprints towards Arina's section of the Arena.

She carefully took off the trick hat, collecting the pink letter and handful of coins hidden in it. "You have to bring it back though." She looked up to the emotionless face of the officer. "And I'll hold your hat too, to keep you honest." she finished with a smile."Thank you for your cooperation. I'll be taking that," Lumen says, taking the trick hat. He hands off his own hat in return, which smells vaguely of dust and paper. --- Later that night, we're staring down the top hat by the bed. We knew we should put some enchantment on it, but Lumen had been good to us, we didn't want to leave one of our usual surprises. We thought back to the fight with Base Zero. We had barely made it to help in time, and we had already been so close the 7CI. We needed something more reliable. We wove a spell. We didn't know Lumen's magical senses, so low power to be safe. Would only work while we were on the same plane. Would only receive, not send. But with this little charm, a cry for help to Lumen's ear was only a cantrip away. Lost the Trick Hat

Enchantment Creature - Nomad As Being of Resilience enters the battlefield, choose a color, and put a shield counter on target permanent you control. Being of Resilience and permanents you control with shield counters on them have protection from the chosen color. 1/3

this was meant to be after the Great Prickfox Meltdown and more intense and demanding because of that but I didn't make that clear whoops. abuse of Fuzzy Time to the rescue (thank you based amechra for providing a canon reason for why reality would be messy at the seams)

Aiden seemed to buy the fake tears. "Well... okay. That makes sense. She did seem like she had an affection for you." he said, chuckling. "But, what are the... other Kirino's?" he asked, not sure what that meant. "Well, I'm sure we can find some way to--"Suddenly, a flash of bright red and white light. The figure of a 10-year old girl burst out of the spear again, swirling and pulsing with rage. It slammed into Karina blindingly fast, gripping her shoulders, before shouting:"LIAR! YOU'LL NEVER HURT MY DADDY! I. WON'T. LET. YOU!" followed by a deafening screech, blasting directly into Karina's face.Guardian Phantom Creature - Spirit Flying When ~ enters the battlefield, target creature you control gains indestructible until end of turn. "Be safe, my sweet. Come back to us, won't you?"1/1 Heartfelt Speech: Weird card. Got that As Foretold feel. Should probably cost to keep up at the "super act-of-treason" feeling - 8/10.

For the first time in years, we could flee to safety. The kid would follow now. We could even come back to 7CI.
But we would lose Aiden.
"I don't want to hurt anyone!" we cried as one. "Help! Please!"
Pathetic Plea Enchantment - Aura This spell costs  more to cast, where X is the number of creatures you control minus the number of creatures your opponents control. Enchant creature You control enchanted creature. Enchanted creature has haste.
gurfafflekins bit more roundabout but if you've got a creature to target, you've got more creatures than little ol me : p Guardian Phantom - feel like this wants flash? bit odd as a suntail hawk that gives a consequence free attack. 8/10 |

Aiden shouted at the ghost to stop, realizing it was futile over the ghostly screeching. Yup, this was Rose alright - Temper and all. He lunged towards her, grabbing her around her waist and pulling her up and back. "Rose, stop, stop! Stop for your father." he whispered into her ear, over her shouts. "Shh, it's okay. It's okay." he said, as the screeching faded to a scream, to some yelling and shouting, before just sniveling. The ghost was... crying. Like a little girl. He put her on the ground, letting her stand. "Rose... I don't know what happened, but I'm so, so sorry. Okay?" he said to her. The child stood motionless, save for her quiet sobs, before nodding. "Now, let me handle this, okay? Daddy will be fine. He always has been, okay?" Rose opened her ghastly mouth, before closing it and nodding again.He turned to Karina as Rose watched. He stepped towards her and helped her up. "You okay?" he asked. "Hey, Karina... look, I don't know how to say this but... I feel like whatever's happening right now, past Ms. Oblay's passing - it's much more than you said. I can tell you're much more than you seem." he said, flashing a tired smile, lowering himself to a knee to see at her eye level, and putting a hand on her shoulder. Rose fidgeted, mouthing 'sorry' to Karina. "This is all way beyond me, huh?" he said, chuckling. Probably! But uh weird card again, Mind Control but RU instead of UU with haste. I like the idea, but the wording (even if inevitable because that's 100% way to word it) hurts my head and that haste tho. 8/10.

At the beginning of each player's end step, each untapped creature that player controls deals damage equal to its power to that player. gift acceptedish. punishes vigilance but not lifelink  poor aiden can't even make himself a rare, let alone a planeswalker :c he and his spirit crew seems aight tho 9/10

Disequilibrate - puts Firebolt to shame, but I don't know how well that card's aged. something i'd love to test but would expect might need a spanner. 9/10

Aiden watched silently, a sadness welling up deep inside him. He looked at Karina as she repeated herself."I don't want to hurt anyone." He takes off his helmet, setting it on the ground, and drops his spear next to it. His hair is messy, being in that helmet all the time, and is sweatily stuck to his forehead. He wraps his arms around Karina, giving her a tight hug. He doesn't say anything to the girl. He doesn't care if she's secretly possessed by a hat, like rowboat said, or if she was magical and more knowledgeable than he was. He sat there on his knees, hugging her to him tightly. Whatever she was, she needed comfort, and help. He thought back to his time as an orphan, wishing someone, anyone would hold him."It'll be okay."Selfless Mentor Creature - Human Soldier When ~ enters the battlefield, choose a color. 2/3 (Naming blue, as a gift) Breakdown: Exciting card, I like it, encouraging attacking, pushing the game to much faster speeds healthwise. I think it should probably be at just as it seems pretty red, but usually not too much of a difference. 9/10.

I was terrified of tougher stuff until I realized it was an aura. Seems fine since you have to pay mana into it. 8/10

Activate this ability only once each turn. resets your color or knocks off whatever its managed to pick up. Selfless Mentor - like this a lot better than protection or white hexproof, 10/10

: Choose target permanent card in your graveyard that was put there from the battlefield since your last turn. Return it to the battlefield tapped.
: Rettai becomes a 3/3 Advisor creature with indestructible and vigilance that's still a planeswalker. Prevent all damage that would be dealt to him.
