Welcome to yet another RAC-type thread. (Rate, Answer, Challenge.) This works in the same way as the Challenge Game: If the post above yours answers a challenge, rate that answer, preferably on playability and how well it answers the challenge. Then, answer the challenge that post puts forth. Then, issue a challenge of your own.
Now for the specifics: The challenge is a song title. It must be a real title of a real song, formatted as -Artist: "Title"-. Don't be Anus Jack and select an instrumental. The answer is a Magic card, the title of which is a lyric from the chosen song. There is a catch: You cannot use the song title itself, and you cannot use any prominent lyrics -- if it's the first thing to pop into your head when you read the song title, no go. (For instance, under Smash Mouth: "All Star", you couldn't use "get your game on", "all that glitters is gold"... really anything from the chorus, and I'd argue "somebody once told me" is taboo too.) Nothing special about the rating, but it's here for completeness.
First challenge... David Bowie: "Ziggy Stardust"

Silver bordered: Beer Light - Instant - Gain 4 life. Inebriated - Gain 8 life instead if you're drunk. --- Next song: Everything Everything - "Breadwinner" EDIT: I have to say, the "taboo lyrics" thing is dumb and will probably stop people from playing. Either people will do what I've done, and pick songs where that won't matter, or someone will pick a popular (or meme-ruined) song, and people will, you know, know the lyrics. I could only get away with "Beer Light" because I misremembered some lyrics in the second verse.

I'm a simple man. I see Everything Everything, I slam the reply button. UP: Nice clean Un-design. Could probably be one mana? Live with the Devil Enchantment At the beginning of your upkeep, draw two cards, then reveal your hand. An opponent chooses a card from it and you exile that card. And you thought it was your world.Next: Area 11 - Watchmaker.

I am also a simple man, and I saw Area 11 XD Up: You're paying a hefty price for some slight card advantage, since your opponents can just exile your best cards. Maybe it should just be a discard, and not an exile. I realize a lot of black decks want cards in their graveyard, but I'm not use anyone would be willing to risk drawing into a bomb just to never see it again. If you're set on the exile effect, maybe make them reveal their hand before they draw their two? I don't know. It's very black, and I think the cost is appropriate, I'm just struggling to see a situation where you actually come out ahead, here...other than the obvious "my grandfather's deck has no pathetic cards" thing XD Sidenote: (Long review, I know, but that's a good sign) It says "an opponent"...which opponent? Target opponent? The first opponent to your left? Whichever opponent chimes in first? Not important in 1v1 obviously, but very important in Commander, THG, and other multiplayer formats. Okay, on to my entry...I uhh...couldn't help but find art. I like the eldrazi a lot. ^^; Plus, hey, Child of Alara reference, that's fun, right? Next: half•alive - Still Feel

Yo, good taste! I won't sandwich post, but just to clarify, "an opponent" means an opponent of your choice unless specified otherwise - it's a way of choosing an opponent that gets around stuff like hexproof.

Misplaced Soul Creature - Spirit Flying Misplaced Soul can't block.
When you turn CARDNAME face up, create a token that's a copy of it.
Morph 1/1
From the "have I misplaced a part of my soul?" part. Hope that's allowed.

UP: Base creature could probably cost but it's neat. The Bringer of Night Legendary Creature - Human Demon Skip your draw step. At the beginning of your end step, sacrifice another creature. Whenever another creature you control dies, you draw two cards and each opponent loses 2 life. Seeker of secrets, deluded by knowledge, left with nothing.5/5 Next: EmpathP - Secret Garden

UP: Human Demon is a weird typeline, but it feels really black. I like it. The Seventh Maid - Legendary Creature - Human Adviser Whenever The Seventh Maid enters the battlefield or attacks, exile all cards in all graveyards. At the beginning of your end step, your life total becomes equal to the number of cards exiled by The Seventh Maid. 2/2 Next Song: Lemon Demon - Ben Bernanke

UP - Seventh Maid looks like a pretty interesting card that gets bigger the more the game progresses while also being an interesting method of graveyard hate. Architect of Dreams Creature - Human Wizard At the beginning of your upkeep, look at the top card of your library. If it has the same name as a card you own in exile, you may reveal it and put it into your hand. The future often finds itself lost in unreality.
1/4 From the line "You're the architect of my dreams, Spencer." (god, this song is creepy.) NEXT - Skin and Bones by Cage the Elephant.

1/4 From the line "You're the architect of my dreams, Spencer." (god, this song is creepy.) NEXT - Skin and Bones by Cage the Elephant. Architect of Dreams seems like a neat way of doing exile interaction and multiple copies matter. seems right for it, yes.
Sorcery Create a token that's a copy of target artifact or land. If it's a creature, it gains haste until end of turn.
From the line "Oh, the sidewalk shimmer just like diamonds"

Up: Oooh that's a nice card. Simple and functional - well done! Summoner of Salvations Creature - Human Wizard Play with the top card of your library revealed. You may play the top card of your library if it's a creature card. When you do, it gains haste, trample and lifelink until end of turn. "What are you drawing forth?""Nothing much, just a large, very aggressive lizard."3/5 Next: Gonna offer two songs - one instrumental and one not. Feel free to do either - I feel like offering the option makes me less of an asshole Instrumental: Good Vibes - Shady Cicada Non-Instrumental: Bring Me The Night - Sam Tsui and Kira Grannis

Being a 3/4 or a 2/5 might be enough? Instrumentals don't work with the whole "lyrics" thing, so I'll do the latter. Heartbeat's Distance - Instant - Search your library for a card with the same name as target creature, reveal it, then put it in your hand. Then shuffle your library. Next Song: In The Pouch Of A Kangaroo - The Four Postmen

From the line "I see the anger in the eyes of the children and the gods at the prisons as they left and turned the key" (unless I'm mishearing, I couldn't find the lyrics anywhere)
Merots, Divine Prison Legendary Artifact CARDNAME enters the battlefield with X charge counters on it.
Creatures with power equal to or less than the number of charge counters on CARDNAME can't attack you.
Sacrifice two creatures: Put a charge counter on CARDNAME.
Lyrics under the spoiler.
{spoiler} I'm tearing off my skin Awakening my mind To all that's ever been I've slit the yearning throat of time And worn the face of gods At masquerades sublime
A thousand centuries unfold Overcast memories Of Acapulco gold When was the last time that I died? At least a lifetime since The cosmos ossified
False kings and prophets scream my name Worldbane Atomic dictate I've proclaimed Worldbane
Predestined fate takes hold Expanding universe Heat death as I foretold Prophetic reveries collide Brushing aside the ruins The heavens codified
Ten million spectral lines condense On icy mausoleum No escaping consequence From 'neath Europan seas he'll rise Cancer to the universe Set to metastasize
Unbroken lifeline split in twain Worldbane Entire universe disdained Worldbane
False kings and prophets scream my name Worldbane Atomic dictate I've proclaimed Worldbane

Decent card. I'd have given the counters a different name though, and I gotta penalize for the name not being a lyric.
Sorcery Exile target legendary creature.
Next: Toto - "Mindfields"

Well, this seems like a neat game to bring back from the dead, so... I'll do both up and yesterup and then give one prompt. Up- image missing... Yesterup- Flavor-wise it hits the mark and as deleted user says it feels underpowered next to unmake, not that that's a failing on False Kings. It's just a statement of fact.
Just Lies Instant Counter target spell unless its controller discards two cards. If they do, they draw a card. Draw a card "For the greater good, we must sometimes stretch the truth." Unknown Soothsworn Monk.
Wish / (to) / Flee Wish Sorcery Add a card you own from outside the game to your hand. Gain life equal to its converted mana cost. Flee Sorcery Aftermath (Cast this from the graveyard than exile it, yada-yada). As an additional cost, exile a card from your hand. Flee deals X damage to you and X minus one targets where X is the converted mana cost of the exiled card.
Next: the Charlie Daniels Band's The Devil Went Down to Georgia. Banned Lyrics: "Fiddle of gold," "Golden Fiddle"

UP: pretty standard entry to the wight of presinct six's family of cards. Nothing much else to say: could be a banger with the right art, could not be. A black card probably wasn't what you'd expect from a song title, "For Just One Day, Let's Only Think about Love," and yet: here we are. Edit: It's no longer december, so I'll pick a different song, see if that strikes anyone's fancy. Vertical Horizon's: Broken Over You
