hydraheadhunter the card's purpose is pretty clear from the design. The last part though is what I find a bit incongruent with the rest of the design, as it's an addition that doesn't seem to be there and it's a break from the rest of the design by being the only part that isn't outright blocking an effect but only charging. I also think 3 mana might be a tiny bit above what the card is probably worth, seeing as three mana does most of this to creatures, but either way my problems with the card are only these two nitpicks, one of aesthetics and one of being slightly but not terribly overpriced.
So fun fact, I actually was misremembering what challenge this was. So I initially made a card thinking one of the song lyrics had to be part of the flavor text. I made a new card that fits the challenge, but since I already made the other one, I'll leave it that other card here in a spoiler. {Spoiler}
For the next person: The Plagues from the Prince of Egypt movie.

Yeah, it was six months ago so I don't remember exactly what my thought process was, but current me agrees with you that past me was just the tiniest bit not quite right.

Up: Idea : The need to target X of your own creatures feels really limiting, which will likely make me not want to play this. At 4 mana, this at best reads, "If you control a good enough creature, poke one of your better ones and kill an opponent's." It would be infrequent to be able to cast this with more than 7 mana, since you need to already have 5 creatures to do so. I think if you removed the need to target your own, this would be great without being broken. These colors already have access to really great removal, you can probably push it a bit more. If you were concerned that it could get broken, you can make it into a sorcery. It has cool interactions with lifelink and deathtouch (if you don't mind your own creatures dying). See Chandra's Ignition and Spinning Wheel Kick for similar effects (both mono-color). {Your extra card}I think there is a little too much going on here, and the wording feels like something is missing to make it fully clear (moving all counters to where?, wouldn't this itself get sacrificed before it can transform?). I assume there is an "other" there (and the library is reshuffled with the Angels are put back in when the God dies). Angels merging into a God by killing all others, then getting another chance at life once the God dies is pretty cool. I think the execution could have been a little cleaner, but you might have realized that you needed to make a different card before fine-tuning it. Neat concept here.
Stubbornness Sorcery Put an indestructible counter on target creature you control. | Pride Sorcery Destroy all creatures with power 4 or greater.

Up: Creative usage of the naming convention for fuse cards. Seems like a fun board wipe. The Band of the Hawk Creature - Human Soldier Flying Whenever another creature you control deals combat damage to an opponent, exile it, then return that card to the battlefield under its owner’s control. 3/3 Next: Your Horoscope for Today by Weird Al Yankovic

Up: Bouncearama : That's an interesting design, giving creatures vigilance in a way, and proc-ing ETB and LTB effects. Feels strong! But also not too strong. Clean design, and the card fits the song too. You Fall Screaming from an Open Window Instant Sacrifice a creature. When you do, choose one — • Grab a Friend — Target creature's controller sacrifices it. • Shatter Some Eardrums — Each opponent discards a card and loses 2 life. Next: Decima, by Katatonia

vizionarius the first effect seems quite balanced giving mana value and modularity, the second one I'm a little iffy about but probably is also balanced. Even at one mana, sacrificing a creature tends to entail at least the possibility of multiple discards or else a targeted discard, as seen in cards like Tendrils of Despair and Cabal Therapy. And at slightly more mana value than your card you get a lot of potential discards with something like Tormented Thoughts. Exceptions usually entail being repeatable or being a part of other effects, the later of which I think yours kinda falls unders, though modularity + small life loss + multiple opponent hitting is still a little stretching it in this regard. Still, having all of those characteristics probably puts it on a fair enough level to be accepted at this mana value, maybe being a more niche/situational option rather than the main intended effect to use.
