WindyDelcarlo All 'R' did was the give a small smirk at the question, one set of arms bridging its fingers together. Unlike her intermediary, the real 'R' seemed far more composed. " I'm not quite sure I'm aware of what you're referring to. I am not aware of any ability to planeswalk, as you would describe it." No emotion, her face gave no indication if she was lying or not. "I'm quite...planebound, would be the fitting term." While her former had been coy, playing, and tricksy with Arina, 'R' so far had given no pretenses, or attempts to be humorous. " But to answer your question, I am difficult to find when I wish to be. But you've caught my attention, more so than most. Hence why I am here in person." She took one step forward, her staff clacking against the stone. " But I came here to learn about your research. And your answers have created a multitude of new questions."
"Now, do enlighten me more about these Entela, and what they'll be doing on my world."Ardent Gainsayer 1 Creature - Merfolk Wizard Hexproof from blue , , Sacrifice Ardent Gainsyer: Target creature you control gains hexproof from blue. Waste not the air you breathe. 2/1 Faithful Scion should be a 1/2, forgot about that bit. Sorry.
Prompt Analysis: Seems interesting, like a weaker Turn to Frog, but I can see it being very useful in some circumstances. I like the connect between noticing abilities and being able to get around them. 8/10

"Entela is the name of the city from which I come, on the plane of Volaria. Very recently, our researchers developed a way to bridge two planes, but Volarians have bioaetheric issue surviving for lengths of times outside of Volaria. Our researchers will be here to research a method of surviving on other planes.""At the present moment, they have been evacuated to allow another organization to dispatch an interplanar threat without fear of harming them, but they will be back in two days and you can talk to them about their research if you need."Ardent Gainsayer really needs an "until end of turn" clause. 7.5/10 Faithful Scion is a really strange effect, but seems fine? Might be a bit worse than it needs to be. 8/10 Quell Concerns Sorcery Tap all creatures you don't control. If this spell was cast from exile, they don't untap during their controller's next untap step. Philosophy (You may cast this card from your hand for its philosophy cost. If you do, exile it as it resolves. Whenever you draw a card, you may cast this card from exile.)

WindyDelcarlo "I see." 'R' put one of her many hands to her chin, seeming to contemplate the situation in front of her. Her glowing orange eyes looked over Arina, almost as if they were about to bore into her with how intense her gaze was. What was she thinking? "Either you're very good at lying, or you're telling the truth. And if you were lying, you wouldn't have come all this way just to speak falsehoods to my face." The smirk returned, R's hand returning to her side. " Very well, I shall believe that you you're working in the interest of your people...but I will be wary of the people you bid to venture here." "Besides, I see no harm in opening new worlds to our own." {Response Card - Subtle Advantage } Quell Concerns:Seems a tad expensive to pay 2 more to store the spell to cast it normally later. An interesting use of the rebound-like effect. 6/10

"Be wary as you will," I write down some notes about this woman into a notebook. "If there are no further questions, I have notes I must send back to Entela in preparation for their arrival."Sorcery speed untappers are always exceptionally awkward, and this one especially wants to let you attack with the creature after. It might do better as a WU that gives vigilance or as an instant and another mana. 7/10 Peaceful Disengagement Instant Target creature gets -4/-0 until end of turn. Flashback

@ WindyDelcarlo " No," answered 'R', who had begun turning to leave herself, "I require nothing more from you. You're free to go." With that, the mysterious woman waved Arina away before she walked back into the alley from whence she had appeared, and soon disappeared into the shadows. All was at it had been when Arina had arrived. {Response Card - Gleaming Lieutenants} Peaceful Disengagement: A reasonable blue flashback, nothing special, but nothing bad. 8/10

cyberchronometer Rudara was usually not one to be surprised. So when a horde of monstrosities from the depths of some dark world proceeded to take reality and fornicate with the very idea of existence, she found herself for the smallest of moments, taken aback at all that was happening to her. Then she began her work. Rudara called on whatever powers she had, knowing something like this, even for her, was pushing it's limits. No matter what, this vile horde would not stop her today. Even if she lost everything, even her progress here, it would not stop her.{Response Card - Herald of Survival} -> Call for Aid, Planar Cleansing Font of Dooms: This effect is extremely abuseable, as you're so easily showing. Even in triple black this effect would not happen without being way more expensive. 1/10(Also man, this is extremely unfair, don't be so rude when dropping attacks like this.)

I frown as I see beams of energy light up the sky over the Arena, seemingly from nowhere. As I watch, the skies tear open, releasing horrific beasts - after a glance, I confirm that they are not Phyrexian, and it takes merely another moment for me to dodge away from the lunging bite of one of the horrors. A quick slash with my glaive turns into a spinning strike, and I begin falling into familiar patterns as I draw blades into my other arms as well, my body twisting and weaving as I destroy any of the beasts that draw near me. "There is no end to them," I mutter to myself as I look around to try and orient myself within the battle - intending to simply battle my way to a defensible location, but noticing a figure beset by waves of the monstrosities. As I fight, I see that the figure appears to be gathering mana for some purpose, though I can tell that they seem to be having difficulty due to the horde gathering. After a moment's thought, I nod to myself and change my path, cutting a swath through the creatures to reach the figure - which I recognize as a female of unknown origin. "I advise you to complete whatever you are trying to do quickly," I say as I stow two of my blades and withdraw a staff of silver-white metal in two of my arms, striking it into the ground between myself and her. A bubble of silver light springs up around us, pushing back the nightmarish creatures, and I say, "This will only offer a brief period of protection, but will hopefully be enough. Should it fall, I shall hold them for as long as I can while you finish your work." With that, I pull out my other blades again, and prepare to strike at the creatures should the barrier fall before the woman's spell is cast. Out of nowhere, a serene, ancient-sounding voice hisses into your ear."Hello there, Hatchling. It would seem that we aren't acquainted."A large white-scaled serpent seemingly slithers out of thin air in front of you, and coils up calmly, tongue flicking in the air. You can feel waves of power coming from it, accompanied by a sickly-sweet scent and a sense of calm."I am called Ylki, and I would like to welcome you here as one deity to another. Blessings on you and your worshipers."Chorus of Holies - Creature - Snake Angel Flying. Lady Mapi Rudara stepped back from the serpent that had appeared before her. It reeked of deception and saccharine charm, and it's paleness did nothing to convince this serpent wasn't a threat to her. "You may keep your blessings, my worshipers thrive on my boons alone." Rudara raised her iron staff, and pointed the end at the serpent. Her message was clear, she would not suffer this entity for long. {Response Card - Burning Herald} -> Since the counters aren't optional, this just...deals with them.
Chorus of Hollies: An interesting card, it becomes on par with Serra Angel but better when paired, but has no way to pair on its own. 6/10 for effort, as I can't tell if it's supposed to come with Soulbound or not.

I briefly reconsidered my decision not to bring Hanska. Talking to people was a bother.
"I notice that you reject my blessing on your worshipers, but not on yourself. Intriguing."
My tongue flicked through the air lazily - I smelled the fact of her reincarnation.
"What's your name, child? And why are you so far away from home?"
Palescute Adder - Creature - Snake : Exile Palescute Adder, then return it to the battlefield blocking target attacking creature. : Exile target creature blocked by Palescute Adder until end of turn. 1/1Burning/Searing Herald is... hmm. I don't think does counter manipulation. Plus, the general design consensus by WotC is that players should not be able to remove counters on themselves. On their opponents, yes ( Price of Betrayal, Suncleanser, etc). Additionally, that last ability is in 's portion of the color pie, as far as I can tell (though it might have leaked into , considering Suncleanser). So... yeah. 5/10.

Lady Mapi Rudara raised a brow at the serpent's logic, before realizing her choice of phrase. "I did not, because your blessings would have no effect or use to me anyway." The woman made the smallest smirk, apparently pleased with herself. "My followers, however, are more susceptible to the charms of an outsider. Mortal folly, but I cannot blame them when your tongue is as sharp as it is." Rudara began to circle the serpent, her wrought-iron staff still pointed at it. A threat? Or an invitation? Only she knew at the moment, and what Rudara knew...despite whatever power she felt radiating off of this pale reptile...was that she didn't trust it. Deity, perhaps. An ally? ....Uncertain. What she did know, was that this was not a mere mortal. Mortals received her pseudonym. Beings such as this, did not. "I am Rudara, Pale Serpent. And I am not far from home, you are slithering on it as you speak." One of her free hands gestured to the earth at their feet, and another at the sky. "My home is everything this world has to offer. It is my realm to command." {Spoiler}{Response Card - Nakwyn Poacher} Palescute Adder: It's a deceptive card, up front, it looks like it has a bounce whenever, but it's only combat based. It's interesting how it's effects synergize as well as they do. It's still very annoying. 9/10

cajun Rudara takes a moment to consider her response. Her agents did not, would not, lie to her. So something was obviously out of the ordinary. But, as one might say, she had reserves. "See to it we have individuals with these skill sets," she ordered, procuring a short list of areas she wanted skillsets in, matching those who wee conveniently missing, "and begin formulating countermeasures against infiltration. Our numbers have grown large enough that it is difficult to remain unnoticed."
With that, she dismissed her agents. There was work to be done, from both them and herself. {Response Card - Kindred Reserves} Chilling Choice: So a Geth's Verdict but you narrow the choice down to two cards. Interesting, but probably needs a rarity bump. Even rares with these effects don't get that type of specificity. 7/10

The next time Rudara returns to her personal sanctum, there's a curious little set-up in the middle of the space.
A thin layer of glass spans between two stone blocks - on top of the glass is another large glass that looks far heavier than anything the glass should be able to hold. The glass itself is a stained-glass piece of Rudara angrily gesturing towards a black-haired man - the workmanship is truly exquisite. A note is stuck to the block of stone on top of the glass.Ptulan Bauble - Artifact - Hexproof, indestructible As pretty as the sun, and just as easily destroyed.

Lady Mapi Reading over the note, Rudara turned her attention to the glass and studied the 'gift' for a moment, considering it's design, it's apparent indestructibility, and it's location. Yes, he had the decency to give her her regal attire, in comparison to the last time he showed off his craft. Perhaps he wasn't all in the clouds. That wasn't a romantic thought, he'd smuggled it into her sanctum, of all places. It was obvious what he wanted, attention. Fine, she would give him that. In her own way. She called for one of her agents, and waited patiently for one to join her, when they had finished with their surprised reaction to the glass, she gave a simple order. "Find this man," she spoke, pointing to the depiction of that persistent individual, "and deliver him this." {Response Card - Rays of Dispersal } Rudara looked at the thick layer of dust now coating her floor, before returning her look to the stunned agent. "Then bring him here. I suspect he'll come along...willingly."

Neat idea, but out of color. 3/10 Yeah, I deserve that rating (even though I'll feebly argue that Red seems to get to bleed a little when it comes to Artifact Hate) . Picking back up unfortunately made my brain spiral back towards my first character, who was ::RU:: Spell Tennis (counter/swerve/bounce all the things). Speaking of Kirino (it's a good segway, shut up)... running a Conspiracy user gave me a good sense for the boundaries of the mechanic, and man Parallel Recruitment is a no. Remember that Conspiracies are effectively immune to removal and only cost you a slot in your deck, and that that's a very powerful thing. This is a win button against anyone playing a token deck, especially if you combine it with any form of control or token generation of your own. A 4/10, even though I like the effect - maybe put it on an enchantment?

Lady Mapi Rudara looked to the furious knight, whose scowl quickled shriveled under the gaze of his in real life goddess, which he took as a sign to release his firm grip from Mattol, and exit the room. Rudara's eyes tracked him as he left, before returning to Mattol. "You would have been better treated had you deserved it," answered Rudara, following a moment of silence on her part. "You stole away into my sanctum. Left a 'gift' for anyone to see, and..." her words hung in the air as she stepped closer to the offending artificer, the goddess leaning forward to match his gaze... "You had my eyes wrong." ...Did Rudara just, crack a joke? "As for your gift, or, what's left of it, I've done away with it. I don't appreciate certain perspectives you took on our first encounter." Rudara had conveniently placed herself where Mattol would be able to look where he had left is gift. ....it was not hanging there, and the stones it had secured itself to had a nice, ashy coating. {Rsponse Card - Outsourced Saboteurs } {let's just say we're dealing with the same unbreakable pane, even though it had hexproof last time.}"I must admit though, for an annoyance such as yourself, you have excellent craftmanship, if sloppy execution," Rudara continued aware of where she was standing. "However, I think you have some potential."
Wild Artistry: Taking a page from Madcap Experiment, without the obvious backlash, and that you basically get a choice of an artifact...okay this is more like a Progenitus Wave. Neat idea for an aritfact polymorph, it's probably fine. 10/10

There high towers and low buildings, rich and poor, strong and weak. To a casual observer, it contained many of the aspects, positive or negative, of a city. Karina, however, would likely notice more peculiar aspects than those mentioned before. Every so often she would see a violet banner, copper outline, or other depiction of a six armed figure, arms stretching out from itself to the world around it. When people look to these, or spoke of them, there was a mixture of reactions. Reverence, fear, disgust, but none could deny that these symbols meant something significant. A crier, speaking to an amassed crowd, spoke of the praise this symbol offered. Of a new deity, who had power and influence beyond the petty gods they had worshiped before. They spoke of miracles, of acts of generosity, kindness, and strength this god had done. Many names for this deity were spoken. Her Emminence, the Godhead, and more, some more fantastical than the last. Behind him was a burning brazier, unlit. Which many of the assembled crowd were eyeing, even as the crier spoke. "And now, people of Sanaerti! If you have heard these words I bring to you, and still question the power of our goddess, let her speak for herself!" The crier made a gesture, throwing his hands into the air, in a gesture similar to the one the symbol had made. The brazier erupted in flame, violet fire crackling tall above them, the crowd gasping at the display. Murmured voices began to speak, as something seemed to appear in the flame, amber orbs peering out from within... "The first flame is lit. The trials of Eternity begin."

As quickly as it had appeared, the figure disappeared, and the fire died to a more reasonable, orange flame. "She has spoken! Our time comes near! This city shall not just be her domain, but a stronghold against the ages! If you wish to feel her blessing, follow the path, and seek the other nine trials of Eternity!" The crier stopped for breath at this point, with many of the crowd looking towards each other. Before long, one or two left, speaking furiously on where they were headed, than, five, ten, fifteen, and soon a large portion of the crowd had set off. "Hello again Karina. Your arrival now is convenient." Behind Karina, the familiar voice of Rudara was heard. If she were to turn back, Karina would see the figure...but no one else would notice her." Venture Forth: Most cards like these only work for one turn, the turn you cast them. I like this one though, giving you a temporary hand of +4 until your next turn. A powerful upgrade to red, but definitely a neat take on impulsive draw. 10/10
