Looming ThreatConspiracy Each opponent's maximum hand size is reduced by one. "A spell gone wrong - horribly wrong. It will destroy everything in its path, including the corpse of its caster, who used his own life essence to complete its casting. I fear that there will not be enough people left to rebuild once the entire city is destroyed. I therefore seek that which can stop what has already begun. Failing that, I wish to find a way to return to my home in a time before the disaster, so that I may prevent it from occurring at all." She sighed. "The best I can do so far is delay that which has been initiated, but has not yet come to pass; I can do this reliably, but unfortunately it is too late to do the same for the spell that caused me to journey on my first planeswalk." Looming Threat: Messing with your opponent's maximum hand size in a noninteractable way is always tricky to judge. In an environment where this is the only way to do so, I don't think it would be a problem, but if there are any other ways to do so, it could quickly become too oppressive. 8/10.
