Oh, I ostracize this template error or whatever this is.
I gave him a loyality of 4 (and mana cost of 5) so that he cannot kill Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God right after being cast if both were cast on the same round (without mana accelaration) but so that Nicol Bolas has to use his -3 ability to kill his twin before he can get killed, barely surviving with 1 loyality counter, reflecting their power level which tips just a little bit towards Bolas' side.
