Rixos is taking inventory of what he owns, wherever he stores it. As he counts, he notices something new. Right next to where he's stocking his cigarettes and 'votka', there's... a rock? The rock is abnormally smooth. Like it was... processed before arriving here. He felt a minor compulsion to touch the rock.We enjoy what we are capable of. That soldier was a miserable experience.Ominous Stone Artifact - Clue , sacrifice ~: Draw a card. , sacrifice ~: Counter target spell. If he were to touch the rock, it would feel cold. And then, it would warm up the longer he pressed his hand against it. It seemed to be a rock. "This looks weird. Did that detective give it to me? I should go and see him." Rixos presses the stone and it starts warming up, until it almost burns his hand. He drops it, surprised. "Wait, no! I hope it's not broken." Quick Return Instant Return target artifact or creature from a gaveyard to the battlefield under its owner's control. If it would leave the battlefield, exile instead. So, Rixos wants to talk with Rolt, do I head to your BB or do we stay here? By the way, Rixos has a magic coat with lots of pockets so he has all his things stored there.

The little girl from before walks back up to Rixos a few days after the attack on 7CI. She seems a lot happier than before. She's wearing the headpiece she tried to sell him, but as a necklace. She's also carrying the soldier's spear. "Um, hi, mister merchant," she says a bit timidly. "I came to say I'm sorry for what happened with the fake money." She holds her hands and spear behind her back and looks down. "I don't think I have enough to pay you back, but maybe I can do something else to make up for it?" Make Amends Sorcery Each player may return an instant or sorcery card from their graveyard to their hand. Exile Make Amends. "Sorry I scammed your village. Here's some gold."

mrlozano As he drops the stone, it shatters. It releases a glow of pale blue light, before it sits as a smashed rock. The inside of it, however, seems to be a fine power - like it was a capsule of some sort. As it lays there, open, I walk up, looking at him with an eyebrow raised. "What're you up to, shopkeep?" I asked, looking at the pale blue powder. Looked like some sort of drug. I motioned to it with my elbow, hands in my pocket. "What you got there?"Framed Enchantment When ~ enters the battlefield, tap target creature. : Target creature doesn't untap during it's controller's next untap step. "I didn't do it I swear, I have a family, I--""Save it for the judge, pal." Quick Return: A bit literal for the name - not sure how I feel about semi-decent reanimation either. There comes the memory issue with the exile clause, and I don't think black really hits artifacts back, if at all? 6/10. Also, don't worry about it, Rolt's coming for you instead (P.S. I'd like to request a rating on my card. Looks like my typical guest system response - but it is not.)

Make Amends Sorcery Each player may return an instant or sorcery card from their graveyard to their hand. Exile Make Amends. "Sorry I scammed your village. Here's some gold." Rixos looks at the spear, wondering what could have happened to the soldier. Dead, he supposed. A shame, Rixos liked him. "Don't worry about the fake money, the 7CI took care of it." Rixos shows her some ravnican zibs. "But now that you are here... Do you want to buy or sell something? I have some pretty interesting things." Rixos starts searching through his pockets. She might be a little girl, but she surely has courage, thinks Rixos. He takes out of his pockets a gauntlet with six fingers, a set of keys that seem to change shape constantly and a flute made of diamond.
Three Offers
Instant Search your library for three cards with different names and reveal them. For each of those cards, put that card into your hand unless any opponent pays 3 life. Then put the rest into your graveyard. Shuffle your library afterwards. "One to protect, one to sneak and one to enchant."
Make Amends: Seems fine at one mana, even though red gets only sorcerys usually (I might be wrong here). 8/10

He takes the powder from the floor and offers it to you.
Innocent Shopkeeper Creature - Human Citizen Whenever an opponent casts a spell or activates an ability of a permanent they control untap ~. 2/3

Ominous Stone: I though I had judged this one. I like it, but the second ability seems like too strong (it would probably be better at ). Anyways good card. 8/10

mrlozano I give him a curious look. Awful convenient story for what that powder was. "I can tell from a mile away. That's pure Mirage right there." I said, looking at it. Just the fumes alone were starting to offend my nostrils - the smell of apple and cigarettes. "Some of the most dangerous drug back on Nore - my home plane." Mainly distributed by Haloster... was he somehow involved? "One snort of that and you'll be on a dangerous high for weeks, and there's a chance you end up sleeping with the fish afterwards." I walked up to him and got in his face best I could, staring at his eyes. Doorways to the soul. "Be honest with me, slick - you're not selling this stuff, are you?"Call to Aid: Browbeat, letting myself be the target if you don't pay the life. Pyromancer's Curse Enchantment - Curse Enchant player Whenever a source would deal damage to enchanted player, it deals twice that much damage instead. I want those cards, man. Innocent Shopkeeper: Seems fair enough. I bet it's begging to somehow be busted but I can't find it. Can't fault it, I'd say 3/3 but that could be kinda pushed for common? I dunno. Have a 10/10 on me.

The gauntlet belonged to a giant, but it adapts itself to the hands of the wielder." Rixos puts in the gauntlet and it shrinks to the size of his hand. The sixth fingers remains, nonetheles. "It allows you to tap into more mana lines than you normally could, but it leaves you exhausted after the use." Rixos shows you the keys a little bit closer. When you stare at them firmly thet stop shifting becoming all copies of the same. "This keys were sold to me by a guy who called himself 'the best thief of the Multiverse'. They open every door from the outside but they can't be used to open a door from the inside. That means that if you get trapped in a room they won't get you out." And Rixos goes to the flute, holding it carefully. "I've never played this one, but it doesn't make any sound. I was told that is you play it while looking right into the eyes of another person you can gain control of their body, but if you spend too many time inside you end losing yourself in their mind." Rixos looks at you, with his collection of strange items displayed. He likes you, you remind him of someone of his past left behind long ago. "So, do you want any of these? I can make you a friend price if you promise to sell me something that you adquire travelling the world(s)."
Live Fast, Die Young Enchantment When ~ enters the battlefield you gain 7 life and you draw two cards. When ~ leaves the battlefield you lose 7 life and you discard two cards. Something good, something bad. You measure the drawback.
Trial Run: This card seems okey as a hybrid of Flash and Sneak Attack, but it could probably be monored. 8/10
Side note: Gurf, I'll get to you later.

quick note, first two cards here aren't actually attacks, just a fun flavor thing c: As Rixos sees the girl scared about the flute he quickly takes it back. Then I slip the gauntlet over my right hand. It shrinks down even smaller, and somehow fits even with the extra finger. I try the same trick again. The mana seems to be everywhere now, and for a moment, the focus almost feels like a real spell. Maybe this is how you'll find them...Hyper Focus Instant Untap all permanents you control. Karina has exhausted 100 Valor and increased her converted mana cost to 8. "I'm also looking for one more thing, but I'm not really sure what," I admit. feel free to shoot her down if you don't want to deal with that :b The Iceborn's Gauntlet - at first i wasn't sure if the drawback was enough to offset that massive mana spike, and then i realized this curves you from 5 mana to 18 which... whew. Probably a bit ott i'm afraid. 7/10

mrlozano I looked him up and down. "...Alright. But if I find you selling any of this stuff, there'll be Hell to pay." I said, reaching out and shaking his hand. (Technically, because Fresh Meat counts tokens, this should work as intended.) Young Detective: Doesn't really feel because black doesn't usually touch artifacts too much, so this is a very specific effect vs a very specific deck. Also, the Clue sacrifice is objectively worse than the nonclue part, and I feel like it could be done without that Clue clause entirely. 6.5/10, practice what I preach, 7/10.

I'm not sure if that's even possible, I don't think the coat can be accessed without wearing it. It's VERY magical, you know?" Rixos opens the jacket, without taking it off, and lets you take a closer look at a myriad of pockets. "I know, the pockets seem small but they can keep pretty big things inside them. This thing doesn't follow the laws of physics, or any logic law." The pockets are indistinguishable from one another and you start feeling a little sick after staring at them for a long time, as if your brain couldn't process that the mere existance of the coat is possible. The Coat Legendary Artifact : Return target noncreature permanent from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control. , : Search your library for a noncreature permanent card, reveal it and put it into your graveyard. Bag of Mirage: I want to play this. I like that you can sacrifice the tokens for cards, but I'm concerned about the second ability being broken. You can sacrifice a token to create a copy of a creature with at least one +1/+1 counter, while also reatining the original. Anyways, pretty cool. 9/10

mrlozanoI look at the coat, listening to him speak. "One of these deep storage coats, huh? Fancy tech you got." Feeling the material of the coat. Hmm. There was that feeling - the dizziness from staring at it for too long. I looked away and coughed. "I see... so how did someone slip something into a magic coat?" I put my hand to my chin, thinking. Suddenly, I turn back to him. "Listen Slick, I've gotta make like a banana and split. I have an idea what could have happened but I don't want to jump to any conclusions. About limiting whit whom I deal, well, I mostly trade with anyone, but I've been specifically warned by an organization that operates here in the Arena to be very careful with some potential customers. No complaints at all. 10/10I nod as the merchant explains his reasoning, though my mind fixes on one particular thing he mentions. "I can understand being cautious, particularly if you have crossed paths with other Phyrexians before. However... you mentioned New Phyrexia. If you do, draw a card. "New Phyrexia is the only Phyrexia I've ever been on, and I don't intend to return anytime soon. The place is a metallic landscape with glistering oil flowing all across the plane. Everything there wants to kill you or compleat you." Rixos loos upside down at you. "Well, in your case they will only try to kill you. Anyways..." Rixos comes closer to you, and after ensuring no one is looking, he opens a pocket, revealing a jar with a black slimy thing inside. "I brought this from my trip to New Phyrexia. I guaranteed myself that it wouldn't spread any kind of plage after bringing it to a woman who could cure the phyrexian disease, phyresis, I think it's called. This guy allows me to keep track of some things if sold, among many other things." Rixos opens the jar and the ooze moves to the outside, acting as if it had eyes to look at its surroundings. Rixos puts it in agains and closes the jar. "Anyways, it's not for sale." He puts the jar in one of his many pockets. "So, what are you interested in buying?"
The Thing Legendary Creature - Ooze Mutant ~ enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it for each artifact on the battlefield you don't control and for each artifact in your opponent's graveyards. Whenever an artifact card is put into a graveyard from anywhere put a +1/+1 counter on ~. , : Destroy target artifact. 1/1
Incomplete Archive: Remids me of Mind's Eye, but it's less powerful, so I think that justifies the lower mana cost. I suppose it can be a tech piece for some specific metagames. Probably not limited playable, also. 7/10

The Thing is certainly potent. However, given that it's a card on its own, I would have it ETB with counters only for artifacts in opponent's graveyards. The fact that it can hate out artifacts in addition to getting stronger from them also makes me think it might need to cost a bit more. 7/10
I look at the... item that the merchant withdraws. Some form of bioweapon, perhaps. "I see," I say. "I am not familiar with such things, but I cannot claim to know what existed on all of the spheres - I thank you for your information. As for what I am looking to purchase, I am skilled with a wide variety of weaponry, though I primarily utilize blades."Recycler Servitor Artifact Creature - Construct Minion Indestructible Whenever another artifact you control would be put into a graveyard from play, you may pay . The second ability is fine, but I'm sure it could be just . 8/10 I've never been a fan of the Swords - they're ridiculously overpowered for the costs. (I've always felt that they should be to equip and to cast given how powerful they are.) Given that this follows the same pattern, I have to level the same criticism of it being overpowered. The abilities definitely fit, though. 9/10. (Would be 8/10, but I can't penalize you too much for following WotC's bad design choices. At least it doesn't have Annihilator...) Aside from my gripes about it being another OP sword, I have one other issue - you had the perfect opportunity to make 'Sword of Law and Order', and didn't take it. This saddens me.I examine the blade carefully, noting that it is very heavily imbued with magic. Considering for a moment, I nod and say, "Yes... this is an excellent weapon. What method of payment would you prefer? Coin, trade, or some combination? I can offer you a couple of semi-autonomous weapons to add to your stock, if you're interested."

Equip equipped creature Equip Wingglaive: Seems pretty decent, and this could definitely see print. It can maybe be uncommon? I'm not sure, but probably. 8/10 Swiftblade isn't bad. I like the idea of a reduced cost to equip something that's already equipped, but this isn't the card to give it to simply because it's approximately twice as powerful, minimum, if it's being attached to something that's already equipped. I would've used a clause to reduce the equip cost if the ability targets a creature that has no equipment attached in this case. The base equip cost should probably be dropped to as well, possibly even to . 7/10I examine the new blade, noting that it seems to resonate with my other weapons as soon as I take hold of it. Nodding, I draw out one of my other weapons - one of my less used tools, acquired in my travels yet not particularly suited to my own style of combat. "Another fine blade... for the moment I believe these two will be enough, though I may return to browse your wares further in the future."Sentry's Spear Artifact - Equipment Equipped creature gets +1/+2 and has vigilance. Equip Sentry's Spear's equip ability costs less to activate if it targets a creature with defender.
