Popcornia Price of Faith: For a second I thought white didn't really get these kinds of effects, but historically they've got a few. Still, it feels more blue than anything. But I am a sucker for that name with the flavor of the card being humility. Ah what the Hell, take a 9/10. Bell nods. Callie also nods, imitating him. He gives her a look, then back to the woman. "No offense taken." he says. Emotionless tyrant. Sounding all too familiar.Brush Off Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature If you control enchanted creature, it has hexproof. If you don't control enchanted creature, it has defender. "I'd like to meet this Godhead of yours." he says. "Even if takes a while to get to... Sanaerti, was it?"

gurfafflekins The mystic nodded, doing better to hold back a smile this time, but it was obvious they were pleased by their interest. "Sanaerti indeed. Please, let me help you before I send you on your way. My business here is unfinished as of yet." {Response Card - Journey to Anywhere} The mystic provided details for Bell to follow to Sanaerti. It would take him two or so weeks, by foot, to reach it. Brush Off: Weird card. Technically it's half an Alpha Authority and half a [/card]Pacifism[/card], one for whether you use it on your own stuff or not. Green has gotten negative aura's before, but they're sorta rare, but this does let you keep the creature so I guess it's fine. 8/10

Oh, it hurts. But not enough. His grip is ironclad, even as the claws sink into his flesh. As he prepares to leap, I toss him backwards - cats always land on their feet, right? As Bell takes a step forward and Doer possibly leaps or strikes, Michi may be dismayed as his model suddenly darts forward in between the two, letting out a sharp bark to get the attention she wanted.Draconian Intervention Sorcery You may cast ~ as though it had flash if you pay more to cast it. (You may cast it any time you could cast an instant.)~ deals 4 damage to target creature. If that creature is attacking or blocking, ~ deals 7 damage to that creature instead. It was pretty clear she wanted the two to stop fighting. He. Tossed. Me. Away. ME. I'm the meowking Doer, you meowstard! The greatest hunter of the Multverse! I could kill you and your dragon seven times before you can even think of fighting back. I cast my sword to my hand and turn it into my favorite shape. A katana. Perfect for a killing. The edge isn't dull anymore. And then the dragon comes in. And Michi after her. "Both, stop!"Battle's End Instant ~ costs less to cast if you control three or more attacking creatures. Destroy all creatures. They can’t be regenerated. And then, there was silence.I drop the sword. "Let's make a deal. I apologize for hurting you and we end as friends." I was the first who broke the rules after all.Draconian Intervention: I really like this one. 9/10

Popcornia Journey to Anywhere: Seems neat and political (EDH woohoo), but at the same time very situational. It does take out a blocker in the worse case scenario, and can punish negative etb effects for say a cheaper creature, but the fact they get so much control just allows it to be kinda pointless a lot of the time. 7/10. I also realize you can use it in more situations, what with making enchantments and equips fall off, and unyoinking. Still pretty situational though. 8/10. Bell nods. Fair enough. He listens to her instructions, and gives her thanks, before heading back towards their current home. After the trek there is complete, Bell sighs. He takes a look at the grass outside, and takes out a flask from his coat. Opening it, he dumps it onto the ground, water falling to the ground where he had planted a seed earlier. Cultivator of Gazhim Creature - Human When ~ enters the battlefield, create a 0/2 green Plant creature token with defender. 2/2 After 15 minutes of resting, Callie flies up to his shoulder. He gives her a questioning look and she nods. Bell is suddenly gone in a flash, and the peal of lightning approaches Sanaerti in 10 minutes. A few miles out from the town, he reappears at the end of the trail of lightning. It'd take him a while to walk the rest of the way, but better that then to cause a scene. --- If uninterrupted, he should arrive some time in the evening.

mrlozano Battle's End: This card is incredible. I love it. It can be your standard wipe, or fight back against a combat situation gone sour, like combat tricks/flash creatures. If Rout can be 7, then I think this can be 6 base. Even if it can't, I love it. 10/10. Bell looks at the cat and his dropped weapon. His dagger stays in his hand, but as the two interrupt them, he thinks for a moment. He kneels down to stick the dagger back in his boot. "Fair deal."Reuse Ooze Creature - Ooze , exile target card from a graveyard: You gain 1 life. , exile target creature card from a graveyard: Put a +1/+1 counter on ~. 2/2 Bell nods and stands back up. Callie seems appeased and smiles at the two cats.

gurfafflekins Bell's path to the city, was in fact, uninterrupted. His entrance into the city, however, was not. At a guard post at the perimeter, adorned with symbols similar to the one worn by the mystic at the village. He was in the right place. He was stopped quickly however at the perimeter of the city. It seemed they were on alert. {Response Card - Vigilant Checkpoint} "Your business, traveler?" Cultivator of Gazhim: Decent. Nothing really wrong here, besides the plant token, which is usually a 0/1. 7/10

Popcornia Vigilant Checkpoint: Ascend makes me nervous as a mechanic sometimes, especially on lands. Just because lands tend to stick around, so basically it's "when do I get 10 permanents?". I think I'd like a little in here somewhere, maybe on the activation, a la Fog. Probably fine as is though. 8.5/10 --> 9/10. (@ pacificawestwoman, I don't know if you're meant to be interacting with this part so I'll treat it as though it's separate for the moment. Even so, he's a bit busy with the guards, so I'll treat it as though it's a few minutes in the future here. Response'll be coming here shortly.) Bell looks at the guards. Callie stays on his shoulder, watching them with curiosity. "I wish to speak to this Godhead of yours." he says calmly. Though they seemed to be under duress of some sort. No matter. He had a city to scout out and a tyrant-in-waiting to interrogate.Unflinching Warrior Creature - Human Warrior Haste Whenever ~ attacks, you may exile the top card of your library until end of turn. gurfafflekins The guards looked him over, speaking among themselves for a moment, then nodded. "Very well, step on through." That was easier than it felt like it was supposed to be. Bell was, without much trouble, permitted to enter the city, soon stepping onto a road that delved further into the massive city. It seemed he had a lot of walking to do. {Response Card - Open the Streets} Unflinching Warrior: I'm reminded of Countryside Crusher for some reason. Anywho, the "until end of turn" clause is confusing, and the deal is impulsive draw for red always exiles the card. Otherwise, maybe it's fine? I'd make it "Attacks and isn't blocked" personally. 6/10

pacifistwestwoman Shifty Rogue: Not sure why it needs the -1/-1 counter on a creature you control. Feels weird, would be fine as a vanilla 3/3. Maybe in some set where you use -1/-1 counters or something like Flourishing Defenses? 7/10. Because it's alright at common but sorta not good as a card. cajun Bell walks past the woman and only gives her a quick "No." in response. Then the wind blows by, and he stops in his tracks. Smells of... deceit and that bizarre smell he's smelled before. He looks around and sees no trace of the icy woman. He turns back to the woman in leather armor. "Why do you ask?" he demands, stepping towards her, clearly not amused with whatever is happening.Energy Refashioner Creature - Human Druid When ~ enters the battlefield, you may remove any number of -1/-1 counters from any number of target creatures. Popcornia Open the Streets: Gonna have to disagree on this existing. You can say stuff like Tormented Soul or Bloodsoaked Champion exist but those are creatures you control. As is, this is basically making your opponents unable to block for , which is incredibly powerful for ending the game and is more of a or potentially effect, being more "creature's can't be blocked" but these are very similar, and should not cost 1 mana, especially in a limited environment where every point matters. 3/10. ...That was too easy. He put his hand up to make sure Callie didn't fly off, gently stroking her back as she lay on his shoulder. She looked disappointed, but stayed on her ride. He walked through the city, then sighed. Of course he hadn't asked where to find the damn woman. He attempted to stop a random character on the street. "Excuse me. Do you happen to know where I can find this Godhead?" korakhos Pacific Resolution: Norin flavor text, blue card, 0/10 Fogbank the enchantment but any creature in the game becomes a Fogbank. I love it, though it's a little weird it's not an aura. Gets around hexproof/shroud/protection (I think) though. 9/10. Bell continued to walk away. As he did, Callie hopped off his shoulder and looked at the birdman sadly. She just wanted to be friends.Youthful Quirks Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature Whenever enchanted creature is blocked by a creature, ~ deals 1 damage to that creature. "The sparkling eyes of youth fail to understand the discrimination of adults. It is taught, not natural." - Zheysia, Loremaster

cajun This is a fun card. I was thinking of BG in Amonkhet when I made the card, but outside of that set, putting a -1/-1 counter on every creature is brutal, but in a good way. 7/10 gurfafflekins (Honestly, I'm new to this, so I'm a bit confused on how participating in other battle boards works. Are we the same character we are on our board? or are we misc NPCs?) The woman (or man, if I'm supposed to be the same character...) gets up from leaning on the wall, and looks around, before returning their gaze onto Bell. "...did that wind just now feel weird? Anyway, I haven't seen you around here before. You looking for someone?"Your card was fun too. Nice balance of power, since it depends on there being -1/-1 counters. 9/10. (Also I don't know how to mark things as spoilers so that these card images don't take up as much space)

gurfafflekins The streets, for some inexorable reason, seem to be busy even at this time of the evening. Bell's movement is limited as a throng of individuals, all of whom seems to be going in different directions seem to push him back. Eventually, he finds his way to the side of the tide of people, and finds someone to speak to. "The Godhead lives at the top of the city," the woman spoke, pointing a structure that was situated, where else, at the peak of the city. "I do not believe she will see you at this time of night. Callie seems appeased and smiles at the two cats. (Michi, relieved) I approach the man. "Let meow heal your wound." I touch his arm gently with my paw and the wound closes. It wasn't that deep, Doer was playing, after all. Then, I turn to Callie and I show her the drawing. pacifistwestwoman (More below the card that's not in-game) Back to Basics: Card name's taken unfortunately ( Back to Basics), but other than that, this feels like a heavy bend if not a break. Usually black is the color that's allowed to remove counters, especially en masse like this. But it's been done before apparently, in Medicine Runner. Seems pretty powerful for just 3 mana though. Something in me wants to say it'd be fine though. 7/10. cajun kinda The man did not look kindly at who he was talking to. The smell, the wind... it was gone. Good riddance to that at least. Fearsome Interrogator Creature - Human Warrior ~ enters the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it. , remove a counter from a nonland permanent you control: You draw a card and lose 2 life. (at least I think - the top of the boards page has a formatting thread pinned you can check out too.) Characters - Our characters are our embodiment of our points/abilities. So yeah, you should bring them everywhere! This has been avoided before (see cajun/cyberchronometer a while back or neottolemo now), but typically it's supposed to be one character (or a pair, like Bell and Callie here). Popcornia Overcrowded Streets: Comparing this to Languish, this feels pretty good. The attacking restriction lowers it's "better-than" value, even though white usually punishes attackers but I can see it in black too. Cycling feels a bit weird, but maybe that's just because cycling always feels weird to me at least. I could see this being printed somewhere, maybe at , especially at . 9/10. The man nods his thanks to the woman, before beginning to push his way through the many people on the streets. Callie's claws dug into his shoulder to prevent her from falling off, and he grumbled to himself the whole way, but never wavering - he remained steadfast in his path and did not push nor allow himself to be pushed easily. He made his way toward the Godhead's structure. Of course the blasted woman had her own damn tower. After pushing his way through the streets, he began to near the entrance.Brute Force Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets +2/+2. Whenever ~ would be put into the graveyard from the battlefield, you may pay . If you do, return it to your hand instead. Fleur The Binding of Srethi: Seems cool. Feels a little more black than green though. 9/10. Bell reads the story. The book almost smells of... desperation. The story effectively is telling him the story of what happened to this book, and that an entity is trapped inside it. At least, that's how he views it. As the pages turn, he turns and looks back to Callie, now moving to rest, holding the mirror underneath her head as a pillow. He quietly shuts the door behind him and stays outside. A tyrant, huh? Doesn't sound half bad. In fact, that's probably what's trapped in this thing. Still, curiosity gets the best of the man, and he turns the page.Reckless Curiosity Sorcery Exile the top card of your library, then ~ deals damage to target creature equal to the converted mana cost of that card. You may play that card until end of turn. Curiosity can kill a lot more than a cat.Hopefully we're ready to kill whatever pops out of the damn thing The page is turned and a few sentinels pop out, wielding large oversized maces - definitely not knives you can stab people or dragons with. Are those the wards that protect the book, manifestations of the thing, or just fickle illusions? The page goes into explicit detail about how if illusory guardians pop out of a book, as tempting as it may be, you should - the text is in bloody red bold - NEVER - use a disenchantment spell, as doing so may have unintended consequences. The book could be lying, but why would it?
Reckless Curiosity: A bit too swingy for me - I'd allow this to either hit players or scry in advance or maybe exile top two then deal damage equal to the greatest CMC among cards exiled this way. Mostly because impulse effects that cost that much are awk IMO. 7/10
Mysterious Sentinel Dispatch Enchantment When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, create three 2/2 green Spirit Knight creature tokens and exile the top three cards of your library. Whenever a Spirit Knight you control dies, you may reveal a card exiled with CARDNAME. If it's a permanent card, put it in your hand. Otherwise, you gain 3 life.

pacifistwestwoman Delete Thought: At first, I didn't like this card - I thought it was worse Mana Leak. Then I reread it and how it worked a couple times, and have decided I like it a lot. Not 100% sure it needs to be but also feels kinda low costing. Self mill is a little weird (plus blood magic is usually your life total, hence blood), but I think the card is solid mechanically. 10/10. Bell continues to maintain eye contact. Words lie. The smell tells the truth. He seemed to be telling mostly the truth from that - heart rate mostly normal, no particular magic coming from his tongue. He remains looking doubtful, and briefly thinks on his account. Stay away and keep magic away... that's what he said to the false woman. How could this man have heard him? He could not have, but... this man did vaguely smell of it. Damn it, Callie! Getting us into these situations every time! While thinking about all this, Bell remained neutral on the outside. "Bell." he says, hesitantly accepting the man's hand. A moment of silence. "What ice sculpture was this? Where is it?" he asks. His tone isn't any more trusting, but it seems he wants to rip your head off slightly less now.Bell, Clear of Mind Legendary Creature - Human Warrior Prowess (Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)You may exert Bell, Clear of Mind when it attacks. Fleur Mysterious Sentinel Dispatch: Very weird enchantment. I kinda like it though. 9/10. Bell drops the book and stands back, sword at the ready in a flash as the sentinels appear, standing in the doorway. He glances around and takes the time to look at the book - never use disenchantment spells - before keeping his eyes on the sentinels. "I understand the pain of imprisonment. But whatever you're doing is not helping your case." he says sternly, and at this point Callie is starting to get curious from inside. "Stay. Back." he says to everyone on either side of him.Spellblade Artifact - Equipment : Equipped creature gains trample until end of turn. : Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player this turn, destroy target artifact or enchantment that player controls. gurfafflekinsThe godhead, at least to Bell, would seem to have chosen a location appropriate to their supposed tyranny. Situated far above the rest of the city, it was impossible not to see the Godhead's residence of choice. Her imagery was hung from almost every possible corner, and Bell would notice more than one guard, seen or unseen to the masses, that was keeping their eyes on him. He was not stopped in his journey however, and managed to walk directly to the staircase prior to the main entrance. His only obstacle now, it seemed... was the sphinx that was staring him down from in front of the door. Brute Force: Neat. Seems fine. 8/10

You may look at it and may turn it face up to set it in motion at any time.)When you set this scheme in motion, for each opponent, when the next creature enters the battlefield under their control this turn, create a token that's a copy of that creature, except the copy has " , : Destroy target creature with the same name as this creature." (if unclear, the next creature each player drops gets an Evil Twin. Only triggers the once for each player.) Also this'll be the last one I meddle with here. Though I'll be having words with Xander once he's free
