The Myriad Planes
There are an infinite number of planes in the multiverse, many of which are prime material planes. There are also subplanes that exist within the smallest pockets of the multiverse. Some of which even I have yet to discover. In my travels I have discovered the following worlds: Abyss, Acheron, Alara, Alkabah, Amonkhet, Antausia, Aranog, Aranzhur, Arboria, Arcadia, Arkhos, Athas, Azgol, Azoria, Baator, Beastlands, Belenon, Bytopia, Cabralin, Carceri, Celestia, Cridhe, Diraden, Dominaria, Eberron, Echoir, Equilor, Erex, Ergamon, Eldraine, Elysium, Ezanavi, Fabacin, Fiora, Gargantikar, Gastal, Gehenna, Gobakhan, Hades, Hyarok, Ikoria, Ilcae, Innistrad, Ir, Iquatana, Ixalan, Kaladesh, Kaldheim, Kamigawa, Karsus, Kephalai, Kinshala, Kolbahan, Kyneth, Limbo, Lorwyn, Luvion, Mechanus, Mercadia, Mirrodin, Moag, Mongseng, Muraganda, New Phyrexia, Outlands, Pandemonium, Parnash, Phyrexia, Pyrulia, Rabiah, Rath, Ravnica, Regatha, Segovia, Shandalar, Shadowmoor, Siral, Skalla, Tarkir(DTK), Tarkir(KTK), Tavelia, Theros, Tolvada,
Valla, Vatraquaz, Wildfire, Xerex, Ysgard, Zendikar.
Theory of Divergent Realities
I have been wandering realities for so long , that I sometimes forget which plane I'm on. Some planes are very similar to one another, while others are incomparable to one another. I first discovered the divergent theory of realities on the plane of Equilor. The githzerai of that world had been studying the nether void for aeons. They were able to witness something that no mortal creature should ever be able to see. They saw the seperation of a plane, and the beginning of a new universe, if you could call it that. Because of this phenomena, It is theorized by many scholars that each plane can trace its history back to one original reality, the first plane.
Means of Planar Travel
As we all know, the planeswalker spark, is the most common and effective way for an individual to repeatedly transport themselves from one plane to another. However some planes are in what I call a planar cluster. Well known clusters include, the shard of the twelve worlds, the Rabiah cluster, the seven planes of parnash, and the shards of alara. Different clusters may allow those without the planeswalker spark move between if a portal to one of these planes exists within the same planar cluster. Note that this does not occur on planes effected by the mending.
