LIMIT #97: Tarot: Your card name must be a the name of a tarot card, or have the name of tarot card in it, you can skip "the". (And maybe don't do Wheel of Fortune since that already exists.) ex. As an aside, please don't let this contest go so long that you don't judge the cards; Getting the feedback of why a card did or did not work is part of the fun and this was the fourth contest in a row where there was no judging, just "This guy wins" with no reasons for or against them.
As for my entry:

ameisenmeister: The When should be an As, else Hopeshek will die before he gets the counters. (Like on Hooded Hydra.) I think the  contains one face down too much. Also the ability has no relation to the X?
