The winner's card will be rendered and featured on the Welcome page, and the winner decides the challenge for the next week's Contest! Here we go, competitors: our five-hundred and six and a halfth challenge!

Around a year ago, I had a random pun shower thought and made a bit of a quick card. Funnily I originally thought to put it in one of these contests but I had a different entry in mind by the time. Now I get to finish that card and apply it.  |

What would prevent the player completely scattering their opponent's deck all over the room? (claiming "all i did was knock it over like the card said") |

Counter target spell unless its controller pays . If that spell is blue, red, or green, counter it instead.
Also Endorse is missing an S in "costs less to cast" to get really nitpicky  |
