I made the Ravnica Citadel Showcase frame.
To use it, you will need the very latest version of MSE, otherwise it will pester you about card stamps. The best way to update is to go to the following link, download the Lite pack, unzip it into your MSE folder, allow overwrite, then reload MSE: magicseteditor.boards.net/page/downloadsYou can get the template at the normal MSE resolution of 375x523, or the WotC image gallery resolution of 646x902, which will look better, but will not align with the other cards in your set if you export them as a PNG. It will have the correct size if you export as a PDF though. If the card is too big to edit in the editor, you can change the zoom value by going in the edit menu > preferences > display tab. MSE Resolution (375x523)
WotC Gallery Resolution (646x902)

Thank you for your work on all these showcase frames you've just dropped! They look great and I was hoping to play around with them a bunch, but unfortunately I'm running into some strangeness with the card stamp on all of them that prevents me using dropdowns. I'm using the latest Mainframe, so I'm not sure what's making this error happen.

Download the Lite pack from here and unzip it into your MSE folder, allowing overwrite, then reload MSE:
I'll add this to the OP.

Welp, looks like I wasn't quite as up-to-date as I thought. Thank you very much, I'm able to use all of them without any issues now!

For one of my sets, I've made a custom symbol and in another, custom watermarks. Will override erase those?

For the set symbol, no it will not overwrite it.
For the watermarks, it shouldn't, if these watermarks are new files you created with unique names. Just to be sure, you can copy the watermark image files on your desktop, then update MSE, then move the copies back into "magic-watermarks.mse-include", or whichever folder they were in.

Oh I didn't mean a custom set symbol, I meant a mana symbol. My question was mostly because as part of the process of making those watermarks and mana symbol available, I had to put them in certain folders within the data folder.

Ok so the answer is the same for mana symbols and watermarks.
If you made these by modifying an existing file, without changing the name of the file, but just the contents, then updating will revert those files to their original state. (Like for example, if you changed the mana_w.png file to be a different symbol.)
But if you made entirely new files, with new unique names, then overwriting will not touch these files.
In any case, to be sure, you can make a temporary copy of your custom files on the desktop, update MSE, then re-paste the copy back in the data folder.
