...Deposited in the middle of a desert, unaware of her spark, she now searches for a way home, trying very hard not to think about how her midterms are in a month's time. Through the warm haze of the desert sun, Yuuki sees a young woman more appropriately dressed for the environment: A light, green cloak covers most of her body, and she wears a wooden mask, painted in vibrant colors to depict a sunrise. About 20 yards away, she calls out to the student, "Hello! Is everything alright? You don't exactly look like you know where you're going. If that's on purpose, though, I'll leave it alone."Gift of Navigation Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature Enchanted creature can't be blocked. "I've been wandering for hours and all I see is sand, sand and more sand!" She wipes the tears from her eyes, her frame brimming with renewed hope. "Where am I? Where is this? Where's the nearest train station? Could you please tell me?" Gift of Navigation: 9/10. Curiosity stapled to evasion is great! Might be a bit too strong given how splashable it is, though. I would adore having this in my Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief deck lol Earnest Plea EnchantmentWhenever a creature attacks you, that creature's controller may have you draw a card. If they do not, untap that creature and remove it from combat.

Earnest Plea EnchantmentWhenever a creature attacks you, that creature's controller may have you draw a card. If they do not, untap that creature and remove it from combat. Earnest Plea: 7/10. I like that it lets people attack you for their attack triggers and then remove the creatures from combat, but in most cases this is a way more oppressive version of Ever-Watching Threshhold, which only does that once per combat, not once per creature.
The woman is surprised at the barrage of questions, but does her best to answer them. "Whoa, hey, deep breaths." A new one, huh? Guess I was like this at one point, too."Well, good news and bad news: Bad news is, whatever world you came from, you're not there anymore. Good news is I think you're a planeswalker, so you should be able to come and go as you please. As for the actual questions... this world is The Arena. Planeswalkers come from all over, and it's usually only a matter of time before a fight breaks out. Bunch of 'em were fighting over some magic sword just the other day. As for this particular desert, I don't know if it has a name, I'm just out on a walk. I think we're pretty far west compared to everyone else who's set up here. And as for rail stations, I've only ever seen them on one plane, and that one built all their buildings out of metal and glass, and The Arena's are mostly wood and stone, so you might be out of luck there."She paused for a moment to gauge the emotional roller coaster she must be taking Yuuki on. "Oh, but where are my manners- I'm Tokata! I imagine the 'being sparked away from your home plane' thing might be a lot to take in, we could go to my tent for tea, if that would help?"Silent War Enchantment Creatures attacking does not cause abilities to trigger. , Sacrifice ~: Create two 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens.

I like the stax effect a lot, we don't have nearly enough things that interfere with attack triggers. However, the activated ability, while flavorful, doesn't really seem to mesh with the rest of the card. Momentary Calm EnchantmentWhenever a creature attacks, sacrifice Momentary Calm. At the beginning of your upkeep, each player draws a card and gains 1 life.

Tall rectangular beehives of stone were buried in the sand like potted plants tilted by a particularly windy day. Some of the beehives had large metallic inscriptions in front, ones Soumaw couldn't read, with cut thick black threads hanging out from them. Now, Soumaw was a large creature, larger than the vast majority It had come across on Its travels, but It had no illusions about counted among predators who could throw their size around. From giants on Theros, to many kinds of enormous beasts and even the very djinn that created Soumaw, there were all sorts of truly towering beings in the multiverse. For such heights to be achieved by what appeared to be almost slabs of stone, that was actually a rarer sight. Perhaps the place It sought was a place with structures much like these... or greater still.
Glass cracked as Soumaw stepped into a platform of black stone in the middle of the arrangement. There wasn't so much as a critter in sight, but the Arena was the kind of place where anyone and anything could show up unexpectedly. Since Soumaw had arrived at a location such as this one, however, It might as well see what it might have to offer Soumaw. The planeswalker approached the putrid smell coming from a round lid on a corner of the platform, and after removing it found a river of sludge on some manner of stone tunnel underneath. The way it covered the walls and the slight amount of remaining moisture suggested water once flowed inside, but nearly all of it dried out, leaving only the waste it carried.
In short, an excellent source for black mana.
Soumaw reached out towards the sludge remains with one hand, and placed the other on the platform floor. As a black ooze began to form, Soumaw injected a decayed soul into it, helping the new creature take form quicker and listen to commands better. Words were unnecessary for Soumaw's creations though, and immediately the creature headed inside one of the buildings to investigate.

Feel free to treat this as an attack or gift at your leisure.

Feel free to treat this as an attack or gift at your leisure. Yuuki walked along the strange ruins that had appeared, talking to herself as she went. "Right, so that's the 119 over there, which would make this... wait, isn't that the Shinbashi heli? What's with this place?" The whole thing was so very like her home, except... not. Strange landmarks appeared side by side, when they should have been separated by concrete and glass. What was this place? "Hm, well, in any case, better start looking for that flower." That was, after all, why she was in this ruin - searching for the Purple Glass Flower the village girl had told her about. She hoped she was wrong, but that sounded an awful lot like a Denirazer Core. If so, it was her sworn duty as Kagaribi Red to eliminate it before it could hurt anyone. As Yuuki turned the corner and entered the building, she felt a chill up her neck. Holding her breath, she pressed herself close to the wall, pulling out a pocket compact to look around the edge of the wall. Reflected in the small mirror, she saw a strange, dark... thing. Slowly, carefully, quietly, she moved her free hand toward her right shoulder. Fissal Scout: 10/10. Taking this as an attack. No complaints here - the pump ability is on-color, the mana and P/T are pretty standard. The cast from graveyard ability is quite interesting, and the condition is flavorful

Watchful Hero " style="max-width:100%;"] Creature Whenever a creature enters the battlefield from anywhere other than its owner's hand, you may have ~ fight that creature. 3/1 While this is a simple design, it's also a very nice card with a surprising degree of complexity in terms of deciding when or even if to have it fight. It's fairly stated and the effect is balanced by the fact it will most likely die the first time it actually tries to fight something. It's also perfectly stated as a response to the Fissal Scout's stats. All in an excellent design deserving of a 10/10. Edit: I feel it would be mean to deduct a point after I already said you got the 10 so I'm not changing it this time, but it's still important I think to mention you forgot to give the creature a type.
The inside of the hive was heavily decorated. Soumaw made Its way into a floor that had been verified as safe by Its summon, more glass shattering as he moved through it, causing little cuts of smoke that soon closed up. There were shelves upon shelves of trinkets and toys and other small things beings like humans often had, though it was the first time Soumaw saw a singular place with so much of it, aside from places of offering. It grabbed some, they seemed miniscule, two or three fitting well within Its palm. It let them sink inside and fall to the floor. They were curiosities perhaps others would be able to infer something about this place with, but they were far too mundane to be useful to It.
Soumaw tilted Its head and raised it a bit. There a tiny tingle of pain just then, one Soumaw felt through its connection to the elemental. Something had disturbed it, and whatever it was was a mere couple floors above It.
(...)
The scout prowled about, touching, prodding, gazing, smelling... All as much as a creature of its kind could. Unlike its creator, the elemental lacked the ability to feel souls, and even Soumaw needed to actively attempt to do so to search. To find any danger - alive or otherwise - the scout was reliant on its own senses, and beyond that merely had to try to trigger any kind of trap that might be around. So far, nothing but a deserted and mysterious structure. As it got closer to a window on a floor with a number of columns, however, the sun shone past a cloud, its rays happening to peek just right for the mirror on Yuuki's hand to reflect it, stinging the elemental's eye.
The creature pulled back with a faint screech. Though it was more annoying than painful, the sudden light did not appear to have a source, when it looked back. Whatever had caused it had moved.
Which probably meant, in this stale dusty place, that whatever was the source... it was alive .
With a pair of long blades forming out of the top of its arms, removing some mass from the torso as if exposing a nonexistent skeleton, the creature approached slowly and carefully the column that seemed closest to the place the reflection might have come from.

Yuuki's eyes seem to form spirals as she processes the new information. "Huh? What? Arena? Plane? Sparked? What's a 'planeswalker'? Or a 'spark'? Huhhhh???" As the woman introduces herself, Yuuki starts, realising she's forgotten her manners. She hurriedly tilts her body into a 45 degree bow. "Oh! I'm sorry! I'm Yuuki, Hinoka Yuuki! Nice to meet you... Momentary Calm EnchantmentWhenever a creature attacks, sacrifice Momentary Calm. At the beginning of your upkeep, each player draws a card and gains 1 life. Momentary Calm: 9/10. It's a very interesting card. I think in a lot of cases, opponents would just attack through it, but this makes it a tougher choice. "Nice to meet you too, Yuuki! Here, the tent isn't that far." Tokata begins walking over a dune, at the top of which one can see a large red yurt about an hour's walk away. "There are a ton of worlds all over the place called planes. This one is called The Arena. Planeswalkers - that's us - can "walk" between the "planes." Most people can't, which is unfortunate for them. We've all got a 'spark' that makes us planeswalkers, but when that spark wakes up, it's usually in a life or death scenario and so it takes us somewhere it thinks we need to be. If you ended up alone in a desert, it sounds like your spark thought you needed some space and somewhere warm.
So what's your home plane like?"Form of Wisdom Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature You have no maximum hand size. When ~ ETB, draw a card. Enchanted creature gets +X/+X, where X is the number of cards in your hand. Bind (You may cast this spell for its bind cost. I checked and if you don't include the Bind reminder text, this is not necessarily an obnoxious number of words to put on one card.

Attack: Seeing that the creature had noticed her presence, Yuuki decided to forgo her attempts at subtlety and quickly spun the dial embedded into her right shoulder. With a whir and a click, it began unfolding itself, plate by plate, rapidly encasing her body in a suit of bright red battle armor. The plates shifted and slid over one another, covering her body and head in a hard, metallic carapace. With a final whir, the helmet formed itself over her head, the visor sliding into place and locking shut. Unbidden, Yuuki found herself shouting the now-familar words. "Burning with the fires of justice! Defender of Peace, Kagaribi Red!" Drawing back both her fists, she loosed a powerful double punch on the concrete next to her, blasting it apart and sending chunks of it flying at the strange monster. Misfortunate Happenstance - 5/10. While I appreciate the attempt to put a spin on counterspells and I think the flavour of providing Clues is nice, the the fact that the choice is fundamentally "let the spell be countered or pay 3 and give your opponent 2 clues" is a bit too much asymmetrical value imo Twinfist Demolisher Creature ー Human Hero When this creature enters the battlefield, destroy up to 2 target artifacts that share the same name. 2/1

Twinfist Demolisher Creature ー Human Hero When this creature enters the battlefield, destroy up to 2 target artifacts that share the same name. 2/1 Looking at cards that destroy an artifact there's a lot of range, with Ingot Vandals on the other you have a Deface. Creates that destroy artifact seem to come with pretty standard stats for the mana value, which this card seems to, and making it two colored mana seems like a relatively fair trade for blowing up a second artifact in a relatively specific situation and with narrowed targets if you want to do two. Most commonly this will indeed probably be targeting something like food, treasures, clues or blood, making it quite a fitting response to my card as well. At the cost of maybe seeming a little too generous, I do genuinely think this is another 10/10 design.
The broken soul inside the elemental felt an almost irrisistable compulsion to wait while the armor equipped itself onto the girl. It screeched again in response to her words, preparing its blades for an attack. It lunged forward, letting the chunks of concrete smash into its body, taking a chunk of black goo with them, including part of the blade. It pulled yet more of itself to reform it, even thinner, even more skeletal looking. If one were to squint, however, they would see spots of a faint purple glow, energy gathering that regenerated the lost parts.

Changed Perspective: 9/10. I have wanted an Ozolith that doesn't require killing the creature with counters on it since they printed the ozolith. Tokata stifles a laugh at Yuuki's explanations. "Sounds like some funny enchanted armor, then.""Well, there's a little more to it than that. I don't use a staff, and I don't make any beams. I mostly do enchantments: taking non-magical stuff and making it do magical things, mostly these masks. Though I guess I could enchant a staff to fire off beams. And I think my spirit-binding would count as hieromancy, but for the most part it's just that I can talk to spirits and we help each other out."As the pair approaches the tent, Yuuki can see a fire pit seemingly being managed by what appears to be an eight-foot red cloud of fog wearing a large wooden mask, carved and painted in the likeness of a crowd of foxes. If one were to squint, however, they would see spots of a faint purple glow, energy gathering that regenerated the lost parts.Attack: Kagaribi Red rained blow after blow upon the creature's form, but no matter how much damage she did, it kept regenerating. Frustrated, she let slip an uncharacteristic complaint. "Oh, come on, you've got to have some central core or something somewhere!" Landing a few more blows, she growled in annoyance. " Fine! If you want to play that way, I'll just have to blow you away all at once!" Kagaribi Red shifts stance, discarding her light, agile stance for one that is more centered, more stable. She draws back a single fist, keeping an open hand in front of her to guide her blow. Beneath her mask, Yuuki's lips pull up in the ferocious smile of a mad beast. She lies in wait, waiting for the right moment, waiting for the creature to close the distance... now.
『KAGARIBI STRIKE!!』(A Heart of Justice Knows No Equal)
Launching a blow with all her strength, Kagaribi Red strikes the creature with a punch that surpasses all her previous attacks in force by several orders of magnitude. Gathered form: 8/10. Conceptually I really like the idea of a protective aura that makes a creature grow weaker when taking damage. However, I have to deduct points for the odd wording, especially when -1/-0 counters already exist. Strongfist Striker Creature ー Human Hero

Strongfist Striker Creature ー Human Hero
When ~ enters the battlefield, exile target creature with power less than or equal to ~'s power 1/3 Can't really feel much of red on this card if I'm being honest, though it works well for white. My first thoughts is that this should probably exile the thing until it leaves the battlefield, but at 1 power it is conditional enough for white to let it get rid of something proper. Cost, power and toughness feel fair, good response to my card, only issue is the lack of red's presence. Rating: 9/10
Each strike from those rocks knocked off a part of the creature, but in ruins such as these there was energy to spare. Then its foe stopped. The creature was not aware of why, but it presented an opportunity to strike, and it would take it. Yet, just as it rushed in swinging dark blades, the girl shouted those words again. With the blast of force so close by, every piece of the scout dispersed into the air, its screeches shifting for a fraction of a moment into a regular scream once the broken soul was freed. There was nothing but small bits of smokes fumigating briefly in the spots the creature had been.
Then, perhaps as relaxation and relief from ending the battle might have come to Yuuki, two large clawed arms seeming made entirely from a black mist emerged from behind her, seemingly intent on grabbing her face and body.

"Oh, there's one of them now!" Pyromantic Form Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature If ~'s Bind cost was paid, put a +1/+1 counter on enchanted creature. Whenever a source you control deals noncombat damage to an opponent, enchanted creature gets +2/+1 until end of turn. Bind (You may cast this spell for its Bind cost. If you do, create a colorless 0/0 Mask artifact creature token, then attach this to it.) "Ooh, enchantments? You mean like making a spear always strike at the heart of the target or something? That's so cool! Could you maybe make this-" Yuuki's attempt to request an armor-piercing enchantment on her nail file dies on her lips as she sees the spirit-fox-thing. "Oh wow, it's so CUTE!" She launches herself at it to attempt to cuddle it. Pyromantic Form: 9/10. Mechanically I like the card - very strong under the right circumstances, and Bind is an interesting mechanic, but docking a point for flavour - typically I'd expect a card with this name to give the enchanted creature a way to deal noncombat damage on its own, rather than just caring about noncombat damage from other sources. Defender of the Adorable Human Schoolgirl Flash When ~ enters the battlefield, if ~'s power is the greatest power among creatures you control, prevent all noncombat damage that would be dealt to you and other permanents you control this turn. 1/3

Kagaribi Red dusted off her hands, feeling contentment over finally getting rid of the stupid thing. Naturally, as a heroine of justice, she did not let down her guard. She wouldn't be like those heroines on TV, who let down their guard after an easy victory, only to be attacked by opponents from behind. Not her! Well, except maybe for that one time with the shadow monster. And that other time with the butterfly. And that other other time with the evil Kagaribi, and... Regardless, while Yuuki was having this internal monologue, she was absolutely caught by surprise by the formless hands that suddenly grabbed her shoulder and mouth. "Mph, MPHPHPH!" ( "Oh come on, not again!") Slightly annoyed, Yuuki tapped her foot against the floor. Responding to her summons, a current of power ran through her armor, causing a surge of energy that repelled the attacking hands. With an agile backflip, she created distance from the attacker and scanned her surroundings, alert. Lurk Behind: 9/10. A fairly costed combat trick, with modes that are on-colour and an interesting drawback. However, docking a point because the wording on the first strike fight mode feels a little odd. Blast Shielder Creature ー Human Hero As ~ enters the battlefield, choose a color.
: The next time a source of the chosen color would do damage to you or to a permanent you control, prevent that damage. If damage is prevented this way, create a white VFX token. (It's a white enchantment token with "sacrifice this enchantment: until the end of turn, whenever any creature would deal combat damage, it deals that much damage plus one instead.")

1/1 A pretty good response for a card that was admittedly probably hard to respond to on account of a choose one with two very different options. I also like that it gives you a little damage boost post-prevention through the token, and it doesn't feel off-color because it's done through a token mechanic, which is often allowed to be more cross-colors. On the other hand, this much repeatable damage prevention on a card that isn't color locked seems quite much, and if in part I can see where there could be some fun strategy to it, I can also see how it could lock a game and turn it boring. There might be some card out there that has something with those characteristics, and maybe at one point it was even in standard and not being anything like what I'm picturing, but in my view it seems such a card would, if playable, be fundamentally something which shuts down the game more than it promotes strategizing around it. I'll give it a 6/10, a slight bump from what I was thinking of because it did have a challenge to meet and I feel it met that side challenge well and tied into the story here as well.
From the way it spoke and the first news it had about the creature, Soumaw had thought it was a human, yet this one was protected by some form of hard shell. No, maybe it was armor? Then it again, it was oddest-shaped armor It'd ever encountered. Oh, perhaps it was one of those noble types? Those enjoyed being fancy over practically. Not that a lot of practicality was much use against the kind of opponent Soumaw was.
The blast forced Soumaw's hand to move back, or more accurately pushed the mists into unmaking his hands which quickly gathered back into shape. That noble girl was unfortunately too quick for It to get her back into a hold once the hands reformed, but this explained the missing piece of why Soumaw's scout had vanished. Soumaw's instincts relaxed a bit, as attacks of that nature, particularly of such extent, would do little against it. If the armored girl proved to be persistent, however, this could be... irritating.
Soumaw would not leave this place without confirming if there was any sign of a guiding stone nearby. The scout was created to check for any enemies or traps, and though it was easy to replace, doing so too frequently could still be draining, particularly when it came to time. Soumaw had two choices: Force the girl to retreat and finish Its business with this place before she returned, or prevent her escape and consume her right here. One bore a high risk of fighting in the future, the other was a certain confrontation, but at least Soumaw could clear the matter right away, sparing Itself the trouble of looking over Its shoulder, and It would get a new spirit for Its trouble.
"Only... choice... stop... you..."
Soumaw puts his hands from the floor, causing the shadow that formed under them to shoot out and expand to the center of the floor, before growing to cover it entire and there rise to surround the two of them on all sides. These shadows were far harder and more elastic than Soumaw's previous conjuring.

attack: "Wha-" Kagaribi Red jumped as the shadows on the floor started writhing and moving. "Ugh. A shadow monster. Of course it's a shadow monster. What else would it be?" She tried to move past the writhing mass, but it twisted to match her steps. She pouted in annoyance. "Fine, if you won't let me through, I'll just have to make my way through." She started bouncing on her feet, building up momentum. "My burning resolve can break through any wall!" Kagaribi Red jumped, somersaulted, and used that momentum to launch herself feetfirst at the wall of darkness. "『Kagaribi Kick』!" A Burning Resolve That Can Break Through Any Wall Enchantment
Sacrifice a VFX: Destroy target Wall. I will say, this is an awesome card name and an invocative concept! Definitely too long for black border ( Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar I think holds the largest record. 31 letters, whereas yours has about 41, and that's without spaces, not to mention Asmora there doesn't have a mana cost due to the large name), but hype nonetheless. The wall-targeting removal I guess works as a response, though I can't say it's particularly imaginative... But still, if it works it works, and sometimes simple is best. This card definitely has that simplicity. When it comes to the balance of the effect, it probably should make you pay mana as well, both to maybe hurdle potential combos that aren't coming to mind right now but more importantly because a repeatable effect like this for wall destruction seemed to be rated a bit higher in most cases than what I think a token like this would be (a little over 1 mana). The card's cost is also cheaper than the closest equivalent, Dwarven Demolition Team, but then it's been so long that it feels right if not even a little overcosted given power creep since then. Then again, walls probably also became stronger since then, making an effect like this more valuable. Lastly, the card feels a bit odd as an enchantment, mechanically and flavorfully. I'm not saying it's wrong, but this kind of willpower would definitely make more sense as an aura (maybe tapping instead of paying mana for the matter before) or a nonpermanent spell. Maybe the confusion is partly to do with me not really have a solid image of these VTX tokens in my mind, but either way the card seems odd there. I'll give this one a 6/10. I think it has a cool concept and meets the requirements for both a functional card and a workable response to my entry. Also gets a bit of point for simple clean design, though that is paid for in being a little unimaginative. Given the other issues adding on, that's the rating I'm going for.
Not nearly strong enough, huh... Were those strange words some form of spell? They didn't seem to be particularly damaging to the wall Soumaw had made moreso than anything else nearby, so it was probably just some manner of force amplifier, or perhaps wind. Soumaw narrowed Its eyes, as the containment plan had failed, and if the noble chose to break through it instead of fighting within it, that might mean she wanted to get away. Soumaw wouldn't let her. What remained of the broken enclosure molted into a puddle at the command of a purple glow forming in Soumaw's hand. The puddle then gathered into one spot and swirled, gradually taking the shape of a figure which gradually solidified. A long blade was the first thing to emerge, following by a mouth of sharp teeth and tattered clothes. The creature grinned, and rushed at Yuuki with incredible speed and sword at the ready.

Soumaw couldn't see it, but Yuuki was making an annoyed face beneath her mask. "Minions, shadows, more minions. Come on, if you wanna fight me, just do it honestly, geez!" She caught the blade with her armored hand, using the momentum of the summoned creature to lift it into the sky before executing a palm strike, right in the abdomen. As the creature dissipated, parts of its wispy shadows were drawn to her armor, turning a brilliant white as they touched it. Yuuki cracked her neck, feeling the energy recovering her stamina, then kicked off and sprinted away, intending to leave the building and take the fight to a more open space. Bloodthirsty Chaser - 9/10. Fairly statted, always a fan of blocker disincentivization, but feels a bit overloaded for a common. Recycler of Energies - Creature - Human Hero Lifelink As long as ~ is blocking, it has first strike. 2/2

Yuuki pouts a little. "I want one too! All I've got for companions are super uncute things like this one..." As she speaks, a large red-skinned oni materialises behind her. It towers over her, easily thrice her height, glaring down at Tokata and Seniton. A mane of fire surrounds its horned, fanged face. Its lower jaw, visibly distended, juts out from under its nose as its white breath escapes its half-open mouth. Muscles ripple under its scarlet skin as it waits menacingly for Yuuki's command. Yuuki annoyingly pokes at its bare abdomen. "Yes, yes, you're so very strong and scary, whatever. Why couldn't you be cute like this little one over here?" The oni lets out a confused growl and then flexes apolegetically. Spirit's Embrace: 8/10. As a player of a +1/+1 counters deck, I dig it. Recycler of Energies - Creature - Human Hero Lifelink As long as ~ is blocking, it has first strike. 2/2 This a very heroic card indeed. It's stronger when defending and supports you with lifegain. I like how it ties with the story and how it fits together in flavor. Its a balanced card that responds to the several aspects of my card, both dealing with it before it can damage back (and since it's dead the last effect should no longer trigger), but even if my creature lives you still gained two life to offset the blocking. I think this one deserves a 10/10.
Despite the minion's speed, it was still caught and defeated so soon. Perhaps Soumaw had underestimated this opponent's capabilities, but certainly not the threat they posed. It had no words to reply to her inquiry though, nor was there a point in doing so - It would fight with the means it had. Telling Soumaw to do differently would be akin to telling a snake to struggle for its survival without using its fangs. It would be counter to their nature and counter to their purpose.
More energy began to gather within Soumaw's body, though It was unsure of what to try next. Regardless of the sensibility of the noble's complaints, it was true that the minions Soumaw had been conjuring were insufficient to defeat her. To simply put out more and more would be a waste of time, mana and souls. As Soumaw considered these things, however, the girl made her way out of the building in a sprint, leaping out into the outside. Maybe her armor offered her some protection from the fall?
Soumaw approached the broken window, observing the girl at the bottom. It had failed its goal to contain the girl and finish her right there. From now, she would be a hassle that could interrupt It at any moment, but going outside would mean continuing the fight when she had already been driven out, the other possibility Soumaw considered attempting. If she was still waiting by the time Soumaw was finished with this hive, he would have to give her that fight. For now, though, the search was more important. Especially seeing as there was already a delay due to the loss of the scout.

"By the creators... no incantation, no spell, and you can just, summon them whenever? My spirits may be cute, but they're all bound to their masks. Is this a common power on your plane? And do they have a name?"Spiritual Conduit Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature : Exile target instant or sorcery card that targets a single creature from your graveyard. Copy it. You may cast the copy from exile without paying its mana cost. The copy targets enchanted creature.
Tried to mash the wordings of Mnemonic Deluge and Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief Yuuki tilts her head. "Well, I can summon them whenever, but I don't think it's particularly common? At least, I've not really seen anyone else do it. Summoning yokai, that is. There's a bunch of people who go around summoning robots and dead gods and ancient spirits and the like, but as far as I'm aware, I'm the only yokai summoner around." She chuckles. "As for a name, well, no, this one doesn't have one. Rather, if it did, it would be much less cooperative." Yuuki pokes the Oni again and it disappears as quickly as it arrived. "Anyway, you mentioned tea?" Spiritual Conduit: 4/10. Waaaaay too undercosted for something that lets me cast a Colossification and Eldrazi Conscription at instant speed for 1R each. Also, as written, I believe it doesn't actually do anything, since it says you can cast the copy from exile, but the copy isn't exiled (is it?) Onibreaker Exorcist Creature - Human Shaman Hero When ~ enters the battlefield, you may exile target red or black enchantment. When ~ leaves the battlefield, return the exiled permanent to the battlefield under its owner's control. 1/2

Shaman in white is a little weird, feels like it wants to be a Cleric. The wording is off, should just be the first ability + "until ~ leaves the battlefield," unless like, we're intentionally counting the edge case of "red or black enchantments that have been stolen." Hatebears are cool, caring about enemy colors is cool, I think both at once is too niche. Tokata shakes her head and mutters to herself: "...summoning spirits at will and you question whether magic is real..."Just as Yuuki mentioned the tea, the kettle began to whistle. "Oh! Yes, here I'll go get leaves and cups." Tokata disappears into the tent and returns after a moment with two finely polished ceramic teacups, each with a teabag. Seniton pours water into each cup, then Tokata hands one to Yuuki. The tea is red, but has a nice strong, earthy taste. "Here we are. And after this I should be able to take you wherever you want, on this plane, at least. I've seen a couple villages, and I know a bunch of other planeswalkers are holed up near a crater. Or at least, they were, I haven't actually been over there."Laborious Form Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets +3/+3 and has trample. Bind
