Card of the Week Contest #461: A Pet of Legend

The headcanon lore here is that after the events of United, since Squee lost his immortality but was given one more chance, the salvation sphere that he always carried around revealed itself as a living creature and keeps him protected now that he can actually die.

(For as long as you control a Domri planeswalker, you can that planeswalker to search your library for a signature Domri card, reveal it, put that card into your hand, then shuffle. Normal planeswalker rules apply.)

Whenever a creature blocks Krokt, Domri’s Pet, Krokt, Domri’s Pet gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is 1 plus that creature’s power or toughness, whichever is higher.
Whenever a creature blocks Krokt, Domri’s Pet, if that creature has first strike, Krokt, Domri’s Pet gains first strike until end of turn. The same is true for double strike, deathtouch, lifelink, and indestructible.

It neighs as if it has the ambition of soaring into the sky or diving into the sea.

Idea : Some wording suggestion if you'd like to take it:

When ~ enters the battlefield, if you cast it from your hand, it becomes a 2/2 Fish Spirit enchantment creature with flying in addition to its other types.
At the beginning of each opponent's precombat main phase, that player reveals their hand and you choose a nonland card from it. Exile it. Its owner may cast it this turn.
: Return ~ to its owner's hand.

- You don't have to phrase it as gaining flying because you can just redefine the object directly as having flying.
- There are no cards that refer to the end of a step/phase, so if you want to be able to select the card they just drew, you can do so at the beginning of the next step, which is the precombat main phase.
- You won't be able to track a card that's been selected in a hand because, even though it's revealed for the duration of the effect, it is actually a hidden zone (after the reveal and the selection, the hand is no longer revealed, and there is no way for you to verify the card they exile at the end of turn is the same exact one you chose). You can just exile it right then and there, but allow them to cast it this turn (this turn referring to the turn in which the ability triggered). They won't be able to discard it, so there is a change in the effect of the ability, but it's needed for the sake of the rules.

Also: Name should be Gitaxias'.

Syngergizes with Kasmina, Enigma Sage's  ability. Also, lore-wise, Kasmina snoops through her owl familiars; hence, the second ability. I wanted it to be a tad different from Telepathy.

How can it pay the loyalty costs without having loyalty counters?
