Thank you for the win, vizionarius. The next prompt is...
"Exhausted from the run, you lie down on a sunlit flat boulder you've found in the crag you ended up in. You are close to falling asleep when suddenly you feel something large quickly coiling around your torso. You don't even have the time to panic or draw your weapons before finding yourself carried away in the sky. After around 20 seconds of airborne terror, your kidnapper, which appears to be a blue-scaled dragon with weird purple runes carved all over his body, gently releases you from the coil of his tail in his lair which, instead of being the typical pile of riches, seems to be a vast laboratory. While you're still getting your bearings, the dragon speaks to you. 'I brought you here to keep me company for a while. Entertain me, and I'll eventually let you go, maybe even with a reward. Bore me or defy me, you die.' What do you do?"

Smoke Bomb Instant Exile target creature you control. At the beginning of the first declare attackers step during your next turn, return it to the battlefield tapped and attacking and it can’t be blocked this turn. "Now you see me... POOF I'm gone."

|
{Card Explaination}The Card's entire rules text is redacted. When you cast the spell you get whatever effect you successfully argue to your opponent would reasonably fit within those lines and would flavorfully fit on the card. While there is no canon effect, I think "F*ck the Dragon cost 3 less to cast if you control a dragon," and "Exile the top three cards of your library. You may play one this turn without paying it’s mana cost," make for believable clauses. The unredacted flavor text is "And in the morning I'm making waffles" — donkey dragonf*cker. The image of the render is a pixelated version of my icon, the electricken, rotated 90° to better fit in the art frame. The card is numbered 34 because by happy coincidence. It's the 34th contest I've made a card for this season (every 50 contests I start a new set file to start counting from 1 again, and I call these seasons.)

hydraheadhunter I'm going to take a wild guess and assume that is silver border Optimization Debate Instant Each player draws two cards if was spent to cast ~. Each player discards two cards if was spent to cast ~. "Have you considered apply arcanodynamic reversal to your equilibrium canister?"Tried to make this UR but mechanically it makes more sense as UB. Still liked the flavor so I wanted to take a shot at sharing it.

hydraheadhunter I'm going to take a wild guess and assume that is silver border :P Yeah, I saw the prompt and was like, you know what answer would be funny. Not what would be answer, just what answer'd be crassly funny. Though considering wizards-hasbro won't ever put "Ass" on silver-border *dry-heaves* acorn cards any more, it's probably too much for even silver... Anyway that's just me being a hater.

Raised by a Runechanter Legendary Enchantment - Background Commander creatures you own have ward and "Whenever you or this creature become the target of a spell or ability, you may pay . If you do, copy that spell or ability. You may choose new targets for the copy." The chanting of runes creates a ward of protection.

Idea - "You experiment with the dragon for months, and when he releases you, not only you have reached a great competence in biomancy, enough to make most Simic guild members envy you, but you also bring home his gift: A wide collection of rare tomes and components, perfect to hone even further your ability to manipulate life itself." - The card's effects are interesting and its flavor is good. I'd only make it trigger at the beginning of your end step, a voting each turn seems a bit too much for me. The wording has several mistakes. I think that a different word instead of non-experiment, for example: standby, would have been a more flavorful choice.
Flo00 - "You think you've managed to elude your kidnapper, but as soon as you've reached the lair's entrance, a spell freezes your movements and lifts you in the air. The dragon mocks you and says that he won't kill you only because your flee attempt has inspired him to "try something new". He tortures you with many painful experiments for several weeks, but eventually he releases you as he states that he's satisfied with the outcome of his work: You have obtained the ability to turn into smoke at will." - This sort of reminds me of Veil of Secrecy. I like it, the flickering can be even more useful if the exiled creature has an ETB trigger. I might have made it cost , but is fine as well. I don't know if the wording should be "it can’t be blocked that turn", since it refers to your next turn.
hydraheadhunter - "And thus began a new bloodline of dragonborns, which in time will become renowned for its academic prowess and for its skill in dispatching fearsome hydras with ease." - The idea of arguing the card's effects with your opponents is pretty fun. I think that you could have added some uncensored reminder text to explain directly the arguing effect to the players. I'm sure I would argue for it to create Donkey Dragon creature tokens with flying and firebreathing.
ZephyrPhantom - " 'Hrmm, I've never considered that. But how would you handle the mana stability threshold related to its addition?' You spend weeks devising with the dragon new optimization settings for his laboratory's devices. When you finish, he's very pleased at how smoothly his instruments work now. You are released with a satchel of gems, valuable enough to buy a small kingdom, and with the optimization charts you've created with him. Those pages would definitely be worth an even bigger fortune, if sold at the right arcane institution." - Its mechanics are well designed. I agree that its flavor sounds more UR than UB.
vizionarius - "Like his skin suggests, it turns out that the dragon is very interested into runic magic. During your stay, you experiment together in intertwining your chants. One day, something unexpected happens: A new great rune is born from your voices! You return home with its power within you. By adding it to your chants, their effectiveness increases exponentially. In time, you become a legend for the common folk, and eventually you enter into myth as a demigod of safety." - The card's mechanics are alright, but I don't think that the copying effect fits too well with the card's flavor.
twintania - "At first, the dragon smirks at the odd assortment of items you have presented him. But then his smirk quickly turns into an expression of fearful shock as he realizes what these things can do when operating together. To safeguard the fabric of reality itself, he destroys the items, dissolves you into raw aether, and then wipes from his memory any trace of you and of those items. Despite the memory wipe, he began having nightmares about little rats singing of the end of the world." - I think that the cards you can draft from your design's spellbook are unbalanced; Homing Whitehole in particular, since retrieving cards from exile should be avoided in most cases.
The winner is hydraheadhunter! With Flo00 and Idea as runnerups.

Thanks for the win hydraheadhunter! Happy to have their pet bird back, the mayor rewards you with a pile of gold but not the means to transport it. Too distracted by his joy about the bird, he just tells the servants to drop the money at the back door of town hall. While you try to figure out what to do with your newly won riches, you notice shady figures lurking around the corners of the nieghboring buildings. Or maybe the setting sun and your mind just plays tricks on you? The question still remains: What do you do?

Any more entries? Attempting to judge on Sunday. If attempt fails, reattemting on Wednesday.Judging: {Idea} It takes a few rounds of running forth and back between the bank and the town hall with hands full of gold. In the end you are pretty sure not all your money made it to the bank, but you got a significant sum on your account non the less.I really like how you made interest work mechanically. I'm a bit worried that this can exile lands because you can use it to flicker all your lands. is usually not on enchantments, but it totally makes sense here. It's a bit wordy, yet everything makes sense in an intuitive way. {vizionarius}Your trusty companions carry away the money to the safety of your home. You kept all your riches. You might want to leave town soon since your extravagant stunt has likely not gone unncoticed. On the other hand, the citizens here should actually be used to people with birds as friends.Simple card. Needs the right condition to work properly. A good way of making a ramp card that works in black.
{ZephyrPhantom}You spend a happy night of drinking, joking and laughing at the local tavern. In the end, not much of your price money is left, but you found new frinds to accompany you on your next adventure.SInce this is symmetric, the effects seem minimalistic, even for a charm. This might even be ok with choose one or more.
Idea wins.

{Spoiler} Flo00 thank you for the win! After putting away your money, you go to an inn for a well-deserved rest. You reflect upon your exploits: You melted a troll's bridge, you evaded strange knights and a terrifying spider, you ***** a dragon and you found the mayor's chicken. Yet, such work has taken a toll on your precious time: There is only one more day until the harvest festival, when the king will come to recruit people to search for the mythical fountain of youth. You gaze upon the torn up parchment you carried this whole time. You will join the quest, and complete your goal. You must. But with so short a time, how can you impress a king so?
What do you do?

vizionarius {Spoiler} Wait, never-mind. Perhaps it is because you were tired, but you mistook what day it was. You were careful in preparing for your arrival prior to the adventures you'd had in these past couple of days, paying a little extra for a speedy carriage to that village that bordered the woods, where you bought your horse. With a little more time to kill, you move to make your preparations to impress the king...
The card is an interesting one flavor-wise, a haste vehicle that requires you to spend a treasure to speed it up seems right about perfect. Personally I think hexproof AND indestructible is a little much in this situation though, for just a treasure. It'll take one or two more pieces to turn into permanent indestructibility and hexproof, but for a colorless uncommon I still think it's a little too pushed. If I changed it, I'd recommend dropping the indestructible or maybe replacing it with something else more speed-related, the ability to resist harm isn't really connected to speed as much as not being targetable is. Making something giving some form of evasion would make more sense. Flo00 {Spoiler}There was never any need to overthink it. After overcoming all those challenges, you feel brimming with confidence that a simple display should be more than enough to convince the king that you are worthy of joining him in his quest.
I very much like this card. It's always a little bit of a gamble to put a decision in an opponent's hands, but I feel the permanence in these relatively strong options makes for something fair even if you know the opponent will try to pick whatever is worse for you. One because of said strength, but two because with clever timing you might be able to get your opponent to pick something worse for them in the long run or that better synergizes with what you secretly want. And with all of that, it still remains balanced in my view. Well done. Winner {Spoiler}This victory goes to Flo00

Joining the king's quest was surprisingly easy. The mission leads you and a group of other adventurers into the Maze of Noisufnoc; presumably named after some mage you have never heared of. Upon entering the maze your group soon splits up to explore all the roads of the maze. It features impassable stone walls, hedges with some holes in them from people crawling through and fences in some places that look immaculate like they just got a fresh paint job. Every corner features signs with inscriptions like "here", "there", "somewhere", "east", "away" or "go this direction". Every now and then you come across a gate with minotaur "guardians" who politely open the doors for anyone approaching. You haven't run into a single dead end in hours but you also don't seem to get anywhere. You regularly run into other people from your adventuring group and sometimes into others you can't quite remember but they kind of seem familiar. They don't talk much when you meet them and allways take a different direction than you. Somehow you are convinced that's for the better. You can't quite put your finger on it but something about this place just creeps you out. The flowers growing in every other corridor singing very happy and relaxing songs don't help either.
What do you do?

Gotta try to find some higher ground to look for a way out! Elevated Mapping Sorcery Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a basic land card. Put that card onto the battlefield tapped and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order. If you control a mountain, instead search your library for a land card, put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

I'm sorry, I won't have time for a propper judging for about a week. Idea wins. EDIT: {Idea} As you look backwards in time, the maze not only grows before your eyes but also seems to shift and turn. Just when you think you can make out a pattern in the motion, another mage steps right into your sight. Confused, you check your spell. You're still looking backwards in time but the mage seems to be moving alongside your spell. He hols out a stone with strange markings, pointing at a certain spot. After a few moments you recognize it as a kalender spanning several centuries. You shift your spell to the indicated time. The maze is gone, in its place is a congragation of mages furiously knocking each other on their heads with their magic stuffs and wands. A woman steps away from the rest and holds out a piece of parchment with some runes on it. It takes immense concentration to run a translation spell though your archeovoyance, but somehow you manage it. The parchment sais "You are three years early." You recalibrate your spell again. This could take a while...I really like the card. It gives you an interesting choice. SOmetimes you might see a card you don't need right now and still keep it on top to get something valuable back from your graveyard. The only potential problem I see is that when playing this you have to be carefull how to order your graveyard when multiple creatures die at once. But maybe that's how it was in the old days. It should probably exile itself. Looping this into itself is not broken or anything, just feels like something you shouldn't be able to do. {vizionarius} ..., Spets sdrawkcab ni evac s'nogard rallimaf yrev a retne; sfieht sti ot kcab nekcihc s'royam eht ekat; llah nwot ot ti nruter dna tnuocca knab ruoy ffo dlog fo elip a ekat, truoc s'gnik eht ot kcab klaw uoy yliratnulovni. Also not really the colors for it? Pleh thgim siht. {moweda}After climbing up a small hill, you try to get a view of the maze. Turning around it seems to go on forever and even stretch out while you are looking. After a while you start to get a headache. Did that hedge just jump over a fence? Something tugs on your pants. You look down and see a drawf and an elf sitting in the grass having a picnic. You can't recall having seen them when you came up here. They invite you to join them. Yes, a picnic sounds really great now. And the wine they have with them smells really good as well. Interesting land searcher. The condition of having a mountain seems a bit odd from a mechanical standpoint, but is definitely something new for this kind of effect and really flavorful.
I had a lot of fun writing these
