A little bit of context. I began playing commander with a group of friends 2 years ago, and me being the rookie and with a poor stash of card of my own, I built my decks on proxies, which I have slowly been replacing with the actual cards. That being said I also encountered another problem, while I got some of these cards I needed, I've only got a single copy of them and I run 2 deck that require such. So a friend of mine and I began illustrating placeholder cards so we didn't have mix up our decks. and then I thought "what if I actually put some care into these cards" and so I did, starting with...

I know, Sol Ring is a relatively easy card to come by, but I actually own just one copy of it, lol. My goal with this is to illustrate random commander staple cards for you to use them if you want to, maybe I'm not the only one that owns a single copy of Sol Ring and has to switch it around 2+ decks, or maybe you don't want to spend 700 bucks on a second Gaea's Cradle.
I don't think I need say this, but you never know. These are not meant for you to replace the actual cards, it's just in case you run several decks and you need a placeholder; or your group of friends doesn't mind you using proxies, these are not legal and shouldn't be use in sanctioned EDH events and such.
So, while I think of the next card I wanna do next, I'm open for suggestions and maybe a Mod can lead me to a proper place to host this Thread, as I had no clue where to.
