Sorry for the delay, I was distracted doing stuff, I may finally be out of my way of unemployment.
For the next entry you shall do a tribal commander, but there is a catch, it's type can not be linked with the tribe it supports. However it must make sense, for exemple, a Dwarf that helps Constructs. Short descriptions about the history of the commander are welcome.

Auslen, the Great Barrier  Legendary Creature - Elemental Wall ~ can't attack. At the beginning of your end step, put a +1/+1 counter on each untapped Fish you control, the untap all Fish you control. 5/9  {Old, Default Font} 
Auslen is just a Risen Reef that hasn't risen yet, staying entrenched and empowering the fish that live within and without itself. Was reading through Nation Geographic articles and remembered that the Great Barrier Reef still exists. EDIT: Updated the font.

 Kinda just chose a character that was already in lore that was close enough to represent the character trope I had in mind. Evil villain, lots of expendable minions, etc. |

Legendary Creature– Bird Advisor
Flying
Wizard spells you cast cost two generic less to cast.
Activated abilities of wizard permanents you control cost 1 less to activate.
A white, a blue, a black, a red, a green, tap, and tap X untapped wizards you control:
Exile twice X cards from the top of target player's library and choose up to X wizard, instant, or sorcery cards from among them.
Put each permanent card choosen this way onto the battlefield. You may cast the remaining chosen cards for as long as they remain exiled.
Then put all other cards exiled this way on the bottom of their owner's library in a random order.

Scion of Meat and Treasure Legendary Creature--Elemental Dragon As Scion of Meat and Treasure enters the battlefield, investigate twice, create two Food tokens, and create two Treasure tokens.
Flying, trample, haste
Scion of Meat and Treasure gets +1/+1 for each Clue you control.
Scion of Meat and Treasure gets +1/+1 for each Food you control.

You may play it from exile as long as you control a Cleric. "Never forget, my children. We might have lost a lot, but memory will be our strength."1/2 Removed the lore counter condition. I was afraid of infinite combos with sac outlets, but the fact you have to cast them probably makes it fine. EDIT2: Flo0: whooops |
