And here you go: {sdfkjgh}Please stop putting so damn much text on your cards! I get that it basically sais that all three tokens are used as all of them at once. That's interesting and probably generates a lot of value, especially in a Treasure deck. How about "~ gets +1/+1 for each Clue, Food and Treasure you control." ? I like how this depends on you not sacrificing all of the tokens.
{raphiezar}That's an interesting way of going voltron and wide at the same time. I imagine this can get easily out of hand in a deck that can generate a lot of tokens. Especially since you can attach the equipment tokens back on Tykan.
{lordpat}That's a nice way of combining two tribals. I also like how this gives you the option to not care about Clerics at all and just use Kardel to enable the cast themself. It should probabaly only trigger off your own Sagas.
{sorsal}Getting them back from the grave is definitely something you want in a Desert deck. Nice and simple, good card. Could maybe create Sand tokens. {Jartis}I'd really like to see how that deck plays. It should probably run a bunch of enchantment recursion. Fund card.
That was a bunch of really interesting cards.

Flo00: There's a very good reason I separated each +1/+1 granting ability, and it has to do with Aven Brigadeer. If ever there is a permanent that's two or more of the specified subtypes, the Scion would be able to count each of those types, and grow by that much. If I could get away with "Whenever you sacrifice a Clue, a Food, or a Treasure, do the things that the other two listed types do as well", I would. Unfortunately, that kind of loose rules templating only flies in Un-, so I'm stuck with spelling it out.

Thanks for the win! For the next challenge: create a two enemy-colored commander that is an iconic race. For example, a angel or a hydra.

Here’s some hybrid hijinks Daro the Fallen Legendary Creature — Angel Demon Flying, lifelink Whenever you cast an Angel spell, you may return target non-Angel creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. Whenever you cast a Demon spell, you may return target non-Demon creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. 7/7

Since I hate myself, I'll try and make a commander with an iconic creature type in enemy colors neither of which are that creature's primary color. I think I almost have something passable. Jasarath, Tertomatic Growth Three generic, a green, and a blue
Legendary Creature — Plant Demon
Graft 1 (This creature enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it. Whenever another creature enters the battlefield, you may move a +1/+1 counter from this creature onto it.)
Whenever you move a counter from Jasarath to another creature, that creature becomes a non-legendary copy of Jasarath except it keeps its other abilities.
As long as Jasarath is legendary, it has all the abilities of each other creature with a +1/+1 counter on them.

The results: { gluestick248 }Very flavorful, with the idea of angels calling, presumably, demons, and versa-vis Self-balancing because you'd need both creature-types in your hand and graveyard to fully min-max his effects { sdfkjgh }I love that inspiration; it warms my symbology-fasinated heart, creating and sacrificing angels. It seems very much a win-more lose-more enabler, with players that can gain life getting more opportunities to keep gaining life. I do appreciate that it is a cleric/warlock though. { Jartis }This artwork. Mwah. Forcing the opponent to choose which card is most-likely to be on top is very-much in line with a test. God, I'm all for this art. It just works so well. { hydraheadhunter }I was curious to see if anyone would go for the iconic race in a color pair it wasn't normally, so delighted to see it here. The idea of a demonic plant spreading through other creatures by gifting power to them is phenomenal. The last effect sort-of breaks that flavor a bit though, albeit because +1/+1 counters can come from anywhere and not just Jasarath. {The winner}The winner is Jartis, with hydraheadhunter and sdfkjgh as runner-ups.

Thanks for the win!
For the next challenge, we're going big. Design a commander that isn't mono-green, and with at least five colored pips in its casting cost. It can be any kind of multicolor, or any kind of monocolor except mono-green.

Chef Bayard D. Legendary Creature--Human Artisan This spell costs less to cast for each Food you control. Whenever Chef Bayard D. or another creature enters the battlefield, each player creates a Food token. Communal Ability—Sacrifice twice X Foods: Gain control of target creature with mana value X or less. This ability costs Chef Bayard D.’s owner sacrifice X fewer Foods to activate. Activate this ability only as a sorcery. 4/5
A communal ability is one that any player can activate.

I liked the art and designed a card around it. I think you can reword the first ability as "Hargothax the Wise enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.", ala Capricopian. Might make it read a bit smoother. Unless of course you wanted him to scale as he kept getting summoned, then feel free to disregard.

Yeah, I wanted this to scale based on additional command zone casts.

Here's the next challenge. Make a commander that cares about lands. It can be a specific subtype, it can be the number of lands, it can be caring for them in exile; just make 'em land-caring!

Borborygmos, the Returned Legendary Creature - Cyclops Trample, vigilance Lands you control have hexproof. When Borborygmos enters the battlefield or attacks, exile the top five cards of your library. Put all land cards among them onto the battlefield. You may play the rest until end of turn. The Gruul used to value his strength. After being manipulated by Bolas, they learned to value his wisdom.7/7

Landfall meets spellslinger fun. yoink. Don't mind me, just grabbing this to make a commander deck that isn't grixis for once... Will be modifying it slightly but that's the itterative process of design.
