Sorry guys, I'm having a less than ideal time, and the fact of the matter is I kind of want to write entire novels on the effort put in here but always end up having it be too late to do so. In the end I'm giving the win to Flo00 , who I think did a really good job of combining flavor+art and the actual mechanics to give a solid idea of what the crossover is about even before I looked at the source material while still feeling like a Magic card. For similar reasons fluffydeathbringer and Sanfonier of the Night are runner ups in no particular order.

{Idea}I also smiled at the desert effect. Its flavorful. Yet it adds something useless to a card that has already a huge ammount of text. I think the next ability should atually be two separate abilities: The trigger that gives the counters and the static that turns him black. What I really like is that the backside is not a color break for and also feels very black. The ability could use a bit of a cleanup I think. Its a bit strange that you can actually sacrifice him for his own effect, taking his murderers down with him. Maybe make it an activated ability that sacrifices him and does something like Graceful Reprieve or Knight of the Holy Nimbus
or a similar thing but with indestructible (+ the destruction effect)? Overall: Great flavor, too much text. {ameisenmeister}Really good combination of white and black effects into one. And flavorful too. Also nice wording with the two targets and up to one.
{pernicious}Interesting combination of effects to represent a purification. I like that this is a multikicker that you don't allways want to kick as many times as possible but in a controlled way. And oftentimes even not at all.
{emberfire17}Funny collection of things to "borrow". I guess these tokens are common enough nowadays that this card makes sense. Last one could be "Arietty can't be blocked this turn."

Thanks for the win!
Next crossover is either inspired by any George Orwell Story or by the famous adventures of the My Little Pony mane characters.
Have fun!

There's probably other cases where this would lead to very weird/unclear interactions, but the concept sounded too cool not to try it. If anyone can think of any other of those cases though, I would love to hear them and maybe edit the card to exclude instances like them.

Big Brother Is Watching You Ongoing Scheme Your opponents play with their hands and the top card of their library revealed. At the beginning of your upkeep, you may abandon this scheme. If you do, any number of target opponents shuffle their hand into their library, then draw that many cards.

Judging time serraphim Doesn't work as worded but I get it. It's a nice effect but probably a bit niche for the price tag of four mana. Idea Coalition Victory, Biovisionary or, even faster, Helix Pinnacle break this card so easily that it's not even fun anymore. I like the idea, though. kefke Well, I wasn't aiming for a silver bordered card as I knew these already exist for My Little Pony. But the card is actually really cool and if we just swapped the word friends for players in your team it would be fine in black border too. Flo00 Doesn't look that strong for a Scheme card but I've never player Archenemy so I could be wrong. It's, however, really fitting that you as the bad guy behave like the government of 1984. I also like the reveal of the top card of your opponents' libraries. Sanfonier of the Night So basically whenever creature spell you get a 2/2 changeling. Humans might be difficult but usually it's like that. You could build around this card by having a lot of weird creature types in your deck but then you wouldn't really make use of the tokens having all creature types. Or you just run changelings and some fancy lords, like I do in my Maskwood Nexus commander deck. Could be fun but I don't know whether some 2/2s are worth the trouble. {And the winner is...} Flo00! For a card that feels flavorful and also makes you feel like you're an all-seeing government. I wa skind of surprised that nobody posted a card with surveil, though.

ameisenmeister you're right, this might be a bit weak in comparison with other schemes. Next: Marvel Cinematic Universe or Harry Potter

Would be in a Harry Potter set where nearly all are Wizards, Spells or Magical artifacts of course.

{melono}Simple and effective spell in the right deck. Wizard tribal in black hasn't been done by WotC (as far as I'm aware of it), but I'm sure it would work.
{Idea}That's a damn lot of text on the front side. It sure is very flavorful and I get what every ability does. I just think its too much for one card. I like the use of energy and that the reactor is a token, so you keep it no matter which side the card flips. It's a bit strange that the backside loses the energy into artifact activations, but I can also see the flavor here that he won't build new stuff while in the suit. The backside seems a bit strong for how easy it is to get to. (Assuming you would play a bunch of equipment.)
{emberfire17} Dual Nature does something similar. Since its old and yours is three colors, I think you're totally fine with mv 4. Nice and fun chaos card. I wouldn't know where to play it but I do like those kind of cards. {pernicious}A colorless 2 mana tutor sounds pretty strong. It also has a good range of cards it can find. I like how this totally makes sense as a Food creature.

Thanks for the win! And black wizard tribal is not yet a thing, but black wizards are. I also thought of submitting a wizardcast bolt called bombarda, but avada kedavra is more iconic.
For the next universes beyond, something I can kinda see happening as number 1 as there is also a new movie coming: The Hunger Games.
Second one will be most likely known from Disney but is not from it per se: Peter Pan

A good fit for Peter Pan and the dying of Tinkerbell, as well as the card being a quite modern many-choices common card that might see some play, especially in draft. As I don't think there will be many other entries, Imma give the win to you.

Thank you for the win, melono.
For the next challenge, design a card that is themed around either a non-fantasy fiction book or a rpg videogame.

Ok, so I'm pulling a "technically it's not against the rules" thing here. This card is based on an RPG, but a fictional RPG named Skycraft. It's the setting of the series of youtube videos called Epic NPC Man by Viva La Dirt league which explores weird video game logic, and also has NPCs gaining a occasionally a certain level of awareness of the strangeness of the world they live in, the Skycraft RPG. On a side channel called Viva La Dirt league D&D they also play a D&D campaign featuring characters from that setting, including the main character of Epic NPC Man, Greg the garlic farmer (an artificer in the D&D campaign)
