While I was listening to the Legendary Creatures podcast, the two hosts Kyle and Andy talked about their frustrations with some of the tribal commanders that exist in the EDH format today. How some are generic and the only reason to play the creature is to get access to a certain color selection. Taking the new legendary card Kethis, the Hidden Hand as an example, there are decks using him as an elf commander since there aren't any other Abzan elf commanders in the format. They mentioned a werewolf commander that cared about werewolves transforming, which made me want to try to create a werewolf commander worthy of leading the tribe. This is only my first version, and I plan on updating it and even uploading other tribal commanders since I really want to see tribal commanders that actually care about the unique traits of the different tribes instead of giving generic stat boosts and cost reduction. If you have any questions or suggestions for Rulna, please let me know!

welcome to the site
seems like a pretty solid take overall; the double strike is spoopy but in a commander game people are probs gonna be casting two+ spells often enough that it's not too opppressive
minor thing: the name is squished as hell on the front side. if you're using mainframe dfc there should be an option to decrease name size to make it less squished. if you aren't, you can find it here

I agree. Rock solid, no real glaring wording issues I can see.

Thanks guys, I'm curious to see and test the card out in practice at some point in time, but I'm glad there aren't any glaring issues on the surface. And here is an updated version with better front side text for the name that is less squished.
