Couple of cards that I really dig here -
Arpechian Regent is a very clean common Dragon. It's dorky but it hits hard if left unchecked. Feels like a well-designed Dragon Whelp.
Ceaseless Stalker looks like a superb build-around card for constructed. Conjure isn't my favorite mechanic because it's one of the many "requires an ETB/LTB" mechanics that I think trod on the same design space, but Stalker is exactly the kind of card that differentiates Conjure from the pack.
