Gaia's Fading Gasp Enchantment Whenever a land you control is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, return it to the battlefield face-down under your control. (It's a 2/2 creature.)As long as ~ is in your graveyard, face-down creatures you control get +1/+1 and have " : Add one mana of any color."

[ , Exile Scarlet Inheritor from your graveyard: Put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. ] That's one sentence.
Also YES that is vampire!Batman. Infinite Crisis was vastly underrated.

Clodes for judging. {gluestick248}That is an interesting build-around card. Doesn't really do anything on its own, except being a bear, but it's really nice combined with things like Amplifire or Corpse Lunge. Th one situation where this would cause greater confusion is sacrifice effects that check for power (like Fling or Altar of Dementia) becuase these effects check the power of the creature as it was on the battlefield, not as it is in the graveyard. {thaneofglamis}Lhurgoyf tribal! That's funny and original, and your card fits mechanical with the theme. Now you just have to find enough Lhurgoyfs to build a deck with...
{Daij_Djan}It's simple, it works and it's on color in both cases. Can't say anything bad about it.
{kefke}This is too cheap. And not enough. You just need a sac outlet and have a four mana double anthem that is (almost) impossible to remove. I know you need to sac it every three turns to keep the boost. I still think this is way too good. {quazerflame}That's an interesting build-around card. You could use it to go against land destruction, have some land mass-destruction/sacrifice yourself or you just play it in a morph deck and mill/discard it somehow. Definitely a fun card.
{FLAREdirector}That's an interesting way to get a reanimation effect. And it's expensive enough to be balanced. I'd say the part before the colon is one sentence and the one behind it. That still makes three sentences (plus keywords), which is still within limit 17.

UPDATED:
I recognize that the only card that references Cloud lands doesn't inherently confer to them "1, T: You gain 1 life," but since they barely exist in an official capacity anyway, I think I, uh, kinda get to define them a little better? This way they have a niche and a meaning beyond "+1 Domain."

I'd like to try my hand at this one, if you don't mind: Funnily enough, this is the second challenge in a row where I ended up using a Theros mechanic on a monocolored card with an off-color activation and flavoured as origination from a different official Magic plane. I guess I now need to find a way to design an Tarkir-flavoured off-color Escape card.

I don't think the creature type order matters, see LIMIT #74

I was just pointing it out because those types are often on the same card (like mine), and that’s how the template works. You don’t see many cards that reference Octopuses and Gorgons

Some great entries here so far. This is going to be a tough challenge to measure up to them with. Kaiju TempleLand ~ enters the battlefield tapped. : Add . : Add . Spend this mana only to cast Octopus, Kraken, Leviathan, or Serpent spells. Colorshifted Eldrazi Temple might seem like a simple design but I think it's fitting because there aren't that many good creatures in these four types that have a CMC less than 4 (15 cards with like 3-4 playable at most) - overall, I think "Octopus, Kraken, Leviathan, or Serpent", unlike their Eldrazi brethen, are pretty likely to stay a a mostly big-fatties tribe, especially when you look at their current pool of expensive cards. I added the ETB tapped restriction to prevent it from getting out of hand too quickly (but in turn, it gets to tap for to cast counters and most big sea creatures). The third ability still adds colorless only to avoid getting an easy Thing in the Ice off it.

Does caring about how many lands you reveal until you get a nonland card falls under caring about lands? Debatable. If not, you can exclude mine, understandable and would do me no harm.

Judging time, sorry for the wait: MaiApologies (She/Her) - Laboratory Ruins // Slumbering KrakenAn interesting way to do a Cthulhu card, I wouldn't have thought to make it transform. I don't really see the Cthulhu flavor here though. When I think of Cthulhu I think of a gigantic, unfathomably strong monster that drives people mad, not a 4/4 that gets counters and makes lands tap for more. Also, if it's legendary I would prefer a more specific name. viriss - Zaphrow, the OctolandA simple legendary land with fantastic art. Flavor-wise, it seems weird that the octo-island can also turn other islands into octopuses, but the touch of making them 8/8 for 8 mana is perfect. gluestick248 - Monster CoveAn even simpler land that you could basically play in any deck with those creature types in it. It's fine, but it doesn't wow me. Probably an uncommon if the set has a lot of sea monsters in it. FLAREdirector - Cloudwise MonarchThis is a really interesting card. Giving it an untap ability and vigilance means you have to use its tap ability to untap it, which is really neat and something I'm surprised has never been used before. I would love to use this as a commander. collex - Ravenous SharktopusLove the art, flavor text, and creature types, but effectively making nine lands useless forever is very powerful and not very fun to play against. (unless you're in blue, I guess) kefke - TidechurnerA nice concept with fantastic art, but it also is a land-hoser like Ravenous Sharktopus, which still isn't great to play against imo. It is much less oppressive than Sharktopus since it only lasts until end of turn. Flo00 - Shipwreck SlithererA fun common serpent that would work great in a self-mill draft archetype. It's pretty plain as-is, might be better with some flavor text or a render. ZephyrPhantom - Kaiju TempleA solid tribal land with good reasoning, and I agree with all your points. Personally, I would change the name, since Kaiju makes me think of Godzilla, Mothra, and King Ghidorah first and foremost, who don't match any of the supported types. ameisenmeister - Beckon from the DepthsAn epic card! Don't see many of those, and I like the flavor and the way it works, especially since you can keep playing islands for the rest of the game to make your tokens bigger and bigger. Just watch out for Cyclonic Rift. Boogymanjunior - Deepwater SeekscaleA nice uncommon serpent. Pretty simple but provides nice card advantage and possibly ramp.
The winner is: {Spoiler} flaredirector! with ameisenmeister and zephyrphantom as runner-ups.

Yay! Thank you so much. Vigilance-{T}-{Q} is, I agree, a very strong design idea for a commander. For your next challenge-- LIMIT #19: The sincerest form of flattery: your card is an homage to another card. LIMIT #44: What an entrance! Your card has an enter the battlefield effect! (Thanks, k1l1!) LIMIT #136: The animal kingdom's overrated! Your card is or cares about Plants, Fungi, or Saprolings. (Thanks, FLAREdirector!) h/t to ameisenmeister for reminding me that I need a tagline on my challenge. I guess you could say I'm ~such a sap!~

Whoa whoa whoa, FLAREdirector, you have to start your limit with a catchy headphrase or pun. Those are the rules!!

The Tale of Twin Sprouts - Enchantment - Saga (As this saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.)I, II - Create a 1/1 green Saproling creature token. III - Saprolings you control get +1/+2 until end of turn. Paying tribute to both History of Benalia and the old Pendelhaven effect.
