Judging has arrived. {Fermat}This is actually a playable Survey the Wreckage. Straight forward card that you could see in any set. {viriss}I don't see how this fits limit #131. Also, as I asked before, I have no idea how this works, when you choose instant or sorcery. Seems like an un-card to me. I guess it's one of those cards that can be fun and weird to play at the same time.
{eshix}That's a nice card to hate resurrect decks. Seems like one of those cards Wizards puts in a set to assure that certain decks don't get too strong in the meta. I like it.
{ameisenmeister}A nice control hate card. It doesn't prevent the coontrol player from doing what he does, et generates you value when they do their thing. Pretty nice.
{melono}That's an interesting color choice for the effect. Seems like a decent sideboard card.
{Boogymanjunior}A card against go wide that is good enough to just play mainboard. Can also be interesting for multiplayer formats.

Thanks for the win!
The limitations are: LIMIT #92: Drive around! Your card is a Vehicle, cares or interacts with them. (Thanks, Daij_Djan!) LIMIT #99: How much is the fish? Your card cares about converted mana cost(s) in some way. (Thanks, ameisenmeister!) LIMIT #132: That reminds me of a song! Your card has a musical flavor or features singing of any sort. (Thanks, eshix!)
Have fun!

Steampunk Soloist Creature — Human Wizard At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose target non-Vehicle artifact you control. Until end of turn, that artifact becomes a Vehicle with base power and toughness each equal to its converted mana cost and gains crew 1. That Vehicle can only be crewed by ~. "So stirring was his interpretation of the cadenza that the sitar itself stirred to life." —Vihaan Patel, Inventive Times 1/2

DEFUNCT ENTRY: SEE LATER POST
Symphonious Horns Sorcery Gain life equal to the toughness of target creature you control. If that creature is a Vehicle, you may gain life equal to the combined toughness of the creatures crewing it instead. Draw a card.

Your card has to care about converted mana cost.

Your card has to care about converted mana cost. Bugger and blasted. Thanks for the heads up. Well, this works just fine as well. Symphonious Horns Sorcery Gain life equal to the converted mana cost of target creature you control. If that creature is a Vehicle, you may gain life equal to the combined converted mana cost of the creatures crewing it instead. Draw a card.

Currently not at my own computer, so I can't provide a render anyway. Does this still work for LIMIT #132?
Sorcery Search your library for a Vehicle card with converted mana cost X or less and put that card onto the battlefield. It gains haste and becomes a creature until end of turn. Then shuffle your library.

Substitutionary Locomotion Sorcery ~ costs less for each Musician creature you control. Target Vehicle artifact becomes a creature artifact until the end of turn. "Traguna Mekoides Trecorum Satis Dee" - engraved incantation on the Star of Astoroth.
Edit: It's not CMC per se, but affinity. Please let me know if this counts for Limit #99.

I would say that this interacts with vehicles (fortunately not counting as creatures in the beginning), not least because they are often artifacts with built-in combat abilities. Although, to be fair, most would be weaker when animated with this than by crew, but at least you don't have to tap your other creatures anymore. Please advise if this is too far-fetched for LIMIT #92.

Whenever The Siren of Whitesea attacks or blocks, gain control of target creature with converted mana cost less than The Siren of Whitesea's power. "When you hear rumors of a singing ship, run. When you hear the song, it'll already be too late." --Revan, old sailor

bodacious, your next things are
LIMIT #34 If it exists... your card bounces a permanent. LIMIT #100: Go big or go home! Your card is a God, has a converted mana cost of 10 or greater, or has the keyword Epic. (Thanks, gateways7!) LIMIT #133: Zero stats, same Coke taste. Your card has base power or toughness 0 or can reduce another creature's power or toughness. (Damage doesn't count.) (Thanks, fluffyDeathbringer!)

Nandab, God of the Meek Legendary creature- God Indestructible Nandab, God of the Meek can’t attack or block unless you return a creature you control to its owner’s hand. Whenever Nandab, God of the Meek attacks, each other creature’s base power becomes 0 until end of turn. 7/6 The picture is from the current Picture into card.

Afterlife Barred Enchantment ~ costs one less for each creature card in graveyards. Creatures with toughness 0 or less are returned to their owner's hands instead of put into graveyards. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on each creature that player controls. Valar is full to bursting. Tell the mortals this: A warrior's death or none at all.

Let's see if this can get sneaked in. (As you don't like mythics, this would ofc be a rare in your desired world without mythics.)

ah shit this was a thing. I'm tired so these are gonna be short Flo00: solid amonkhet-style god, the attack trigger's got that god feel to it quazerflame: cool flavour concept but for how expensive it is and how it needs a rarer kind of mana to go off, it doesn't really do much once it's live thaneofglamis: swingy first ability, but it's wonky how 1) it has no power, meaning that for it to be something worth blocking you'll most likely need to bolster it with nonland permanents, all of which you need to reinvest mana into now 2) its secondary powerset wants you to be attacking and blocking with it a lot to be worth the ten-mana investment, but you also won't be doing that, given how your opponents won't be attacking for a while Daij_Djan: cool alternate take on god immortality. solid activated ability but slightly worrisome beef ceiling, could use a god downside for that also Lady Mapi: its owner's* hand, why would I ever epic this because it doesn't actually win the game for me on its own in any way, cool modes and escalate cost otherwise Boogymanjunior: love me some punisher always so the activated ability is cool, another cool take on god immortality but for a card that costs this much I think the immortality could be better winner's Flo00, with Boogymanjunior and Daij_Djan as runners-up

In my defense, the creature would go into its owner's hand anyway, but writing it explicitly is pretty important. You'd Epic it because it's an Arcane spell, and effects spliced onto an Epic spell are added to all of the copies. Granted, the existing Splice effects are kinda sad, but you could do something like Soulless Revival + Through the Breach and just spam big scary creatures or whatever. It's trash, but at least that card idea is out of my head and I don't have to think about it anymore.

Thanks for the win fluffy, ddn't expect that one LIMIT #17: The Challenge Slots has sentenced you to this challenge: you may only use up to three sentences in your card's textbox! LIMIT #96: What's going on back there?! Your card has an ability that functions outside of the battlefield. (Thanks, kinotherapy!)LIMIT #134: Think positive! Your card features a plus. (Thanks Flo00!)Have fun everyone!
